Motel 6 Euless, TX - Dallas

Normally this place has been very good to me as a recent. I learned that the pool close at 8:00 the time before they closed later other than that the room was nice and clean.

Staff was very friendly and wasn't far from the event we were attending. Room smelled so bad like cigarettes. You could tell they tried to mask the smell by spraying air freshener. Would hve been better if the smell wasn't too strong.

Brought a roach home. No coffee maker. No breakfast. Key kept turning off. Staff very friendly. Too many people sitting outside smoking weed.

Loud construction and jack hammering throughout the day and they had little to no amenities. No shampoo or conditioner or lotion.. just bar soap. Staff was friendly but this place was just less than bare bones. Quiet area other than construction.

Very dirty. Many of bugs on the bed. I inspected the mattress all over to check for bedbugs and found none. There were dead roaches on top of the sheets when I checked in, dodo stains in the toilet and just gross and nasty. Smelled of smoked. Air conditioning was very cold! 0.0001/10

Okay for a two day stay. NO coffee maker in the toom. The police like to be in the parking lot not sure for what. Very basic hotel for the price..

It was very accesible by the cars (uber). Close enough to the Airport and the Stadium. The highway was a little noisy and from inside the room you could hear the people talking outside and the cars. We couldn’t open the curtains to let the daylight illuminate the room because you could see everything inside the room from outside. We needed to use the artificial lights all the time. It takes a late check in. But when we arrived at 11pm they didn’t let us in. They kept us outside with our luggage. While taking our passports to register our arrival. Maybe it is a safe city, but I didn’t know that. And thought they could maybe take us in the “lobby “. It was open to the road so I didn’t feel like being inside a private place. Often there were people I didn’t know if was staying there.

We had booked two rooms and for one of the rooms the air conditioner wasn't working. We asked the front desk to either change the room, fix the Ac or at least give us a fan. They didn't help with anything and said that this is not something they can help with. Just walked away from the reception. This was in Dallas Texas with an avg temp of a 100 degrees and I was with a 10 year old. Imagine the plight. I demand a refund for the room because it was unusable

The gentleman at front desk was a kind and helpful man.

I had to cancel my stay because of allergies. Communication was great from the booking to canceling. They told me i have to call expedia for refund. When i called expedia they told me they will have to call the motel to confirm. But when expedia called them they declined the request for refund. Expedia customer service still went ahead and gave me refund.

First room was not even cleaned.Second room was extremely hot due to poor a/c.Also the room was full of nats

The outlets were burned out, Room was completely dirty, bed sheets had stains, floor had dog hair and insects, the room had a bad stench of cigarettes and the sinks smelled awful.

The outside of the property needs to be cleaned up. The rooms were clean and updated. No amenities offered such as shampoo/conditioner/ hair dryer/ breakfast even though I thought they were offered. It may have been an oversight on my part. Clean place to stay for the price.

Location is ok. Motel itself needs work and the main lobby staff too. The ladies cleaning the rooms are great

as soon as we walked into our room we noticed a couple of gnats (theres sitting water, crack under door, small gaps in walls in the bathroom) as night came about we noticed a few roaches. i also noticed that the light for the night stand didnt work. the staff was friendly and overall really kind. the property or rooms itself just kinda suck. there were people outside yelling for the portion of one night and on the other someone sat outside our window and played music loudly from their device. it is pet friendly though i have no pets ive seen many medium sized dogs around. i dont think id recommend. theres no microwave and the floors were dusty aswell.

Everything was good. I love Texas so much I stayed two extra days. The motel had everything I needed in walking distance. Would stay here again. But next time the pool should be open.

Absolutely disgusting. Loud obnoxious tense that are up doing drugs all night, no help from the front desk, dirty room, tried to get in touch with the supervisor and the front desk hung up on me. Most unprofessional service I’ve ever encountered.

This place is really upkeep. The staff is wonderful especially when it comes to room, service towels and cleaning the rooms are perfect solo or couple a lot of shops nearby just a little bit of walking

The refrigerator didn't work and the light bulbs were gone from lamps. Very unfriendly. I wanted to pay extra for late checkout and the lady was very rude

The manager was rude. Id'd everyone in the vehichle which wasnt typical. Refused to come to the room and help with the lack of electricity to the refrigerator. Spoke to us like we were stupid. My husband who is legally blind discovered when he woke up he had been sleeping in blood that wasn't his on the sheeets

Mini fridge did not work. Other lamps did not work.

Several groups living in the hotel hanging in groups smoking marijuana all hours. Lots of arguing fighting late at night. Walls aren’t insulated can hear the highway all night. Our door wouldn’t lock never got fixed prior to check out.

room was a mess . there was blood in the tub . beer cans and then on top of the the towel were dirty !! then it was loud people slamming doors next door i don’t know if they were fighting and then people with loud music . it was so awful. and waste of money 80$ for one night that i couldn’t even sleep ….

Had to move rooms due to a/c unit making ticking sound. Requested late checkout (spoke with 3 different staff members to confirm) and was still woken up prior to checkout time by knocks on the door & calls from front desk.

Booked this due to death in the family. Had to stay a night in Dallas. One minute after I booked this, I called the hotel directly and asked about the transportation from the DFW airport. This is what filters I put in Expedia when looking for a room. They said no transportation was available. I cancelled the booking and was still charged.

The first room smell like smoke had to go back and change it to the second room and it was it smell a little bit better

Room was clean when we arrived and cleaned very well daily thru out our stay. Staff was incredible friendly. We had a 1st floor room and the guests above us were incredibly active. Could hear thru the ceiling what I assumed to be a young child running back and forth for house.

I’ve never felt so unsafe at a hotel before. Did not get a good night sleep having to check to see if my car hadn’t been stolen. Allot of sketchy people outside hanging out and some smoking week and even my non smoking room smelled like weed.

One of the better motel 6 ive been to, but def a motel 6. Walls were thin. I just needed a place to sleep for a few hours and it did the job.

The room was in okay condition headache weird smell. The sheets did not look clean had to dust off the bed. There was no shower curtain and the tub. And the lamps would turn on and off by the bed I guess the bulbs were going out.

They ( an employee) cancelled my ( paid) reservation because I was late due to traveling which made it very inconvenient for the manager and myself! Destiny really came through and tried her best in her power to help solve this issue for me she was really sweet thank you, so was the manager demetria who was able to pull things together full circle for us!! I would come back just to see these ladies again!

There was no way I could safely or comfortably stay here. The pictures used in the advertisement are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the room. I am extremely disappointed with Expedia for allowing this listing to appear trustworthy. This is false advertising. I requested a refund immediately and checked out within five minutes. I expect a full refund due to these health and sanitation concerns.

The roaches met me at the door! Knowing i had booked a non refundable room, i reluctantly went to the front desk and asked for another room. The lady didn't seem the lady but surprised about my complaint. Smh. Never again

Clean room , actually one of the cleanest M6 I've ever stayed with... Quiet for the most part ,early morning can get a bit noisy due to small kids living there and that's understandable...overall I would recommend and stay again

The staff was amazing. It's obviously not a high dollar place. No microwave or coffee maker. On the 2nd floor you could feel any movement from anyone around you. The floor dipped down in areas. The TV didn't work in one of the rooms. But overall it was fine for the price you're paying.

The toilet made a loud whistling sound when flushed which was somewhat inconvenient and various noises could be heard throughout the night. That said, the room was clean and comfortable enough.

I am now a believer because I lived it. For 4 hours in this room. When I went outside to get fresh air, police cars came flying in to smash a car window and pull people out right in the parking lot. I wanted to try a low budget trip while flying in for the state fair and it was the biggest mistake I've ever made. My advice is skip a few meals to pay for a better hotel if you have to. This was literally the worst room of any hotel, house, business, or building I have ever seen in my entire 49 years on this planet. I should have realized my Uber driver wasn't joking when he said don't walk around at night. In addition to the lobby being locked at night and having to check in at drive through bank teller window. I cannot emphasize enough that this building should be razed and turned into an insect research facility, at least they'll have enough subjects to research.
