Great place to spend time with family

My first time here. We had issues the 2nd night in our room. The AC (August in TX) went out and my wife and kids got bit from fire ants the came outta no where. They were in the bathroom and around the AC. BUT, BUT the staff was very helpful. They eventually upgraded us to another room without any issues. The rest of our stay was fin. The pool was nice, wifi worked well. The complimentary Breakfast was really good as well. Parking was easy and lots to do and good places to eat around the hotel.

Stay was solid. Ended up leaving behind some valuable items and I called back days later and they found them and held them for me. Had a friend go pick them up for me and they gave him the most valuable item that mattered most but for some reason the others were no where to be found. Overall, solid experience. I hope I can get the other few items back but if not, it’s not the end of the world. 2nd time staying here, i’d stay again.

I am constantly pleasantly surprised with La Quinta! This location is really great. Clean and comfortable. The shuttle was so helpful. The breakfast was nicer than a Hilton I stayed at recently. Highly recommend this hotel!

Comfortable bed Good sized and clean room 1hr wait for airport shuttle on arrival, despite WA msg and phone calls saying it was 30 mins away. The return shuttle only goes every 2hrs, making me have to go to the airport an hour early. Breakfast was v poor, for the price of the room. Felt more like a low priced hostel offering. Cold sausages and mass processed sliced bread. V loud floor standing air con unit that sounded like a truck driving in every 3-4 minutes, before I had to turn it off despite the heat wave

Management needs to do a better job maintaining the pool area

Very clean property. The room was great and the location close to lots of shopping. My only complaint was there was no where to hang our shower towels. The hook on the back of the door was broken off.

The staff was so friendly and helpful every step of the way. The rooms were very clean and spacious, beds were very comfortable.

I had issue with air conditioner and next morning with toilet. Told the staff and it was fixed while I was out. Staff amazing, friendly and caring. The night manager amazing. I stay here several times a week month. It’s my go to place to stay.

I stay over one night while traveling through DFW

The breakfast was OK. everything looked clean. The eggs seemed to be watery. Maybe they were microwavable and there was some sausage rolls, some bread, bagel and cold biscuits but I didn’t see a microwave so it was weird, there was no gravy. Very limited options. In my room there was only the lamp, so it was kind of dark because one of the bulbs was burned out, so I had to keep the light on in the bathroom. Other than the beds, seemingly old and hard, it is ok. They took an older hotel and did an update cheaply.. they don’t keep things up. Scratches on furniture legs, broken or missing tile grout, but it’s la Quinta, not Hilton

We stay at this location often when in DFW area. We love the hotel, beds are great, always clean, quiet and safe. Breakfast is usually pretty good.

The breakfast was really good!! Wide variety of breakfast foods were offered. Waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal and cereal. Juices and great coffee aswell

The room was fine but the process of getting transport from the airport was diabolical. After being contacted by the hotel on WhatsApp to provide inbound flight details I responded directly and separately via Expedia. Upon landing we went to the pickup location - no transport. We called the hotel and they said they’d send the van - when he finally got there he wasn’t going to take us because he was waiting for someone else. Eventually we got there and I asked the guy at reception what happened - he didn’t even receive my messages *shrug* “that’s all system-generated, I don’t see those”. Seriously. Lift your game! The drivers themselves were fine.

Overall this hotel was perfect for the proximity of DFW airport. Upon checking in, the front desk lady came off as if we were interrupting her day to check into our rooms.

The AC unit in the room was so loud it sounded like a garbage truck was pulling up into my room.

We booked this hotel, since we had an overnight layover. Since our flight into DFW was delayed four times and then it finally took off and got into DFW around 3 am, then we would have had to be back to the airport by 5 am. We emailed them and asked them to please cancel and asked for a refund, they said no. This is not how you do business-especially since it wasn’t our fault.

Clean, quiet, and conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Easy access right off the interstate made it a great place to stay.

the property looks good, very clean. Rooms were nicely arranged & beds were comfortable. The only negative was the complimentary breakfast. Hot foods were lukewarm, there was no butter available for toast or oatmeal.

This hotel is perfect in every way. Very clean, very quiet, excellent breakfast with many options, included round trip shuttle to DFW, and an incredibly friendly and helpful staff. If you use the shuttle, you will LOVE Travis and Darren, the shuttle drivers. Everyone at the front desk, the reception area, and the cleaning staff were exemplary employees, as well. Very well managed and very well maintained. Our new goto hotel when traveling through the metroplex.

It was an exceptionally clean property. The staff was extremely helpful and sweet. The property was located in a great area. Very easy to get around. Would stay again. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in the area.

Didnt clean our room until the last night, floor was broke, no smart tv’s.

Pillows were awful. Small thin couch pillows. "Deposit" stayed pending on my account for a week. Never had that happen with any other hotel

The hotel looks new and clean until you look a little closer. It’s close to the airport and it’s nice they have an airport shuttle, you just have to call the hotel to request it. But if you’re leaving early in the morning, the shuttle doesn’t start until 6am. Was just using the hotel to be close to the airport for my 5am flight so did not take advantage or look at the amenities. It is nice they do offer free breakfast!

The hotel was fine for a stay. The room was clean and the staff were perfectly pleasant, so no real complaints. That said, nothing about it stood out as memorable, and there wasn’t much that would pull me back for a return visit. A solid, no-frills option if you just need a comfortable place to sleep.

Most comfortable bed, always sleep so well here. I would give it 5 stars except for the water pressure in the shower. Its terrible, barely a trickle.

One small recommendation is to have a service bell at the front desk. I had to yell out towards their office spaces before a staff would come out. Will stay here again.

I choose this LaQuinta because of its close proximity to family I was visiting. I was able to walk to their home in the mornings and not interrupt their preparation for graduation activities and celebrations. My room was clean and comfortable. The one thing I found could be improved upon for an older person like myself (80+) is the lighting. I found the room to be dark even while using all available sources and felt the fact that the hallway light needed to be on to get the bathroom light to go on inconvenient. Otherwise, it was very convenient for my needs.

The Front desk clerk helped me with an issue when our travel plans changed. I was very thankful for her help. Breakfast was fine. Pet friendly was a plus for us. No issues.

Do try and check in early cause it’s going to cost you extra money. Staff was great and helpful rooms were definitely clean.

The location of this place is amazing. We were so close to a ton of stores, movie theater, bank and tons of restaurant options. Clean location with a great, small gym, relaxing pool and good breakfast.

Very disappointing stay. I requested a quiet room and was placed right next to a side entrance, with constant noise from people coming and going starting early in the morning. I got only about 4 hours of sleep before an important appointment. The staff did not offer a meaningful solution, and a 10% discount felt insulting given the situation. I booked this hotel based on its reviews, but my experience did not match them at all.

Breakfast was simple, clean and great. Just enough variety to get you going for the day. Room was clean and lots of space. Beds were a bit lumpy but more than tolerable. Quiet!

Breakfast was lacking choices and not sure if the eggs came out of a can. The walls between the rooms were very thin; i could hear conversations from rooms on both sides. Otherwise I would definitely stay again.

Hotel needs to post a sign by the room entry area switch to educate guests that, the first switch is a master switch for the room and turning it off, cuts all power to the outlets/appliances.

Perfect location super clean!!

The stay was ok, but the walls are paper thin. You can hear every shower turn on, every door close, and every toilet flush as well as people walking in the halls. Don’t plan on sleeping in at this place.
