The young man with wavy brown hair at the front desk when we checked out - TERRIBLE! We asked for the airport shuttle & he said it required 24hr notice, driver was gone. I said shuttle is right out front, he said he would call.. I asked 30 minutes later & he said oh she just left for the airport & was done for the day. Idiot w/ poor customer srv & a bad attitude Checkin girl was great and said shuttle is available as needed.

It was close to our destination (Softball Fields) and it was clean and comfortable, good hospitality and breakfast. The AC was loud and wasn’t to cool

We've been staying on visits to Dallas and as a night before travel from DFW for several years. It has always been great, but is now showing its age a little bit. Time for the LaQuinta management to upgrade the carpeting and paint. Nevertheless, it is still very well cleaned, the staff continues to be very cheerful and helpful and overall it appears to be well managed. Shuttle drive to the airport was really good and the driver very helpful. Kudos! I'll stay here again when I need to travel from DFW.

The equipment at the gym were not working at all during my stay

Didn't like that the air conditioner needs some serious up- grades. The one in the living room making serious disturbing noises, and bothe do not cool off the Deluxe Suit very fast. The one in the bedroom and the living room. Mybe its because its to hot outside or the unit is to out dated. The TV situation was just okay, but the only thing is you can only Strem the movies on the TV in the Living room are not the bedroom. Bedroom is only standard watching. The bathroom was extremely excellent with the full size essentials, body wash conditioner, shampoo, hands, soap and lotion, hair and dryer. Which were all excellent and smelling good love them all. Just wish you had some samples.\nFor us to take home or travel with great nice little gift.First staying at the hotel. Therefore , did not get to eat breakfast there , but I did take a candor at it and it looks very excellent and inceptional because my best friend came and took me out for breakfast. And the only other thing I didn't like you didn't have ice machine on 2nd floor only the 1st floor or the 3rd floor. I really think you should have the water dispenser next to the ice machine, which makes a whole lot more sense instead, of have to walking back-and-forth. Therefore had and excellent time. And will be more prepared for next time. I Would Recommend to Everyone I know.

Nice hotel and close to everything we had planned to go see. Only issues we had was there was hair on the shampoo and soap bottles in the shower and one of the housekeeping staff was annoyed that we asked her to come back to clean the room.

Room was larger in size than expected Shower was awful. Shower head needs replaced, the shower curtain didn’t keep any water in so it was a MESS after every shower, puddles all on the floor.

Totally satisfied and will be returning again. Thank you again and keep up the great work.

Room needs a refresh. Overall just a worn down property.

Mercedes did a great job getting us checked in. She has a great personality, and you can tell she is a hard worker. She was handling multiple things at once with grace and efficiency. I appreciated her help with some vending machines that were not working correctly.

Room was clean but its not a smokeless hotel the room i got smelled like smoke bad and the second floor did aswell i had to end up loosing the money of the booming cause i couldnt even be theyre 10 minute since how bad smoke was so if ur thinking of booking this hotel think again supervisor was really rude telling us we wont get a refund back since its in their policy that if u check in and check ur room out and it smells like smoke they wont refund nothing and their breaking their own policy saying its a smokeless hotel and theyres people smoking all around it

Maybe a few more kitchen amenities would be useful, but had most things needed so no problem.

Free breakfast was good. Typical options, slightly limited but not bad. Location didn’t look great but it actually wasn’t bad. The back road has access to everything you could need… you would need a car though. Or e-bike/scooter. The staff were typical hotel staff, nobody overtly friendly… which I prefer. The room lacked a few of the “essentials”. No hot water at the sink, just dribbled out. Excessively hot water in the shower. No pen, note paper, local brochures, food options/suggestions, no bottled water, and annoyingly no flyer with the TV channels on it. Beds and bathroom were clean. Indoor pool, so loud with booming echoes. Small, but perfect gym.

The only bad thing was only one elevator

The restroom was filthy. There was dry urine around the base of the toilet. There was furniture in the room didn’t appear to be clean. I’ve always loved LaQuinta but I won’t be visiting this one anymore. The staff were friendly over all.

Not enough soap n towels

There was no shampoo, no body wash in the bathroom and room service phone was not working, when I contacted to Expedia, they said as usual $25 points will add to account as compensation. We had to face everything and when reporting about Service giving $25 one key points is not acceptable from Expedia. We are using your service to get a great experience. When we were on vacation .

Overall experience was great. The resort is a bit on the older side and in process of remodeling. Staff was extremely welcoming, drinks were yummy, and the price was resonable. Would recommend if you are not looking for all the bells and whistles with esthetics.

Breakfast was good. The free airport/local trip (within 5 miles) shuttle is a nice addition. Our room was good and mostly clean, but it felt a little dated. Our last night we were upgraded to a suite which was a very nice experience. Staff was helpful, but over 3 days our room wasnt cleaned at all. For the price and location, I would be back.

The staff was helpful. The continental breakfast was nice and the area was clean. Our only problem was the ac unit in the room didn’t cool our room to the temp we prefer.

The room was clean, but the body wash dispenser was empty. Our luggage was delayed, so we asked for toiletries. They only had disposable toothbrushes —no toothpaste, no contact solution or contact cases. Breakfast was fine but limited.

I don't expect the best for what we paid - but it seems like the owners need to invest a bit more money into repairing the property and hiring more staff.

Clean affordable plenty of room

A noisy place to stay. Especially on the first floor, but then I could hear above me what sound like someone jumping off the bed to the floor not very well insulated therefore lots of noise.

Check in was super easy and the staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable. My room didn’t have a blow dryer tho and I needed one. The hot tub was very relaxing. Decent location. Breakfast was really good. Had a good variety. I would definitely stay again.

Let me start by saying staff, from airport transport to front desk, they are all wonderful. Now, condition of room, beds extremely uncomfortable, need replacing; coils squeak with the slightest movement. Toilet barely flushed and struggled to do so. Nightstand -no charging ports, dirty and a dried spill was left on the floor and nightstand. Air conditioning unit was musty and seemed to be struggling. Hotel worked in a pinch from the airport delay, but we wouldn’t recommend.

Our first room on the 4th floor had broken AC and TV not turning on. In most 3 star hotels rooms are checked prior for being ready for use, and they certainly turn the AC down prior to guest arriving so you are not walking into a hot oven. We were moved two doors down where everything was working but come to find out the AC on that floor was completely out, which the Manager acknowledged and knew about but decided to put travelers on that floor anyway..?? Pool was out of order which was one of the filters I included when looking for a hotel. Hotels really should notify guests of certain things not working prior to booking. I also feel that hotels have the choice of discounting rooms when certain amenities are not working but they never do, they charge full price for rooms when they are not providing the 110% of what we guests are paying for. I also do not support of drinking and pot smoking within the property which was also being done and I was simply told its the weekend and certain guest want to have fun.

I hate to write bad reviews. The breakfast was the best part of the stay. The walls were paper thin, I could hear the person snoring next door for hours as well as the kids running all around. I think it would be great for families with children as it has an indoor pool. Definitely request for a runner mat for the shower bathtub combo. My husband nearly slipped.

The airport was very kind and helpful to accomodate a last minute booking for old parents that did not speak or understand english.

Young lady had great customer service at the front desk. My room was clean. The breakfast was really good but water was turned off for a half an hour and when I wanted to get in the hot tub, it wasn’t cleaned other than that pretty good stay and I really appreciated the airport shuttle

Even though my flight didn’t leave until 10Am the only shuttle available to the airport was at 5:30am so I missed the complementary breakfast. My room only had two water cups and no coffee cups or coffee pods. The room was very clean and the staff was helpful but too busy for me.

This was the best hotel I've been at for this price in years. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Best of all the price was right. My only possible complaint is there was only one (slow) elevator. Easily overlooked with how amazing everything else was.

There was a big dent in the middle of the bed and I had to ask for a different room. After that it was a better experience . The staff was nice. I like the breakfast .

The picture looked nice, but when we arrives the building is very old I could have gotten over it. However, the pool was not working. It was green and the customer service was not good might’ve not been their fault but they made me late to my flight and I missed it. I had five kids that were not mine really bad experience the guy at the front had a really bad day, but it’s seemed that he was taking it out on other people. Communication in the morning also upsetting with a front desk and the shuttle was late 30 minutes.

Staff was super friendly and attentive. Shuttle bus saved my life from and to the airport. Room was clean and comfortable. I was there for a quick business trip so didn’t see any amenities. Breakfast was good and hotel is well located near the airport and Skyview 7. Would definitely come back if needed

It looks like it’s been remodeled in the last few years, but a few touch ups here and there couldn’t hurt, but overall the place was very clean, breakfast was good and staff was great.

Good but little far

I stayed for only one night in the king size room, the bed was extremely comfortable and linen was clean, staff was very friendly and customer service was great, breakfast was filling and delicious… The only issues we had were that the remote in our room didn’t work even after changing the batteries so we didn’t get to enjoy the tv in the room and also even though it was a 100% non-smoking the entire floor and elevator was filled with marijuana and it made me really congested and my allergies were horrible afterwards, I DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here for anyone who may be IN RECOVERY or have bad allergies. Thank you 🙏

It's a decent stay for the price. the room was spacious and clean with a smart tv and mini fridge. breakfast was okay it's your average hotel food. overall i would stay again.

Hotel was close to airport, which was the main reason for our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only downside, appears they have people living in cars ,one guy sleeping on the side exit landing at the property. And coming in for breakfast. Everything was good, no problems
