I love how friendly and helpful the workers are, cleanliness and the spacious the room are, and just a great place to stay.

Everything was awesome hotel was clean staff was nice and easy to get in and out of from the street Only issue I had was my room was on the first floor and whoever was above me sounded like they were doing construction above my head. I informed the front desk they got quiet for maybe an hour but started right back up.

The one area that needs improvement is that house keep is only done on every alternate day.

The toilet kept getting clogged but the staff was quick to resolve the issue and the elevator was out most of the time so you had use the stairs a lot for the stay. But for the most part hotel was clean!

It was clean, quiet & the was not any audible excess noise from neighbors or outside. It was a great stay. I will definitely look to book with the Home2 Suites again!

The room upon check in had no soap, no garbage bags and just didn't seem clean. I had to request bags and toilet paper from front desk. Even when the rooms we cleaned they never replaced the garbage bags and or soap in the room.

The suite was amazing! I didn’t expect it be so spacious. My husband and so had the bedroom, while the kids enjoyed their magical bed.

There were a few things that could be improved. Our room wasn’t as clean as expected—we found an old razor left behind, there was no conditioner provided, the ironing board was broken, and the towels had an odd smell. We also noticed a very strong smell of marijuana in parts of the hotel, which was unpleasant, especially for families. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay because of the excellent staff and amenities. With more attention to housekeeping, maintenance, and keeping common areas smoke-free, this hotel could easily earn 5 stars.

Rooms are clean but showing some age. We had a handicap room and the door needs adjusting because it is very tight. The window shade was broken and a floor lamp was also called desk and was taken care of right away. I think the breakfast times need to be adjusted right now its more for people going to work not on vacation. Hrs are 6-9 M-F and 7- 10 S and S. So never got to try that. Other amenities were good but we didn't try them. This location does have lots of stores and eating places very close and the do offer free grubhub delivery. Would stay there again.

Great place to stay with the family. Nice and big rooms. Kids loved the pool.

There were a few issues during our stay, though. None of the trash cans had liners when we arrived, which seemed like an easy detail that was overlooked. More concerning, it appeared that a broken shower fixture had been repaired improperly, and it ended up falling off and hitting my child. Thankfully, it wasn’t more serious, but that’s definitely something that should be addressed to ensure guest safety. The beds were also much firmer than we prefer, so upgrading the mattresses would make the stay even more comfortable and better match the quality of the rest of the hotel. Overall, it was a clean and pleasant place to stay, but paying closer attention to last-minute room preparation, ensuring repairs are completed correctly, and improving the beds would make for a much better guest experience. Just my opinion based on our stay.

To keep things brief, housekeeping was one of the biggest disappointments. The hotel advertises housekeeping service every other day for extended stays, yet during our three-night stay, our room was never serviced. When we requested fresh towels because housekeeping had not come, we were told they could not deliver them to our room and that we would need to pick them up ourselves at the front desk. On our final day, the elevator was out of service, requiring us to carry all of our luggage down multiple flights of stairs. To make matters worse, we couldn’t safely use the handrails because they had been freshly painted. Finally, it was frustrating to have to pay for parking for each day of our stay, especially considering the other issues we experienced. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet the standards we expected, and based on this experience, we do not plan to return.

Rooms can use more detail cleaning.

Location was good for airport. The apartment was very spacious, a living and dining area with separate bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped. We checked in very late, and it was not an issue. Overall room was very clean and in good condition. There were a range of retail outlets and dining options within walking distance, or short drive. Unfortunately, the air conditioning seemed a bit outdated and didn't circulate too well.

We stay here every year for an annual golf outing. Always clean and easy to get to bear creek golf course.

I love how unique the hotel is set up The rooms are incredibly spacious and the amenities in the room were great. The staff was so kind and courteous, even chatting as we walked down the hallway. Great stay, great people, great location. We will definitely use this hotel and location again.

I booked a 3-week stay for my family and 2 pets. When we went to check in they didn’t have the room I booked and said we could have a different much smaller room for the first night. Since I prepaid through a 3rd party site, they said they didn’t have a way to change what I already paid. The next day we waited 2 hours past the standard 3:00 check-in time to finally get into the room I had booked. We found several bugs during our stay, both dead and alive. After a week we requested room cleaning and fresh towels and sheets. We got fresh towels and sheets but only cursory sweeping and vacuuming. The bathroom was not cleaned. After 2 weeks we asked for a full cleaning and still didn’t get much more than the first. At least we got more toilet paper but not anything else was ever replenished. We had our own paper towels and dishwasher soap and hand soap. One more thing, the free breakfast left a lot to be desired. Very little fresh fruit was offered and once it ran out you got none. The powdered eggs were not appetizing. We only ate the breakfast a few times and otherwise had our own foods. On a positive note, we had our pets with us which is limited to 2. All in all a very mediocre stay.

Amazing stay. Just wish you didn’t have to pay for a parking permit.

The room needed some more wiping down in many places. The shower had almost no flow. After two days it was replaced and things were much better. Thanks.

Ice machine on 3rd floor was not working. Elevator was not in service for longer than 24 hours. Multiple trips up/down the stairs with luggage were difficult for me having had a recent knee replacement and both me and my Husband's ages over 65. No other elevators or accommodations were made avaliable. Communication about when the elevator would be fixed were poor.

The hotel is nice, fairly quiet and comfortable. Great location for shopping and eating. Several shopping centers etc. Every staff member I came in contact with were also nice and always greeted. My complaint was only the cleanliness. My room I could immediately tell hadn’t been cleaned or at least cleaned throughly. On the floor in kitchenette area and bathroom I could clearly see multiple long strands of hair like floor hadn’t been swept. Shower wall also had some strands on soap holder, walls and floor. Bathroom mirror had multiple stains. Microwave and refrigerator both had leftover dried food not major but visible. There was a dried coffee ring on counter top. Most of these things I killed myself with my own Clorox wipes and I used the large bathroom towels to cover the floor. I was way too tired when I arrived on Friday to care to make a big deal about it. So that would be my only thing is make sure rooms are properly cleaned before checking in guest. But overall I enjoyed and would stay again.

The room was clean and in good condition. We had problems with the television not working correctly. My husband had to rewire it to get it right. We had a call in to maintenance twice and they never came to assist with that. They were supposed to clean our room after the second day but they never showed. Even with us communicating with them they just couldn't get it right. We had to empty our own trash and get our own towels. We like this hotel, but it has changed in the last couple of months, we were there in January and then again in March.

Wish there was a shuttle to the airport that would be great but otherwise our stay was great. Staff was so helpful and amazing, room was clean and having a mini kitchen was top notch!

The only things I didn’t like were the parking charges and the breakfast, which was the same every single day. Since I stayed for 11 nights, it would have been nice to have more breakfast variety. Because of these two issues, I am giving 4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Other than that, everything was great.

Location Because it's right next to the freeway, our room heard all the road noises. No free breakfast. The large art picture fell off the wall at 4am... I wish I took pictures. One elevator was out of service.

Yes our room was very nice. When we arrived Benjamin went above and beyond to accommodate my mother since she’s elderly and has a hard time walking by offering to push her to the room in a wheelchair. Great customer service! We will be staying again!

The room was clean and comfortable. We were only there for a night, but the staff was very friendly. Wish the pool had been open and heated, but everything else was good.

Hours that breakfast last should be the same each day or you should inform guest that it ends at 9:00 a.m. on week days. Woman in charge of breakfast was rude and kept raising her voice that it is POSTED, IT IS POSTED, but it was not posted anywhere. As expensive as your rooms are the quality of service in general is below par. We found these issues out when our guest told us about these issues. Hotel is updated and nice. A few things missing in the gym but staff took note and seemed attentive. Road noise on the side facing the road is substantial - bring earplugs.

We always have a great stay here. Good service, clean, good breakfast...especially the coffee bar. My only complaint is that the water pressure in the shower was very weak. Otherwise, no issues.
