Nice stay! The shuttle from DFW came right away. Room had everything I needed and was clean. The gym was small but the equipment all worked, which is unusual for most hotels. Breakfast was tasty. They have 24 hr coffee, brewed one cup at a time. I had forgotten a jacket in the room and housekeeping / front desk retrieved it for me, which I greatly appreciate. Solid stay all around. I'll be back!

Airport shuttle was a main reason we stayed here.

Great value for money. The room was clean, spacious and provided everything needed for an emergency overnight stay. Organising the airport shuttle was easy and relieved further financial stress for the trip. The breakfast was a little lacklustre but it was included in the booking price and again, for the overall value of the trip was more than satisfactory. This would be my only criticism (and it's barely one).

Loved the rooms Pool area wasn’t opened when promised. No towels were ready for pool. Shower head in my room was absolutely terrible.

The rooms are not cleaned in a timely matter, which delayed my check in. The next night it hadn't been cleaned by 7 om

Room was damp. AC wouldn’t go below 70. Had to sleep on the couch to be closer to AC.

Property needs maintenance. Carcroaches were present, breakfast is very standard. The airconditioning in the room was not maintained. The card system to.open the doir does nit work properly. The couch in the room gives the impression of unclean.

From the room to breakfast and staff, our stay was pleasant! Easy to get to and not far from Coppell TX, where my daughter and I were attending her son's wrestling Duals. NA

Good hotel great rooms and staff

Space was clean and the pull out bed was large enough for my 2 kiddos to share! The breakfast we did get was good but cold due to it being so last minute. Pool was fantastic! Breakfast consisted of potatoes, chorizo, eggs, biscuits, juice, coffee, yogurt, boiled eggs and more! Night staff gave us the wrong breakfast ending time stating “he must have had his days mixed up” We were told by night staff that breakfast ended at 10am and barely got there at 8:55 when they started shutting down breakfast. Now we know that breakfast ends at 10am on weekends and 9am on weekdays.

Clean and convenient to the airport. The only thing is the room was extremely hot at night with the AC down to 66.

I was quite surprised to see they had a hot tub and pool. That's rare. They were very refreshing. The breakfast is mediocre. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I enjoyed my stay and the price was just right.

It wasn't a bad stay. I've stayed in better and in worse... You can tell they have tried to update it a little bit, but it still needs a lot of work. The beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was nice. We did have trouble with our AC unit, but eventually got it to work- thank goodness!

This place is the right place to stay when visiting Arlinton friendly, safe, clean and easy access to the property, stayed 4 times during 2026 World Cup. Used the pool for relaxation and felt happy and enjoyable, room was quiet and nice also very affordable rates. will return any time visiting sports events.

Good for a short trip, check in ends time was 2am which was good since we didn't get there till 1030pm. Heads up just a $25 deposit which isn't on any info on the booking apps. Near 360 which we needed to be on to head to Duncanville. Overall good stay. No complaints.

The grandkids enjoyed the pool and the grandson liked the fitness center. The location worked well for where we needed to get to and restaurants were close by.

They over charged me they charged credit card 3 times before I even arrived. Causing credit card to be denied. So I had to use another card.

The accommodation was very poor, and the room had an unpleasant odor. The staff were bad and even solicited tips.

Easy Interstate Access A little dirty, needed better cleaning.

Spacious room. We had mold in our bathroom and dirty sheets. Hotel would not change our room so we left and lost our last night even after paying for it.

Great staff at check-in and at breakfast. Very accommodating when I needed to change my reservation at the last minute. Room was clean, quiet, roomy, with great AC, comfortable bed and seating. Breakfast was good, appreciate the longer hours, 5am-9am. Tiya was exceptionally helpful when a package was delivered in error after I checked out (order had been canceled). Thanks! I will stay with you guys again when I need to be in DFW.

It was great easy check in and out. Clean and comfortable. And had access to where I needed to be. Will definitely stay there next year for my training

Good value for the price.

The room was musty smelling and the black out curtain was missing from one window. A/C unit didn’t not blow very cold air. I asked for a different room and was told there was not one. Later found mold on vents and in the a/c unit.

The room was mid tier can't expect much for the price, the AC unit is blocked by the curtains so the air doesn't circulate unless the curtains are open, Muhammad though super cool guy, the pool could use better matinence, the pull out bed absolutely sucks I would avoid it if at all possible was so much more comfortable to throw the couch cushions on the floor and make a bed

Breakfast is good a fresh need add some items . In general is a very good place to stay.

Clean hotel. Front desk clerk was nice. Stayed one night due to my flight being cancelled. Air conditioner could be better. Shower head was spraying everywhere.Room was stuffy. OK for one night.

The main reason we always stay here is because the hotel provides a shuttle to DFW airport.

The staff was extremely hard to communicate with because of their thick accent and they would act like it was your fault that you didn’t understand them. The pull out mattress was from the 1990s too. IT WAS SO BAD!!! See attached photos for proof. The shuttle van that picked us up from the airport had no a/c in the back. And in the heat of summer in Dallas, it was terrible!

This is our go to place to stay when flying out of DFW. Great room, super comfy bed, good breakfast, and shuttle to and from the airport.

The mattress, sheets, pillows and sofa bed were not cleaned thoroughly. The property also needs updates. The breakfast exceeded expectations. Watch out with booking non-refundable reservations, they will not work with you at all. They will say that there is a Manager called Mukesh and that person is never available.

Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. The room was very clean and breakfast was hot and plentiful. The bed and pillows were wonderful. The room also was a good size, it had a microwave and a fridge. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. They had nice towel sheets and the most comfortable pillows you can imagine. The breakfast was delicious. They offered a strawberry waffles regular waffles. They had eggs, bacon grits. All the food was hot and delicious. Would definitely stay there again.

I would say to the from the shuttle to the checkout it was a wonderful experience. Had a bad layover and just so frazzled and exhausted had called the shuttle. He said he would get there in 10 and got there what it felt like 2 lol Brian then had recommended Valeries a Mexican restaurant because my wife and I where starving! Was a very nice Mexican restaurant that is open 24hrs. After that got to the hotel and had left the bags in the back of the Van. Brain was extremely nice and had left them with the front desk to give to us when we arrived. After a nice sleep in our room we then went down to the lobby to get a wonderful breakfast varieties. We as kosher eaters where able to have plenty to choose from. When checking out had a nice man named Frank chat with us and verify a shuttle pickup to the airport for us. Has been a very good experience at this Best Western Plus in Euless

Great location to Euless area. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was adequate. It had a coffee pot in the room which was appreciated. Good TV with a choice of channels. I could stay at this property again.

The issue I have with the hotel is the shuttle van no ac. Then offloaded my own bags from the shuttle. Bathroom is trip hazard cheap shower head not option for small child unless they bathe.

Perfect to get a night of sleep after a 26 hour travel day and flying into dfw

The Room I stayed in 409, was not up to standard as gas as a great stay. Informed Staff, they informed me it was under renovation.,Why rent out rooms that’s even in any Renovation phase…

Check in was easy and friendly staff. Called for the shuttle from the airport and he showed up pretty quickly. Hotel was a little further than I thought from my trip to Globe Field, which was my fault for not knowing the area. Didn’t try the breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Room was clean and quiet. Staff offered me a shuttle drive to locations within a 3 miles area which I could have used. Walked to the local Waffle House just because they do not have one in CA. Good overall stay.

The breakfast was great. Really good choices. There were some issues with the cleanliness of our room. We checked in super late and I was tired so I didn’t want to bother switching rooms. I also worried another room would be even less clean. The room could have definitely used a DEEP clean. We found a pair of socks beside the dresser, a bottle cap right next to the sofa and a dead roach. Which made me wonder about the bed being cleaned… I did check the bed and it seemed fine, at least no noticeable uncleanliness. The room was just kinda grungy. The staff were fine at check in and check out. Not super friendly, but not rude either.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was very clean, sheets were clean and crisp. I felt very safe as a single woman traveling by herself. I did not eat breakfast but they had good options. For the pricing and comfort and convenience I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this location for the Arlington Grand Prix. It was easy to get in and out of the hotel. We had a loss of electricity due to high winds but it was restored after a few hours. A full hot breakfast was available. The staff was excellent. The property is close to restaurants driving in a car.

Room assigned was connected to another. Claimed it was all they had left. Power outage on Sunday lasted late into the evening, almost 9pm before power restored. This kept me from completing a work assignment. Offered no apology. Won’t be back.

the room appeared in good condition. I put the request to makeup the room out on the door on saturday and appeared ok until I turned down the bed and the bed sheets should have been changed. Also the room was not vacuumed and I saw particles lint, etc., on the carpet. The towels were fresh and other than what I discribed above all was ok
