This was a cheap stay. It smelled like pine cleaner, which was barely tolerable after a few days. It felt damp inside, and the floor was also sticky, so we ended up wearing our shoes inside. Overall, since we didn't pay much, it was doable.

The condition of the room was also completely unacceptable. The bed, pillows, and sheets were visibly dirty and stained. The blue upholstered chair was heavily discolored with brown staining, and the computer/desk chair was filthy. There was hair on the bathroom floor, the toilet and bathtub had not been properly cleaned, and towels were left on the floor with a bug present. The bathroom sink area was dirty, and the sink light fixture was not working. I complained about the condition of my room during my stay and was told the hotel was sold out, leaving me without another room. Based on my interactions with staff, these conditions were not something that went unnoticed. Staff appeared to be aware of the property’s condition while rooms continued to be rented to paying guests. What is especially concerning is seeing complaints online followed by repetitive management responses while guests continue reporting problems with cleanliness and maintenance. Instead of simply responding to reviews, this property needs meaningful corrective action, proper housekeeping, maintenance

Location I was traveling for work this place was near where I was dropping I had a long flight just need a shower and some rest when I got to the property at 1am the bed sheets were dirty had 3 nasty looking stains front desk said the sheets are stain not dirty but why would you put stained sheets on a bed in a hotel

Staff was amazing, the room was not very clean though. There was hair all over the bathroom, the room smelled like animal urine, and the the carpets were dirty. It worked as an off the highway one night stay place.

Excellent rates and rooms were clean

First of all, the actual room looked nothing like the photos on the website, and the bed size was completely different. Secondly, upon entering the room, the air conditioner blasted out a pungent odor; the sheets, duvet, and pillows were stained with mysterious yellow and red marks, and there were even bugs. The sofa was filthy, and the floor was sticky, as if it hadn't been cleaned in ages. This was the worst value-for-money hotel I have ever stayed at; I do not recommend it and certainly won't be staying there again.

Hands down, this is the best customer service I’ve ever had from a hotel. Everybody from the Manager to the housekeeper was absolutely wonderful. We were swimming on the front desk clerk even brought us out pool towels, which I didn’t even know were available. The breakfast was good. Everybody was really nice. If I had to make a complaint, it would be that it would be very helpful if the housekeeping staff spoke English or at least some of the staff so that I didn’t have to go find a translator or use my phone to ask for something.

Great quiet location with a pool. Good Breakfast choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Reasonable price! I will definitely stay there again when traveling that area.

Check-in was great . Staff was real friendly . When I got to the room, it was not like the Days Inn that I stayed at in the past . This one the room was clean , very spacious . The air conditioning in the room was great. Kept me cool while I was staying there. No complaints. This will be my place to stay when I come to visit Family. I recommended this place 100%.

We decided to stay here after having a terrible experience at a previous hotel and I’m glad I decided to follow through with days inn, they exceeded my expectations. Cleaning of the room was awesome. Staff was amazing and helpful, my room had a light outage and the staff was on it immediately to fix it. I was on a family reunion trip. We were a family of 11 and we were extremely pleased.

i recommend staying anywhere but here. Highly rude staff. And they were talking about me rudley thinking i didn’t understand espanol.

Very friendly staff, good price, internet and tv good, beds and pillows ok for price. Chair in the room had visible stains and bald spots, leftover signs of previous occupants in rooms (esp bathroom).

The staff seemed ok but everything felt old and dirty. No coffeemaker in the room, just a couple unwrapped paper cups. Shower water not hot enough and all came out in accessible room shower. Floor didn't feel clean. Very little space.

Really nice and hotel

The hairdryer in my room didn't work and some of the electrical outlets in the room didn't work. The hairdryer fell off the wall and I cut my hand trying to put it back on the metal hook prongs. Room was quiet and floors weren't as clean as I would like (linoleum floors.) But room served it's purpose to rest and jump back on the road. The staff was very kind, helpful, and communicated effectively. I would stay again if need a stop along my route.

Very pleased with everything about the room only thing I would know was it the sink has stains and water pressure at the faucet was weak.

Great hotel and staff Not the best location but it wasn’t bad.

Stayed there 4 days and never had an issue, breakfast was good as they have a great selection from fruit to hot meals that include biscuits with gravy, eggs, bacon, sausage and even switch up with a breakfast steak with salsa and veggies. The Housekeeping staff are great and the rooms smell good. Front desk accommodated me when I had a problem booking another day but patiently worked with me I highly recommend it as it's one of the few hotels I don't have an issue with.

The TV in one of our rooms didn’t work. We called to the front desk multiple times during the evening and they never answered. The same situation the next morning. The rooms were clean just poor service from the overnight staff.

The breakfast & pool were good. We forgot something in the room & they called us very quickly so we could come back to get it. Staff is honest & has integrity.

I stay here on business 2 weeks out of the month. It’s clean, rooms are big, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The area is quiet, safe and conveniently located. Will continue to stay here highly recommend.

Seen a lot of work vehicles there so workers must stay there when working in the area. When we pulled in, lots of them were outside smoking or just getting some air but they watched as we went to our room, we didn’t feel safe so we put the chairs up against the door. The room didn’t seem very clean. I found a hair on my sheets when I pulled the blankets back and found a pair of socks under the chair in the corner. The bathroom stuck like cat urine but the shower was amazing. Good water pressure so that’s a plus. Good for one night if passing through and nowhere else to go but would not recommend. I know I will never stay there again, if ever in that area. I booked through Hotels.com and thought they were for hotels only but this place is more of a motel not a hotel.

We have now stayed here several times. Always feels like staying with friends as everyone is so nice. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of the city but you can be in the city center in 15 minutes. Breakfast is delicious and the rooms are comfortable.

After check in, we went next door and ate at Tom's Burgers and we HIGHLY recommend this stop for one of your lunches/dinners. The service was amazing and the food was excellent! For the amount of time we spent in the room, it was definitely the best route to go, financially.

This was a quick overnight and needed the price to be good. The area was clean and the room was as well. Nice smell in the room and front desk was super friendly and welcoming. Staying again tonight. It’s older but kept up really well and I felt completely safe.

Some of the most speedy and hospitable places that I’ve stayed! The staff members were prompt, helpful and personable. As someone who travels often, I’ve experienced some of the best and worst service over the years and the team here would rival those of The WestIn, InterContinental and other 5 star organizations. The complimentary breakfast was a nice addition, had these cool Texas shaped waffles that my wife and kids loved, and fresh coffee to go along with the rest of the meal. I would definitely stay again when we visit San Antonio!

The bed was hard my mom woke up with a backache. Pillows could have been full size. When you flushed the commode it made a loud noise. Room was clean and big which benefited my mom since she is 91 and has difficulty walking. Night staff was so friendly . He actually got my mom's wheelchair from my truck and pushed her to our room. He is the first to be so kind . I have never had any other motel/hotel staff help me.

I had booked a king bed . I was given a double queen.

It's what you get for a room to just sleep, nothing fancy but efficient. Very quiet and front desk was great.

Excellent stay. The staff were super friendly and attentive. It felt like arriving at home. Property is in perfect location for us on edge of city, very clean and a good breakfast in the morning. We will definetly stay again.
