This is an older hotel that could use some room updates. We really enjoyed the pool and the location at the airport. The room was clean but very smelly. This is really our only complaint.

We were really looking forward to this stay. Part of our staycation. Born and raised in El Paso, just wanted a little get away. The staff was friendly and helpful but we were disappointed in the room itself. The room was very dated with a very strong smell, something like a wet rag left too long. Carpet was very dirty. Dated A/C unit wouldn't cool past 74°. Wouldn't really stay or recommend this place unless there were some serious updates to the hotel.

I was putting a room that had construction going on next to it all night long.The room never should have been rented out. It was an awful stay. Kept me waking up all night long!

I lasted a total of 30 mins in this room. In that time we found 3 dead roaches, 6 mosquitoes, terrible smell and the room being so outdated. The pictures online definitely speak a different story. Will not be staying here another time. But the staff was great!

The AC could not keep up and when they sent out a Maintenance guy, he tried to satisfy us by setting up a fan instead of fixing the AC or asking to have us moved. Finally at bedtime when we realized we won’t be able to sleep in the stuffy room. They did move us to the new part of the hotel, which is fine. The reason we chose this hotel in the first place was because of the waterpark and here the slide wasn’t even operating and they acted like it is totally OK to not have the slide operating every day It don’t recommend this place

Very nice Stay. Helpful staff. I had to have sheets and blankets brought up @4 am because I had a sick baby they had no problem doing this and it was done quickly.

Close to the airport

No free water in the room at cost over $100 a night in a summer month. Breakfast is very low quality. They had 2 hot items ( pan of fake eggs and a pan of sausage links). Only plus I find in this property is thqt you can walk to and from the airport in 5 minutes.

Room wasn’t so clean and kept up but the staff was very nice.

The breakfast was decent overall, but there were a couple of issues that need attention. The eggs had quite a bit of water in them, which I assume may have been from condensation under the lid, and it definitely affected the quality. Most of the staff were very friendly, welcoming and bilingual great plus for us, which I appreciated. However, the employee working the salad bar across from the main lobby was noticeably rude and came across as unwelcoming. Customer service matters just as much as the food, and I think this is something management should address with the one employee she has potential to be better. Overall, the experience was okay, if I’m completely honest but there is definitely room for improvement in both food presentation and customer service with the one individual. This trip was a special occasion because it was a birthday trip for my wife. We traveled for several hours to get here and arrived very late at night. After being in the car for so long, all we wanted to do was get to our rooms, rest, and get some sleep. Unfortunately, the room was a major disappointment, and based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here. To our friends and family here’s wh When we first walked into our room, there was a very strong, musty smell. What made the situation even more disappointing was that my kids’ room had the same unpleasant smell. At that point, we figured the smell was probably throughout the property, which is actually why we didn’t ask to be moved to another room. After traveling all day and arriving so late, we simply didn’t have the energy to pack everything back up and go through the hassle of switching rooms, especially if another room was likely to have the same problem. My wife was especially disappointed because this was supposed to be a special birthday trip for her. I had hoped she would enjoy the room and feel comfortable, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The view from our window was also very unpleasant. We were looking directly at a large industrial dumpster. Early the next morning, a crew outside was throwing trash into it, creating loud noises that interrupted our sleep. After spending so many hours traveling, getting woken up by loud dumpster activity was extremely frustrating. The condition of the carpet was another major concern. The carpet appeared to be made up of individual squares that were simply laid down and not properly secured. As I was getting ready to leave the room, I actually tripped over one of the carpet squares. It looked very unprofessional and, more importantly, could be a safety hazard. The second room had windows that did not open, moldy smell, crumbling wall at the molding, really outdated and mediocre. Needs a good cleaning and repairs. The third room, in the same building as the reception, was great except: Wifi was terrible, on and off while I was there for two days trying to work. The reception staff said the problem was nationwide (NOT!). Seriously? Another staff member said that the Wi-Fi is generally problematic. The best aspect of this hotel is that it is close to the airport. I suspect that the "good" rooms are saved for flight crew (fine with me), and the sub-par rooms are saved for single older women (like me) who staff believe are unable to stick up for themselves. I won't stay at this hotel again. ALL rooms that you offer at this hotel should be excellent; equally excellent for everyone.

Love the layout of the room was very spacious. The staff at the front desk were very polite & professional had an issue with a tv remote and the issue was fixed within 10 mins. The breakfast buffet was laid out nicely and the hours were good The staff monitored to ensure that there was plenty of food for the guest & was very supportive even had my coffee cup refilled while we had breakfast which I never had happen in any hotel we have stayed in. Only issue was the A/C vents were dirty needed to have the dust removed from the vents. We will definitely be using this hotel when we are in the El Paso area !!!!

I always enjoy staying here. This was my first time staying in one of the plaza rooms. The AC unit was very loud. Other than that everything else was good. Gift shop had the medicine I needed.

Hotel is too old and smeels weired

Check-in was a half hour late as they had no rooms available. Walls are paper thin; you can hear every neighbor, every alarm, every housekeeper's full conversation, everything. Breakfast was Eggs and Sausage, Toast or Bagel. No real toppings to jazz it up at all. Sad breakfast selection, did even eat it the second day. Location is great if coming from the airport, but you also hear all the air traffic. Centrally located to restaurants, shopping, and Fort Bliss but not within walking distance.

I didn't like that at my hotel room the hallway was filthy the 4 nites that we stayed there nobody bothered to sweep or vacuum

It’s an absolute crap hole. I would never stay there nor would I recommend anyone stay there. The pictures are deceiving.

Hotel staff are super nice and helpful! Rooms are always clean and kiddos enjoy going to the pool.

Excellent staff very friendly and helpful

The entire property is in need of maintenance and repairs. The grounds are filthy, littered with cigarette butts and trash. The rooms smell like cigarettes and mold, and they’re not clean. We were VERY unhappy with the experience.

The property was great and the staff was helpful. We usually stay at this hotel when we visit El paso. One of the workers was a bit rude right when we were checking out, which was unfortunate. I had requested a delayed checkout because our flight was in the evening. The morning staff said it wasn't a problem and stated the time we wanted to charge would require a fee, which we were ok with. The afternoon staff lady was rude and argued the time that our delayed checkout should have been. Other than this incident, our stay was great.

The only concern was the very low toilet and lack of water pressure.

This hotel is below one star. They make it seem like a great hotel with 3.5 stars but honestly I was very disappointed. The breakfast ends at 9 am on a Sunday that’s crazy. Not even a bottled water in the rooms.

The ac unit in our room wasn’t working right so the room was hot all night. We weren’t able to open the window because it was broken so the air could circulate but other than that it was okay.

I rented the presidential suite. I wish I hadn't. For the price of the room, it wasn't very practical. I was looking forward to using the jet tub, but it's very much out in the open and visible to anyone else in the room. No door around the jet tub at all.

Only thing was the waterslide was not available for use but the pool and jacuzzi were very nice. We didn’t partake in breakfast because we were there to see our Army soldier and want to spend as much time with her as we could. But all was Great!

Stop Beware of the hopes the water park is a scam does not work it's a look see to draw you in cuz I talked to people who've been there before and said this park was still closed the slide was still closed from last year so when is it open if it ever is other than that the state was good and convenient next to the airport I will try someone else if I were

Advertisement is misleading. For families, the only reason we chose to stay there was the water park and it is NOT OPEN MONDAY TO WEDNESDAY ! WiFi is not free, you have to register to the membership program. You should not be forced to do so if you don’t want to, it’s data collection, plus it is up to 5 devices. Imagine if you are on a family vacation ! The building is so old and disgusting ! Old brownish carpet, toilet does not flush, rusty walls mirrors drapes, everything there is old. It gives cheap motels vibe. We regret staying there . You can definitely find better in the area. We were misled by the slides for the kids.

Lo que nos desconcertó un poco fue que no acudieron para hacer el aseo. A las 5 de la tarde hablamos para preguntar y la respuesta fue que ellos hacen limpieza solo cada dos días, por lo que hasta ahora ( al menos para mí) ha sido el único hotel donde tengo que tender las camas y tener mi basura de dos días.

Nothing Everything, the maid service was rude. Didn't understand English Pool grounds were supper hot burned my grandson feet. Water slide was always closed. Breakfast was awful.

A/C was not working properly

The breakfast was okay. When we got the the 1st lady that help me was not friendly. I was supposed to check in by 4 and my room was ready until 5. I had two room and both of the rooms has roaches. I had 4 big ones and smalll ones. One of them on top of the bed. The other room had 2 roaches.

We were put in a room that was discusting. Stains on the furniture, bottom of box spring was in tatters and toilet would not flush properly. They moved us to a suite and said the hotel was being renovated and the room they were moving to was updated. It was nicer, but was not renovated.

On our second day of our stay our room had not been reset. We went to go ask the front desk and the manager said they only cleaned the rooms every third day. I asked if it was Wyndham policy or where that was written and they said no. Their justification was that there were too many websites to say what they were doing. The hangers were full of dust and the safety gates were either left open or did not work. We do not recommend the hotel or Wyndham hotels as this was one of their properties.

We were not expecting much as we simply needed a room to cover an overnight caused by a flight delay. The Wyndham was nearby very close, actually within walking distance, we reviewed prior to booking and it seemed to characterize a perfectly acceptable facility. We checked in to our suite and immediately noticed an awful smell emanating from the restroom. The restroom toilet bowl was covered in feces. Some of the feces had made its way across to the tub and on the toiletries. They moved us up the floor to a different suite. But the smell lingered. Perhaps there’s an issue with the plumbing at this facility. one star and one stinky disappointment..

Room was good. Needs some updating. TOILET had a slow flush. Pool was not satisfactory, to many ppl. Not following pool rules and staff and inforcing their own rules. Some ppl. Drinking, brought their own coolers. Kids running and jumping into the pool. Lifeguard on duty seemed to party with guests. No control on waterslide. It was just not a good experience. Breakfast was ok. Regular continental breakfast with powdered scrambled eggs with side of sausage. Hotel has lots of potential but I guess that's why its affordable.

Very nice hotel, our rooms were spacious, and awesome staff! Recommendations for good eats were right on spot! We and kiddo enjoyed the pool and slide.

The king mini suite was very nice. My daughter and I were there to see my grandson at Fort Bliss for the weekend. It was very quiet inside and the pool was quiet after 10. The buffet breakfast was great and the bar and grill had a good menu selection. The only drawback was on Saturday morning when we left the cleaning staff was across the hall and we thought oh cool they will get our room next. We were gone for the day and very surprised when we returned in the evening and found out they hadn’t even entered our room. We didn’t mind using the towels again since we hung them up in the morning but our trash was full from leftover containers and we had no coffee for the morning before going to the airport. Other than that it’s a very nice place.

I had asked for a room next to my elderly parents, but their 2nd floor wacky numbering system does not put odd/even rooms together. Their signage could use help. Otherwise, nice hotel, hot breakfast was good. The airport is literally across a small street, so SUPER helpful. They had a free 24-hour airport shuttle for my parents. Large rooms with only a few odd repairs needed. I will be going back, but calling ahead for the slide.

I am very pleased with the over all service and personell at the hotel Travis the manager is a great friend of me we’ve known each other for years that’s why I always stay in this hotel thank you to alll for service

The staff were extremely helpful and nice. Easy to check in and the place was spacious and clean. Our room was cold and felt great compared to the heat outside. Wish we had more towels in the room especially with there being 3 of us and only two full towels available. And the Ice Machine on our level was broken. But the ride to the airport was fast and they didnt make us feel like a burden. Definitely staying here again when we come back to the area.

Great location if you are flying from El paso, coming from Juarez, then we stayed there to rest for a day and flew home the next day. Walking distance to the airport.

Don’t recommend this hotel at all . Breakfast is always the same two meats just rotate days either sausage or sausage links and apple or orange juice and bread and cereal all the time. Cereal not fresh. There was only one lady at front desk named Kimberly that was outstanding service but the assistant manager guy with pony tell very rude. They described hotel as a water park but it’s not just one big slide only open certain days and u cannot have visitors that come see u at hotel swimming in there pool. So definitely not best hotel choice. They also charge parking and a 150 dollar deposit at check in.

Room was musty, but they remedied it by spraying a deodorizer. Breakfast was ok. Staff was great! Shuttle driver was awesome!

I showed up 20 min after check in and my room was not ready and they didn't know when it would be ready. They said if I waited in the lobby they would get me when my room was ready. After an hour wlof waiting I asked the front desk if my room was ready and sure enough it was and no one got me to check me in. Once checked it I was given a limited number of wrist bands for the pool and I needed new wrist bands everyday I planned to use the pool. My room was not cleaned daily. When I called for more towels and toiletries they asked me if they bring them to me or the front desk? I said I don't know what do you usually do the worker said I don't know I've never done this before and decided to being the items to my room. When he did so he gave them to my visitor and not me and he only brought towels. Tems in the room were broken, sink leaked and the kitchenette was peeling. The pool is only serviced on Mondaya so everyday the pool was more murky than the day before. Sheets were stained and they load the bed with sheets and only one top blanket. Due to them no cleaning the o room people beging to leave trash by the elevator because they is a bigger trashcan but staff does not pick up the trash daily so it sits there.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and was even upgraded for free just because. Pool area was nice. Hot tub wasn’t as hot as it should have been. Maybe just wasn’t being heated due to the heat outside….not sure what was going on.

Staf was awesome! The lifeguard was looking for umbrellas for everyone and reminding guests to apply sunscreen and drinl water. Breakfast was good, coffe was incredibly good! I would suggest having waffles The pools were very clean! But the kids pool was too cold!!! Overall was a good place to spend a couple nights and to take the kids to play and have a good time

We drove 18 hours from Alabama to El Paso to attend a concert around the first of May 2026. Social Media was flooded with people loosing their accommodations due to over booking, we were so nervous. Luckily, Wyndham welcomed us and we checked in with ease. The hotel was booked solid and yet the customer service was top tier and we didn’t have any issues like the other hotels in El Paso. The facility is a little dated, but the room was spacious and clean. A pool and hot tub for relaxing was awesome after a 21 hour drive. FREE BREAKFAST & FREE PARKING is a major plus in my book. I greatly appreciated the self serve free breakfast with gas prices so high. Located by the airport and close to many attractions in the area. Thank you for accommodating all the fans that traveled for the BTS concert.

Staff is rude, restaurant inside hotel (Salsa Bar) was terrible. Building is old and not well insulated so we could hear everything that was above us and it kept us up until after midnight. Pool and slide is very nice. That’s about the only good thing about that hotel

After awhile, someone came to the room next door and the noise quieted down. Then in about half an hour, it started back up again. Finally after midnight I called the desk again. They sent someone again, and the noise dissipated, but after about 15 minutes, my sliding door slid open and two noisy (probably drunk) girls came stumbling in through the curtain! The cleaning staff had not locked the sliding door and I had not checked it. I was in bed, half-asleep, and yelled out, "What the hell?!?!" They called out, "Oh, sorry, sorry!" and stumbled out. Obviously they had mistaken my room for the party room next door. Finally the noise subsided. I was finally able to get to sleep around 1:00, so I had 3 hours sleep before having to get up for my early-morning flight. Needless to say, I was a zombie all the next day. NOT HAPPY. Next time, I will be sure that ALL doors are locked, but this should be a standard part of cleaning a room. And noise-proofing, please!

The parking was very crowded.

In our room the tub's plug to not let the water go, was broken and we had to use a little towel. Old hotel, couches and curtains in the room def show their age. Staff was really friendly.

Very disappointing.

There was only one staff member named Kimberly that made me happy to stay at hotel but as far as everything else was just not good there breakfast is very limited needs big improvements. Would not recommend this hotel to be honest.

Hotel has a great pool that we really enjoyed. Coffee is ready at the front desk early in the morning. Best option for the price in ElPaso.

This is a destination for family. The pool area is very beautiful. The rooms need update but clean. Overall its a good place. House keeping is good 👍 as well. Front desk are very friendly.
