I was told that I had to leave deposit in case something broke, that was fine but the table was broken and attitude from the receptionist was pretty bad and rude.

Several guest were smoking front of entrance upon arrival. Despite sign that said no smoking posted. Lobby area floor was not very clean. Elevator was not clean. Room and bathroom smelled great but the wall in the kitchenette area had leftover cooking grease splattered on wall.

It was a wonderful day. The room was clean air conditioner worked perfect nice and quiet. Staff was wonderful for my first time in El Paso. This was a very easy and peaceful hotel so I do appreciate it.

Bath tub leaked water all night, could not turn off. Staff was not accessible. Room was plain and dingy. Not a good experience. Will never stay there again.

The door was broken already anyone could see through the door from lobby and to the room No hand soap in the washroom

No shampoo or conditioner provided. Toilet/sinks were clogged and I notified staff and nothing was done. We were waiting for a new room and never got one. Will not stay there again😅

The lid on the toilet is so dirty that when you sit down, the body sticks... no matter what hotel and star rating, it is important to disinfect and wash the toilet after each eviction! And I would also like to have a hairdryer in the room, not to call the reception and spend time to get it

However, elevator floor was very dirty, sticky. In the morning the elevator has a foul smell and floor was still sticky. I had expected it to be clean from the nighttime but it smelled bad.

The hotel is terrible the room that I got was full of cockroaches all on the walls and floor when I first opened the door to the room I had to step on one right going in . A bunch of drug dealing going on it’s the worst hotel I’ve stayed at !!!!

The new General Manager is very professional and helpful. And is always stepping to assist. Awesome Vacation staff and great stay. They have really cleaned up the place, since my last visit. 10 ?? Coffee, liquid dish soap, dish towels, mop, broom and shower caps and makeup remover cloths

No working tv for the hole week I was just there .. they are working on the problem but still not working as of yet..

Staff was super helpful and quick to solve our situation (in 1st room we where put in the ac was not working) immediately after notifying them they tried to fix it and told us to keep em posted. Few minutes later they checked in on js and moved us to another room.

The young lady that checked us in was nice and helpful. The room was ok for the price. It needs some maintenance the shower was faucet was always leaking since when we arrived. The tv never worked.

We rented 2 rooms. The rooms need a deep clean. In one of the rooms the table was dirty with cup stains and it smelled like refrigerator. The other had a rusty ugly looking refrigerator, the front door didn’t close completely flushed and you were able to see inside the room. And it also did not lock properly. The front stated there were no other rooms. Both rooms had water running in the tub so that was very annoying. Will not be staying here again.

The hotel was really old not at all what the pictures show. Sink all stained will checked in and out same day.

The person at the front desk was rude. The TV didn’t work and there paint spots and other signs of being in need of repair.

Outdated No Smart Tv

No remote finally got one. Tv didn't work. Surprise fees for my pet who is an emotional support animal. Thank you to Carlos wgo tried to help make things right. Nice guy. The onky one that treated us kindly in that whole hotel.

No toilet paper & soap in room. Front desk closes at 10 so you are stuck until 9 am the next morning if any issues arise.

This place was absolutely disgusting! We couldn't even stay past the first night! If we wouldn't have arrived so late at night, we would NOT have stayed at all! It was so dirty, smelled horrible and we got stuck in the elevator! Staff was very rude, and they allowed homeless people to camp out in the lobby! Most of all the door to the room wouldn't lock or completely close!

The whole hallways smelt funky and my room which was 215 had the water from the shower running since i checked in. The tub faucet was so loose you could wiggle it around. Another thing i would like to add would be the fact that the TV doesn't work and turns on randomly. None of the rooms are sound proofed so you could hear everything from the outside in.The bed sheets are made of toilet paper and are super thin. And one more thing the staff should not be asking about anyone else’s ID except for the one who’s paying.

The cable in the room did not work and I had to relocate to another room. The refrigerator was dirty on the outside. The beds were not comfortable. There was a door knob missing in my second room.

This hotel is trash. It looks like a homeless shelter for prostitutes and crack heads. Rooms were filthy. There was blood in the sink and it smelled so bad that it was difficult not to gag. Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car or find somewhere else to stay.

Our "comforter" was dirty when we got to our room. It had a green stain, something that looked like avocado or salsa, and I could tell someone had tried to spot clean the area because it was still wet around it. The bed sheets underneath looked clean, don't know for a fact that they were, after seeing that other stain. It's gross to know that the linen isn't being washed between guests as many people could be carrying infectious diseases or open wounds.

The hotel I reserved did not have rooms available. I was charged for room and when I went to check no availability.

You will get what you pay for. Don’t expect fstaff to cater to your needs. Bring and iron if you need to iron. Bring towels soap shampoo to shower. Bring blankets and pillows if you want to sleep warm and comfortable. And when you check out go get a t TETANUS shot. FYI

Honestly for me what made up for it was the front staff as well as cleaning ladies. There was a lady upfront who was very sweet and lent me her personal iron to use. The man up front was also super nice and sweet as well as the cleaning ladies.

While affordable, our stay was not the best. The bed is very uncomfortable and the room was fairly clean. There was not extra toilet paper or towels so you have to go down and ask for some. The hallways reek of cigarettes and weed although they say there’s a fee for being caught smoking. We did see a cockroach in the hallways. I was glad that there was a kitchen and big fridge in the room. The office staff are so incredibly kind and helpful, so that’s one plus. I don’t think we’d stay here again.

Fairly clean but has a weird vibe. Since it’s extended stay people seem a little too at home. Would benefit from more active, visible employees and night security.

The place is scary

The room had no towels and I asked three different times for towels and never got any. The staff made me feel like it was my fault for not getting them because I didn’t act like a “Karen”. The room had roaches, the fridge was rusted and so was the kitchen sink. Not my ideal place to stay.

The property sucked it had roaches in the room leaking bath tub roaches in the bathroom that I have a photo of was changed to a different room due to toilet not flushing and smell of feces all night then next day switches to another room and when we get to the room I put the card to open room and there was people in the actual room I got there Friday and from then on it was the worst stay ever even while it was my birthday weekend I would like to be reimbursed for the stay cause this hotel sucks asss no iron no hairdryer no nothing
