Habitaciones limpias, todo bien ordenado, recepción atenta hablan español. El Hotel se ve nuevo y céntrico. A mi hijo le gustó porque yenia Mesa de Billar y juegos para divertirse si traes a hijos. Vuelvere a reservar.

This hotel was perfect! No need to bring body soap, shampoo, conditioner, nor body lotion, and this stuff is not your generic stuff that other hotels provide this is pretty good stuff in big bottles. Plenty of parking, rooms were very clean and staff was very nice when we checked in. Even the supervisor for house keeping was friendly so I’m thinking everyone at this hotel loves their job. Even though we were close to the airport, we maybe heard one airplane the whole time we were there. This hotel is a keeper if we do come back to El Paso and need a place to stay!

Hola todo muy bien una sola cosa después de hacer el check in baje a ver si las botellas de agua te las cabañas gratis o teniamos que pagarlas pero estaba una persona Americana registrandose y a el la persona de el mostrador que le ayudo le ofreció botellas de agua y a nosotros no nos ofreció hasta que le pregunte entonces me dio no quiero pensar que me están descriminando por ser Latino gracias.

It¿s was a last minute booking so i didn¿t have much of a choice didn¿t really like the hotel at all but it was that or sleeping in my car without a shower and I love my shower time so I just got it.

The location was ok. A little hard to get out of the lot due to traffic but lots of restaurants and stores around so that was a big plus. The price was good also. The tub was broken I had to use something to let the water go down the drain. There was big roaches. The room smelled weird maybe like cigarettes or something that wouldn’t go away.

Excellent value, and pleasant surprise. For the price I was expecting far less in cleanliness and overall amenities. The property appeared well maintained and properly managed. The property also appeared to have a friendly pet policy as the rooms seemed designed for minimal stains and damages.

I guess you get what you pay for. The entry door did not lock safely. There was a one inch gap on the bottom of the door. The room smelled like cigarette smoke.
