Hallways smell like vomit nit the rooms were nice

Everything was good about our seven day stay except for the Dish TV service . Some days it was working good and other days not so good. But the staff and the room and other amenities made up for it. We loved the large room with a full size refrigerator and freezer. The large closet and storage areas were a plus for our extended stay. The roll out table under the fixed desk also provided a lot of work space. My wife called it our home away from home. If you knew my wife, you would know that is a great compliment and stamp of approval. It may not be the newest and flashiest hotel, but overall it was one of the best places we have ever stayed at.

The rooms had more accomodations than I expected. The ice machine on the first floor was missing, this did not matter as I did not need one, if I would have needed ice, the rooms had freezers that had Ice trays

It was close to the Sun Bowl Stadium. And we like the fact that there are local restaurants nearby and a bakery just walking distance away. The staffs are also approachable. Nothing really.

Paying $10 per night for parking was surprising and disappointing.

We liked how clean and nice the place was. The breakfast and service is really good. And the rooms were lovely. We appreciate the hotel and would come back if we had the chance.

There was no hot water whether you showered early in the morning or late at night. Housekeeping brought clean towels once in 6 days and did no cleaning whatsoever. Elevator floors were filthy.

Everything here was very clean, the service was great, the breakfast was crappy, the area was very peaceful and quiet, parking isn't free so keep in mind before you book because hotels.com or the property dont notify you. Overall a great stay.

The television screen in our room did not have connection - no TV. Front desk said technician was not available and when asked offered no refund. Then, while trying to sleep because of early flight.... a terrible noise awoke me. It sounded like someone was running a power tool! Unable to sleep, I called front desk at 11:30 pm. This clerk was very kind, said he would walk the hallways and listen. However, at 12:30 am, I heard it again. This time I realized that it was the refrigerator compressor, in the refrigerator in our room!! Solution - I turned off the refrigerator. I reported it to the front desk in the morning. Again, no offer of compensation. I don't know if the hotel has repaired the TV Direct TV connection or if they have repaired the refrigerator. If you are staying here, be sure to test/check/listen for everything in room as soon as you arrive. We did not have the breakfast or use any amenities; it was just to be a good rest before early flight - not.

The hotel was clean, the rooms had very cute kitchen set uos and the breakfast was good. The staff was excellent. They were friendly, helpful and kind. They were the Best part of the hotel.

Booked a 5 day stay at this hotel thru Hotels.com., which stated “free parking”. On arrival I was told there would be a $10 per day parking fee. Checked the hotel’s website which states “parking available. No gated parking. No one checking on who is parking. Corporate greed on the part of the hotel and inaccurate property information by Hotels.com resulted in having to pay an extra $50. This property is not in New York or LA to be charging parking fee. Hotels.com needs to verify their claim of free parking.

The cleanliness of the hotel was very impressive. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. I recommend this property highly and would not hesitate staying here again.

Hotel was beautiful, well maintained, and in a great location. Staff wasn’t too friendly, and the breakfast selection was very sad.

Other than what was checked in previous question there is nothing to add for me. I was there very short time and did not utilize property other than to take my dog out. Nice place though

The property is ok, nothing special but their ridiculous pet fee" $117 per night" is outrageous. Post it somewhere, it's not like they groomed the dog or gave her a bath.

Housekeeping never came to clean our room while we were gone.

Clean room, great location in a quiet area close to nightlife, restaurants and the interstate.

We arrived after 11 pm on a Thursday night. We got checked in fairly quickly. Went up to our room, and it was one king bed. I booked a 2 queen suite with fold out couch as we had our 3 kids with us. Went back down to the front desk, and she said sorry, they had no rooms like that available. We had already prepaid, they would not refund and it was so late we couldn't go anywhere else. The next day we were given the correct room, but never refunded for the first night, and half my family had to sleep on the floor. Not what I would expect for a hotel that we paid $140 a night for, and even worse they wouldn't refund our first night. Now I am stuck disputing with our credit card company for the first night. IF the room mess up wouldn't have happened it really is a nice hotel, good location, and everything else was fine.

Updated rooms and clean. Definitely was worth it.

Roomy except idk if there was wifi

The hotel is in a good location. It is not a newer hotel and some of the cleanliness can be questioned. There is a free breakfast that consist of granola bars, muffins, pre packaged juices and yogurt. Hotel is definitely not worth the price. Had to pay a $100 non-refundable pet deposit for my 6 pound dog.

The lady at the front desk very rude we got stranded in El Paso waiting for our car to be fixed never tried to accommodate us with early check in the room no coffee pot and the air conditioner just stayed on maintenance was great they need to fix the carpet on the stairs accident waiting to happen

Not good, they charge a $100 pet fee they don’t tell you about for a room that is dirty. So dissatisfied. Will NEVER stay again. See photos...plus dishwasher was going like they just started it when we got to the room. Was loud and put us by the elevator which was loud as well. We left at 2 am.

It was comfortable and clean. Basic which is what we paid for. I would stay again.

Wonderful stay. Made even more special by the helpful, friendly, always smiling & professional front desk employee Anna who was so warm & accommodating when we asked for restaurant suggestions & places to see. Truly an asset to her the company. We would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

hidden fee of 300 for pets is deceptive when the website advertises pet friendly. Booked two queen and received one king. Front desk while polite were not helpful stating that they have nothing to do with booking. But the hotel was not full so could they have accommodated me? No offer to do so. With fewer amenities and reduced services, its greedy to be charging the same as one paid in the past for housekeeping, added coffee, towels, shampoo, breakfast etc. The take away bag of breakfast was not even available at 8 am when I left in the morning, I don't think they prepare for all guests and do whatever they can to not provide anything. The room did not have any cups or utensils that I could find in cabinets or drawers so after searching, I opened the dishwasher to find it full. I had no idea if they were clean or not... but lazy to not put them away so I would know for sure especially in the time of covid. One small shampoo. One bar of soap. Not one for sink and one for shower but only one. The shampoo was ok for one person but I booked for three people. Thats why I wanted two queen beds. two towels. One trash can. Not one in bathroom and one in kitchen but only one for whole room. Trash piled at elevators.... Never staying at a Mariott property again!

I was very pleasantly surprised when I went inside. The outside looks like it could use a fresh coat of paint but everything else was great.

All ice machines are not working. Virus excuse is not an excuse. Other hotels ice machines are in service. Traveling the Texas heat guest need ice for their drive.

Hotel is nice and quiet accessible to shops and stores and the Airport is close by. The service was not that great(day shift). We kept asking for clean sheets TP and we’re told we needed to wait due to the limited staffing they had which I understood. So we waited finally two days later we finally got them what we asked for. The lady walked in to the room and hand it to us without knocking first. We soon learned to wait until night shift staff to ask for amenities if we needed anything.

As a suite the room was spacious but not too big. I loved the full size refrigerator, stove and dishes. The bathroom was a good size and the bed was super comfy. We were only there overnight but would definitely be back.

Nice spacious rooms with mini kitchen, including cook top. Very clean and comfortable. A little outdated, but none the less, comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast with many options. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the lobby even in the evenings. Extremely friendly staff, very accommodating. Will definitely stay here on my next trip to El Paso and would highly recommend.

The check in took a bit, could not check in early so had to come back later than expected. We had a ground floor room that was not cleaned as good as I hoped it would be. Found pubic hair in the tub & that was pretty gross. Won’t be staying there again.

The staff at front desk from check in to check out was very friendly and courteous. Cleaning staff very polite as well. Bed was so comfortable, my room faced busy street,but for most part was very quiet and lights from traffic at night looked pretty. Seating area outside with tv and fireplace by pool very enjoyable,only wish they could have cleaned out ash trays from smokers,still there next a.m. breakfast ok,expected a bit more variety,but coffee good. All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Did not like the Couch placement it made it difficult to watch the TV.

Nothing wrong with the actual property. The customer service was awful. We stayed for 10 days and had to typically hunt down the maids to take our trash, the never routinely came in. We also had an issue with billing. It took several weeks and multiples calls on our end to get the issue resolved. The management team was awful about calling us back, like they said they would. Actually, they never called us back, it took contacting corporate and basically harassing the staff to actually fix the issue. No remorse about the fact that they charged our card wrong, causing overdraft fees and other bills to get messed up.

They need to do some work on the breakfast. Have stronger coffee and improve the oatmeal.

Walking distance from right to left along Airport Blvd: Enterprise rent-a-car, Circle K gasoline & mini-mart for drinking water. Corner Bakery & Deli, Chick Fil-A, Whataburger, (Under construction brand new Great American Steakhouse), Wienerschnitzel. Down the street on Airport Blvd is 24 hr McDonald's, 24 hr 7-Eleven. Next to 7-Eleven is 24 hr Denny's. Nearest drugstore/pharmacy 5 min drive/ride share East and West is Walgreen's. Costco to the West. Best Buy electronics to the East.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Clean and spacious room. The bed was very comfortable. After a 10 hour drive and 2 days at a track meet, I slept like a baby. The breakfast could have had a few more choices. Other than that it was a great stay.

Fast reliable wifi; very good cleanliness of large studio w/comfortable king bed, full kitchen w/dishwasher, microwave, 2-burner stove top, full-sized refrigerator (no roasting oven though); large desk with shelves; sofa that sloped towards the middle; coffee table; harsh white fluorescent light from lamps. Spacious bathroom w/shelving, towel rack, & thick towels. Coffee/tea available in lobby 24/7. Room was fairly quiet & away from traffic. Large fitness center w/2 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, a bike, free weights, weight bench, weight scale, balance ball, elastic bands, ear buds, & disinfecting wipes. Average breakfast w/boiled eggs, sausage patties, whole fruit, bread products, coffee, tea, & juices.

This is a nice hotel with a well-designed kitchen area. For three people, however, our room was way too small. We had a king-sized bed and a pull out sofa, but to pull out the sofa we had to move a coffee table, which made it really hard to get around in the room. The room would have been great for two, but it's not a three-person room.

This is the place to stay when I’m El Paso. The kitchen is great to cook all my sons favorites while visiting him while he’s stationed at FT Bliss. Comfortable beds and nice seating area for visiting. Highly recommend.

The only place that needed attention was the outside trash by the exterior doors.

This past visit, the hot water in my room was very weak and the last day we had to take cold-ish showers. Also, like many hotels in this price range, the HVAC is super loud. I appreciated the availability of pack n plays for my 1-yr old but it looked like it had been stored in the bottom corner of a basement and never cleaned.

From walk in to room service it was very clean , comfortable, and friendly.

Hotel is nice, shuttle prompt, bed very comfy...average size room, lots of furniture in it. If you have an extended stay, the kitchen is well stocked.

We booked here for our 30th anniversary, our king room was downgraded to two queen beds. When we questioned this the person on duty was kind and said he wanted to help but due to higher level Marriott members requesting king beds we were reassigned. He said it's why booking through a third party vendor not guaranteed. We were disappointed but nothing we could do at the last minute, we were past cancellation timeframe. The queen bed mattress very comfortable, just not what we signed up for.

Looked like a newer hotel and was very clean throughout. Room had Direct TV with many channel choices. Room was somewhat smaller than I expected for it being a "suite" but again it was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Overall, excellent value for the price!

I had never stayed in this chain before. Nice concept, and Lobby is comfortable. Room is very crowded in attempt to put many things in it, full size fridge , desk, love seat etc, but feels cramped compared to many suites. Evening meal is nice idea, and value, and was adequate, not great. Everything else was Marriott quality so fine, but not my favorite from a room comfort basis.

Excellent Hotel and enjoyed the customer service from the time I checked into the hotel. I liked the breakfast that was provided and it was available right at 6 am as scheduled. The facility was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I was only there for one night to catch an early flight out but I will stay here in the future.

Be careful when booking for a family. The description regarding how many family members a suite sleeps was incorrect. A king size room with pullout sofa does not sleep 4 average size individuals. No other rooms were available for the night, so, two family members received a horrible nights sleep.
