We had to move rooms. Nearly everything was broken. The new room, the coffee pot didn't work. I couldn't connect my Roku... the volume was screeching with it on. The breakfast was had once. Wouldn't get it again. There was pink mold in the shower. I wouldn't stay here again.

The rooms were clean. The bed and linens were comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety. Staff was very friendly.

We had an excellent stay overall! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff provided outstanding service throughout our visit. The only minor issue was that when we pulled back the blanket, we noticed a couple of hairs and a few light black stains on the bed sheets. It was a little disappointing, but aside from that, everything else exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again.

Got in from a long drive and were impressed on how clean the hotel was. Staff took care of us and assisted with any needs. My family and I slept very comfortably. Definitely recommend staying there for a reasonable price

Overall amazing hotel to stay, especially for several days as the rooms have a full kitchen with everything you might need. My only complaint was breakfast closing at 9:00am during the weekdays. Room was great, clean, and more or less up to date. There may have been a few areas which could be touched up. Pool and gym were nice additions. And nearly zero noise even next to the highway. Arthur helped us anytime we needed assistance. Recommended for sure!

Checked in late at night. Asked for extra linens and towels. Got interrogated by the front desk as to why we need extra linens. Explained that we had bad experience before about the cleanliness of the beddings and from then on, we asked for extra flat sheets to put over the bed and as a blanket. She even said, I do the same thing. But, only gave us 3 flat sheets (we had a double bed room that’s why I asked for 4 extra sheets). She said, they are not allowed to give more than 2 linens per room. Never again staying at this hotel. Even told all my family and friends not to stay at this hotel. Why are they asking for incidental deposit if they’re worried people will be stealing linens or towels?!

The hotel was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable, and breakfast was really good - lots of variety.

It is a very beautiful, comfortable, and clean hotel; the staff is efficient and quick to assist you, and the service is excellent. I love this hotel and would stay there again if I were to return to El Paso, Texas.Thank yoouuuuuuu

All the staff--front desk, housekeeping, breakfast attendant were wonderful. We did have an issue with the toilet tank leaking so that was a drag especially since the rest of the stay was so nice. Great workout room! Pool was not heated--got used to the chill but it was good for little laps. Breakfast was fine but you need tonget there before 9am because that's when it ends! Would recommend this hotel!

The staff was very nice and the property was clean. The coffee maker in the room was bad. For an extended stay I expected a regular sized drip coffee maker, instead it had a mini that only worked w hotel pre packaged pods.

We had a wonderful experience. The staff were professional, courteous, and very attentive to our needs. Our room was comfortable and provided a restful environment. We’re grateful for the excellent care and service we received. Highly recommend!

the rooms are not insulated for freeway noise. It felt like the window was open the freeway sound was very loud. Iti is an industrial area, so loud ordinances are not enforced and LOUD music event was blasting and cars racing and burning rubber until 2am. noise

Overall, a very nice hotel — clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, and the facilities were well maintained. However, there was a strong unpleasant smell in the gym, which made it impossible to work out. Apart from that, everything was great, and I would still recommend the hotel.

Disappointed w breakfast selections and service. A young lady would not make fresh eggs nor fresh coffee citing the time of 8:54 am and breakfast ending @ 9:00 am. Couldn’t believe that one.

The breakfast was poorly made there was no maid service unless you request it. The pool was dirty, I understand its an outdoor pool.

Our room was never cleaned. We stayed for a week and called to the front desk and asked several times when our room would be cleaned and they kept telling us the next day. We would come back in the evening and it was never cleaned. This was ridiculously bad communication and service.

We visited El Paso for our nephew's graduation and our family of four stayed for 4 nights. The room was more than perfect we were super happy with it! I personally loved the layout, the kitchenette was in a perfect place so the rest of our room had extra room. Will definitely be booking at TownePlace Suites again!

Breakfast could of been better, other Marriotts that I’ve stayed had waffles and breakfast entrees. Made the stay more convenient. Other than that was excellent service.

Allowed me to get the superior Mexican food along the border and have wonderful leftovers for breakfast

We were placed in a room closest to the freeway. The walls, windows, and drapes did not insulate the sound at all. It was basically a sleepless night. Other than that, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Everyone in reception and the attendants assisting you with your every need are very friendly. Very good service and the room is exceptional, but they have do so something about the lackluster breakfast. Everything seemed frozen and processed, nothing what their photos suggest.

Had a separate pet area. Had a fire pit where you could roast marshmallows- bring your own. Clean dining area. Clean rooms with great amenities- microwave, full refrigerator, dishwasher. Soaps provided in walk-in huge shower. Side note - cannot adjust fan on heater itself, but with thermostat which was hidden behind TV - had to call desk to find that out. Lots of USB ports for phone charging. Parking area was well-lit.

The property was nice and the bed was really comfortable. The staff very nice and good parking. The only downside was they charged me an extra $50 for my pet to stay and there was just turf for her to pee on and she didn’t like that.

As always, this is our go to place when in El Paso. It is close to family and friends. It is very clean and the staff is wonderful!!

I liked the rooms, the 24 hour gym, and the breakfast.

I loved this property. We drove for close to 11 hours. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Close to the highway. The desk attendant very efficient and friendly.
