I have given this rating because you keep hassling me for one. A rating request is really hard to provide for a place you never stayed, but better yet never seen. As if it couldn’t get worse you charged us for it $89.00 plus. We couldn’t get to it because of construction, the detour and not being familiar with the area. Wait for it, wait for it, we are still amazed that you charged us, yet we stayed at another one of your properties. We can’t be at two hotels at the same time.

Everything was great for the price. Everyone was nice and helpful. Lounge chairs at pool would be appreciated. The cable connection didn't work well and protein options at breakfast please.

I would definitely stay there again. It was very close to where I needed to go. It was very quiet which is something I struggle with when traveling. The only issue was the pillows. I would bring my own if pillow comfort is an issue for you. I loved it, people were amazing, room was clean.

I like to stay here is not my first time I'm a customer so the location is very good and is quiet too, the staff is friendly and is very clean.

The room was clean and spacious. The gym, swimming pool and hot tube were nice extras, but the continental breakfast just put it over the top. Will stay again next time I am in El Paso.

Carpeting had a odor ,like months betwen last cleaning and Corpse was under bed Smeeled and staff where not concerden

The guy who checked us in was a great The property had issues and the power went out I had to get ready, however, since there was no power I couldn’t dry my hair or fixed it ! We waited an hour and couldn’t wait no more.. the breakfast was a huge no no protein at all !! Very disappointed

Was awesome. Very chill hotel. Very quiet. You can make waffles for breakfast. There was cereal too. I like the atmosphere of the hotel.

Some of the front desk was great. Some of them were meh. The room was pretty clean but the sink water pressure was awful. The tv had very little working channels and the wifi was slow, but it was free. I booked specifically for the outdoor area and pool which was closed for maintenance which was annoying. Ended up checking out early. It’s a good deal for a short stay but I probably won’t book again

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely little hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. Great value for money. We would definitely stay here again.

I LOVED this hotel. The staff were so kind and welcome. They let us check in early after a long flight. The hotel is in such a lovely location with ample and has a great breakfast. The rooms felt so cosy. Will definitely be back!

Friendly, efficient staff, parking area felt safe, waffles, fruit, cereal for breakfast were fine. Only disappointment that pool and hot tub weren't open yet, and hallways, elevator were warm.

Nothing really the room was covered in mold and some weird powder there was slime in the corners of the bathroom there was blood on the sheets vomit on the wall behind the toilet the shower didnt drain and then when asked to be placed in a clean room the person working the front desk was telling me I had to leave and get a refund the next day even though I had only been in the room 15 mins. After around 45 mins at 4am I finally got a refund and had to leave. Exactly what was said above

Great place. The parking lot was locked at night on one side, which was nice for feeling more secured. Great rooms, great air conditioning. Towels were a little worst for wear and thin, but did the job.

All great except the price it’s a little expensive for the place. Breakfast wasn’t really breakfast just cereal, pancake machine and bread. No eggs no bacon no oatmeal no yogurt no fruits or options for juices just orange juice.

Don’t be fooled by the ratings. It’s okay, but it’s certainly not as spectacular as the ratings suggest. Fairly disappointing, to be honest, but it’s clean enough and okay for a night.

Staff was very polite, friendly and professional - quick to respond to any inquiry. Room was super clean, bed very comfortable, sheets and covers very clean, bathroom exceptionally clean. Quieter place than most other places we have stayed. Outside noise was almost none existent. Parking safe and secured. Let downs: Had to walk over to the front dest because there was no phone in room to contact front desk. TV reception sucked big time. Remote did not work well, struggled to change channel, and channels kept fading out and losing connection and most of them did not work. I stopped using it after an hour of struggling and frustration. Most importantly, the door would not lock, that is it could be open without using the keycard. We discovered this in the late afternoon of our last day. We reported all this to the front desk. Will we stay there again? Absolutely. I can live without a TV; a walk to the front desk might do me some good; and I am certain that next time i can end up with a room with a door lock that actually works. So, it is a clean and comfortable room that is most important. See you guy soon. // Luis //

Ok place

We stayed just for one night and it was alright. The whole hotel was hot, but our room cooled off pretty quick after we turned the ac on. The bed was hard, kind of like sleeping on the floor. Didn't stay long enough for breakfast to be open, but overall it was a decent night.

Room and facilities were clean and staff were very friendly. However, very small breakfast selection, bed was not very comfortable and shower did not drain correctly. Overall, worth the price for a one night stay.

I was on a long driving trip from California and arrived late in the evening. I had a really warm welcome, hot relaxing bath, and a really comfy sleep in a king bed. Didn’t want to get up! The breakfast was simple, but nice. I’d love to come back. Thank you!

Tony was very welcoming and informative. The hotel is older but clean, quiet and conveniently located for us to get to the sun bowl game and other restaurants. Great price and easy to find.

Carlos at desk was excellent. But hotel internet was down, been down for days. He tried helping... TV only gets over the air free tv, no espn, no football games. 1-2 other guests in entire 3 story hotel?!

Free breakfast was waffles and cereal. Toilet seat in the hotel room was dirty. Had to clean it before using there was a used plastic knife on the floor in the room when we arrived.

Air conditioning was not on when we got to the room even with the AC on all night the room was still hot They advertised a hot tub as pictured next to their pool but it is not working and that was the main reason I chose the hotel

Excellent treatment. Josie upgraded m to a suite with fridge, microwave, desk and couch. Quite, good location close to highway.

There was no hot water for a shower, boiler went out and wouldn't be fixed until the following Monday

The only bummer was the internet service, as I could connect to the wi-fi, but no internet was available. 90 percent of the channels were not visible due to "weak or no signal".

So when we first got there some crazy man scared my kids and they cried, as he was yelling at us racial slurs. The guy in the front was helpful and said he was staying there but would talk to him. Front staff very nice but we were scared to bump into him again each time we had to get in or out of the elevator. Internet did not work the whole time we were there, breakfast options were ok. The pool and room were very nice though.

Not Dirty but old. They have an Awesome staff. Our tv did not work so moved us to another room. Bigest bummer was booking a hotel for the hottub and the hot tub was the same temp as the pool! The breakfast had muffins and toast and a waffle maker.

Room was not like it looked in pics. Dusty. Gym equipment non existent save fkr 3 ancient dirty treadmills in a musty and muggy room.

Typical hotel that lies about amenities. I paid more money for this hotel specifically because they advertised a gym. When I get here I find out it's closed. Looking at reviews it appears it's been closed for months. I should be getting some sort of discount because of this.

This property is very expensive for very little. There was no breakfast, no channels on TV to even watch a movie or news. The room was not as clean as it could’ve been. I would not recommend this to anyone. I plan to get my money back.

I love this hotel. Close to Basset Center to do shopping and head to Imax theater. And close to Carlos & Mickeys restaurant.

The hotel room was very dusty. The fridge did not work, there was no basic cable. There was no door hanger to let the staff know if you do not want to be disturbed, so the staff walked into my room whether i wanted it or not. My room was on the third floor and it was hot, hot hot!

Tv remote difficulty operating/ tv channels limited and 75% Spanish / no sports and only 2 local channels. Signed into WiFi on iPad and phone no WiFi said it was connected. Hot tub closed for no reason

To be honest, when we pulled up I almost kept going... the property looks a little bit sketchy from the outside and the neighborhood is really, really dark. However, we parked and went in and boy am i glad we did. The front desk staff was amazingly nice and helpful. They upgraded us to a room with a couch and the room was nicely appointed. Fridge, microwave, etc. However, if watching TV is your goal, and you don't speak Spanish, your choices of channels is very limited. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. There is some noise from the freeway, but after about an hour you don't hear it anymore. Lol Lots of Doordash options to this hotel and it's actually nicely located. Breakfast consisted of plain toast, yogurt, cereal and waffles. Very good value for the price. I world definitely stay here again!

The only thing good about this hotel was customer service the beds are itchy that you're literally 5 minutes to get hot water the floors are dirty the blanket to put your suitcase on was dirty Sierra did not work that great the neighborhood was scary the clock was not set no blanket on the bed or a very thin one only one bar of soap the pillows are extremely thin and used no swimming pool or hot tub that it looks like there is in the picture and the continental breakfast was not too good, we paid $100, as we thought this was an excellent rated motel in honestly is not worth more than $50 per night never ever again

It had deteoriated in cleanliness from previous stay. Mattress was still comfy though!

Enjoyed swimming in pool and the view from the room looking out towards downtown EPT. Room was clean and id say sofar, my favorite place now compared to the othe hotels ive stayed recently at. Its a 5 star hotel if you ask me.

I liked the fact that my suite came with a Jacuzzi jet tub. I didn't like the fact that there was no hot water in the suite to enjoy the hot tub or to shower in the morning. They offered me no discount & management has not contacted me.

Facility furniture, carpeting appears old worn. TV mostly Spanish channels. Sheets were stained. Tissue paper dispensers empty. Breafast was not available. Only coffee.. When asked, staff stated someone left the refrigerator open.

It was in an industrial area the pool next to a busy street. We didn’t stay and there was a no refund policy so am out $110 Plus . On a scale of 1 to 10 I give it a minus 1

The staff are very nice but the hotel has a lot to be desired. The hallways were not air-conditioned so the 100 plus weather in El Paso was felt when you were on your way to the room or left the room. The bed was rock hard. The comforter was very thin and had a cigarette burn in it. The air-conditioned struggled to keep the room cold. I set it for 65 but felt closer to 75. I usually like 71 so it was warmer than I am used to and with the extreme heat outside it made for a bad hotel experience. If you like hot water this is the place for you. I have no idea what the temp is set at but if you like hot showers put it on medium because you will burn your skin right off. They have breakfast but I think due to not having a lot of guests it is very limited. I got mini muffins one day and didn't bother with it after that.

The room was spacious enough, the bathroom decent, the fridge definitely worked (we used it), and there was a microwave and blackout curtains. The bed was alright - standard med firm (not pillow top or anything), the bed was made nicely and the linens soft, and all the lamps have outlets for device charging. The continental breakfast is what you’d expect - yogurt, muffins, toast, juice, coffee, fruit, and someone was making waffles. (At least it looked like a waffle maker.) Not sure if it was just our bad timing, but the jacuzzi was not heated. Neither was the pool (not really a complaint, just still kinda cold- summer temps hadn’t warmed it yet.) Also, no loungers like in their pictures-and the pool area pic is the most flattering angle for the pool area - it’s wedged in a corner and even smaller than it looks. If lounging poolside is your idea- this ain’t a relaxing kinda spot. My only other complaint was the cable…no channel listing provided, no channel channel so you could see what was on (or soon to be). And the remote sucked (were tech-savvy enough to manage using such things- this one was either worn out or needed new bat
