The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park

My only complaint is that I reserved a king size bed and they gave me a double queen because they were fully booked. Other than that, it was an excellent stay.

Amazing! This place is great!

The room was very nice. They upgraded us to a suite, however it was not completely cleaned up. We were confused by the leftovers and wasn’t sure if the previous guest has checked out. We extended to stay one more night, and the front desk girl told us there were breakfast included. But when we checked out, the other girl insisted our room didn’t come with breakfasts. We ended up having very expensive meals at the downstairs restaurant.

The hotel is very nice. The hotel is modernized with some room automation for the blinds and elevators. Staff was super friendly with us. We only stayed one night but will definitely be coming back.

The rooms have a few things that need maintenance. The black out curtains don’t work well, the bathroom door closes on its own, shower needs deep cleaning, trim could use deep cleaning. A few more details as such, but overall everything is ok. Overall the whole building need a good going over on maintenance. I will definitely stay here again. It is a comfortable place. Construction still continues next door, so it’s noisy in the morning. The restaurant is fancy but I’ll give it a 7 overall. The bar staff is the best and the drinks are really good, a bit pricey though. It is worth the money and time staying here.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were great, but the food wasn't great. The hotel has a gym but not a pool, which would have been nice.

The atmosphere The A/C wasn’t working in the room and needed to move rooms at midnight due to it being too hot and had maintenance check it out.

The hotel is a gorgeous historic property that was updated with modern amenities yet retains it's 1930's era architecture. Our room was both spacious and luxurious with everything we needed. The tequila bar was amazing. We enjoyed our visit. The customer service was outstanding. When we arrived Victor was waiting to guide us to an oversized vehicle parking spot. Javier at check in was so helpful and told us about the onsite restaurant and other amenities. Moises showed us to our room and got our luggage there quickly. Check out was easy and fast. Two of the valet parking staff assisted us in exiting the oversized vehicle parking area which was a huge help as driving an oversized vehicle downtown in any city is not easy. Thanks to them it was much easier. This was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable hotel stops we've ever had, and we travel frequently. Kudos to a well run establishment. I didn't want to leave.

This was a wonderful property! Loved the accommodations, all the small touches which made this a special boutique experience. Restaurant was amazing! Loved the rooftop and drinks, we are looking forward to coming back next time we are in El Paso.

Nice old architecture. There isn’t any sound screening for outside. You can hear everything! Even in a suite on the 14th floor. Couldn’t sleep all night. Worst sleep/non sleep I ever had in an expensive suite.

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Room was large and clean and very nice. Only issue was room service never would answer calls and no menu in room.

The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The electric shades and curtains were a great touch and made the room feel modern. The only issue we had was figuring out how to use the shower faucets to get the hot water. Once we figured it out, everything worked great. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely return.

It was a stunning property! I arrived pretty early and they confirmed that my room was ready so they would allow me to check in early which I have never experienced. Staff was very accommodating and friendly! Great atmosphere! Beds were super comfy and the shower pressure was great. room had all the necessities and more they all had a very nice mini bar ( best one i have seen so far ) Had an early flight 430am - i texted the Valet to request my car 15 -16 mins prior to going downstairs checked out and did not hear back from valet and I asked the front desk if there was valet as i needed my car as i had texted and needed to now leave. she called a couple times and almost 15-20 mins after i checked out they pulled up the car so it was a total of 30+ mins from when i requested the car. It would not have been a big deal and would not have minded waiting had i not planned to leave at the last min since I knew the airport is close by and airport not to busy. With this valet delay I barley made it. Aside from this little hiccup it was great! No complaints

One of the things that keeps us coming back is the staff—they have always been friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stays. The location is also excellent, with easy access to downtown restaurants, entertainment, and local attractions. Whether we're visiting for work or a weekend getaway, The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park consistently delivers a great experience. We look forward to staying here again on future trips to El Paso.

Had a wonderful time, it was perfect for a little get away for my wife and I. Will definitely be back. The staff was amazing and helpful. They didn’t hesitate to give us a late check out.

We had a serious issue with our shower. It was either cold or scalding - all 3 mornings.

The location was perfect for exploring downtown, with restaurants, attractions, and shops within walking distance. We especially loved the unique character of the property, the relaxing atmosphere, and the attention to detail. The amenities were excellent, and everything exceeded our expectations. Our only complaint is that our stay wasn’t long enough! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to coming back.

Beautiful hotel, a true treasure in El Paso! Wish I had stayed there more often prior to my military move to a new assignment. It was a phenomenal stay and experience!

Large room Well appointed TV

This was my first visit to El Paso, and this property FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. Helpful staff and pristine rooms. It was very close to some cool spots for nightlife, and the restaurant bar was fantastic! I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in El Paso.

The Plaza is a fantastic hotel with an excellent restaurant, breakfast and two really fun bars. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I’ve stayed twice and an always completely satisfied with the entire experience.

Lovely historic hotel with a sweet & helpful staff. We would stay here again. The location is great, with many nice restaurants in walking distance. Also nearby is the El Paso Museum of Art, which is well worth checking out.

It was a very nice hotel, especially BTS was staying at this hotel while we were there. Unfortunately we could not stay 2 nights, due to such high demeand for hotels at that time.

This was a one night stop with our dog driving across country. We picked it for the valet parking but were pleasantly surprised with what a beautiful hotel it was. Staff were all so welcoming, helpful and friendly.

My Favorite hotel! This was our 4th stay and I already cannot wait to go back. It’s so beautifully decorated throughout. The staff is too notch, the bar is wonderful and the food is Outstanding! Kudos to the Chef. They have an indoor mesquite fire oven visible from the dining room that imparts just the right amount of smokiness to create the perfect steak, burgers and babacoa.

The best on all levels!

By far the best hotel gym!!! Room is beautiful, staff is the best, valet drives are hustlers and remember your name and your car. The restaurant and bar are too noche! One of my favorite hotels compared to all the hotels in the 52 countries I’ve traveled to.

Nice rooms. Attractive classic common areas with outstanding bar and kitchen.

There was no breakfast included and the only parking options is Valet parking for a fee of $30 per night. However, my stay felt luxurious and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location is also convenient to lots of things to eat and there is a lot of police patrols which makes you feel very safe.
