Super 8 by Wyndham El Paso Airport

Spend the extra 10 to 20 dollars a night, to stay elsewhere. This location is disgusting, as soon as you walk in the room, cockroaches scattered all over the room. Our first minute in the room we spent killing at least 5 cockroaches. We didn't even put our things on the bed, that's how bad it was. Just avoid the property at all costs. Especially if you book through a third party, you'll have the hardest time trying to get a refund. I had to get a hold of my bank and show them all the emails and pictures in order to get some type of help.

The pool only opened when you could find the maintenance man. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

My non-smoking room literally smelled like an ashtray. The floors were dirty honestly just couldn't get past the smell with terrible spread perfume everywhere to help but faded quickly.

The bed was clean but the rest was not at all clean. Staff wasn’t friendly. Not helpful, until the very end then they decided to actually do their work. Not recommend this place at all.

My room was not fit for a dog! They said there were no other rooms. I left without staying the 3 nights I booked. Thank God Orbitz credited my account and I was able to stay elsewhere. The front desk staff was of no help. They were very poorly dressed and rude. I will never stay at a Super 8 again!

Directly outside of room, the parking lots was full of trash.

Al llegar pagamos, se cobro doble y no quisieron hacerse responsables , se pidió cuarto no fumadores, el cuarto apestaba a cigarro, había papeles detrás de la taza del inodoro, hilo dental con mango tirado en el baño usados, malísima señal de internet, sobrecama se veían manchas de labial y manchas cafés, el baño si estaba muy sucio, paredes, en tina de baño con agua sucia estancada, cortinas del baño olían mal y tenia manchas amarilla donde no las lavan. Pocos detalles pero muy incómodos, el precio fue accesible, estos son detalles de limpieza e higiene, si mejoraran estaría muy bien.

Definitely one of the worst experiences in a hotel. We decided to extend our trip last minute so we booked one night here, and we regret it. The room was filthy, awful smell and the toilet and sink were clogged so they had to move us to another room. Same awful smell and dirtiness, this time the AC was not cooling the room at all, to the point that we had to go to Walmart to buy a fan, Lysol, and air freshener. I also had to keep an eye on our car because there was a couple of junkies drinking and smoking right next to our car. So if you're having second thoughts, do yourself a favor and skip this place, you won't regret it.

Except for lobby the property wreaked of marijuana. Was hard to breathe to even sleep. I stayed out of room as much as possible since not refundable. Trash was falling out of large bins throughout property. Room was clean and well presented. Will not recommend or be returning.

The experience was horrible as soon as I walked into the room, you could observe visible blood stains on the comforter more than one. I called the front desk, girl was tude They told me to walk it over to the front desk because they couldn’t send anyone. They took forever. I ended up not replacing the comforter. The door was broken. You did not feel safe. There was dead cockroaches in the room. the outside of the property was dirty with trash, old towels, clothing items. The lady in the breakfast lunch was very rude.

Only one towel on a double bed room does not look right, at least should be 3.

The best part about the few hours we stayed there was the bed - the door didn't lock properly, the towels smelled like mildew, the shower dribbled on us, the mirror that would normally be on the bathroom door wasn't there. I could go on, but don't want to.

The room we were in, room 250, was dirty when we got there. There were crumbs all over the floor, twisted tea cans under the bed, coffee or soda stains on one of the pillows and sheets, and there wasn’t hot water. It was room temperature at best. I had to use a hand towel and water to clean the floor and yet my grandbaby still had to have her feet scrubbed before putting her in her bed because they were black with dirt. We didn’t have time to go complain at the front desk because we were on a tight schedule.

We got there at 12:30 am nobody was there for 40 minutes, requested room close to stairs or bottom if possible but they gave me on top the furthest possible. Also. In the morning when asked for a restroom i got sent to the gym and it didnt open. Not much help not the best thanks

Room 247. Door doesn’t close right, it locks, but you can see the light it’s like it was broken open before and never fixed. Smelled like alcohol spilled and was never cleaned up. Opened fridge and it was disgusting, that’s where the smell came from. I stayed for 4 hours and was too grossed out. Maids definitely don’t clean rooms right or at least that room they just half a$$ it. What a disappointment and a waste of money.

The room had a really bad odor that made it hard to be in. The floors and walls were dirty as well as dirty sheets and pillow cases.

What made my stay was RACHEL. She went above and beyond. I explained my knees were bad and she stopped what she was doing and helped load my luggage onto the "trolley" and went all the way to the back and carried my luggage and my boyfriends up the stairs. She was more than helpful. She deserves recognition for her commitment to her job duties. Everything else was average, but she was a rock star!

The stay was brief, however the location was convenient on the location. Room was clean, and the A/C kept it nice and cool if I needed to step out for errands. Will most likely book again at this location in the future. Thank you!

The room was swept and tidy but it needs some deeper cleaning. The tub needs to be scrubbed, it's really dirty stained. Above the toe-kick tiles need dusting. Our door did not securely close and the locking and door jams were very loose. Some of the pillow sheets looked to have mildew stains among others. Breakfast was a nice surprise since they're was eggs, sausage, and biscuits and gravy available. It was pretty quiet through the night as well.

We were so tired that we didn’t notice until the morning of check out ! And chair was broken

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The customer service was unacceptable, the cleanliness was appalling, and the property was in terrible condition. I hope Expedia reviews this property's quality standards.

I stayed there for 2 weeks straight and my room got cleaned only once the whole time I was there there was trash on the outside of my hotel door for a week straight management has a bad attitude and smell

Nothing you get what you pay for.. I've been in this hotel before is not the best but it's ok for the price but this room I got was trash.. front door didn't close great had to force it.. TV channels didn't work out felt like digital when it was cable half worked.. Microwave didn't work it had roaches only thing good was the ac and the fridge bed was ok.. I won't stay again

The property definitely need to over go a good shutdown for like 2 weeks and a deep clean my room was clean but the property it's self was not need paint work and some maintenance but staff was great/amazing A/C WORKS AMAZING. No weird room smell like some other budget motels but they need to do a deep clean and some updating

First the door to 232 doesn't close properly it looks like it been forced open, the sink had what looked like sewage in it, the bathroom was really dirty the floors were sticky the closet had like some sort gel on the floor the bed looked like there was a hole in the middle of it, the table is about to fall apart besides the smell of pee in the parking I would not stay here ever again

TV in the room wouldn't work, called several times just to be told at night that there was nothing they could do. Room was dirty when we checked in.

The sheets were clean and soft. The bed was super comfy. I took a very hot bath. Ac was cold and great ! There was a fridge for me to put my stuff in check-in was quick and easy. Very happy. Great price too.

En si la limpieza es nula, la persona que atiende en desayuno con fatal actitud, se termina a las 10 y ella empieza a recoger a las 9:30, avienta las cosas, a veces ni te contesta, etc. Lo único bueno de ese hotel es la chica de recepción que es una joven muy amable y la ubicación del lugar.

I had my room switched 3 times! My first room had cockaroch s. My 2nd room the ac unit did not blow cold and my 3rd unit had flying cockarochs! Very dirty as well! I put a complaint in with the front desk, showed them pictures and was supposed to receive a discount on my next room today and tomorrow. Nothing was done!

Staff was dismissive. The room had white stains on the chair and floor. The wall were very dirty. Very unpleasant stay.

Outdoor was nice

Getting adequate towels and washcloths was basically impossible. Housekeeping never checked on our room during our 4-day stay.

Bait-and-Switch Rooms: We paid for a king bed were given a queen instead of the king we actually paid for. To make matters worse, the designated "non-smoking" room heavily reeked of old cigarette smoke. Abysmal Cleanliness: The room was completely neglected. The bathroom floor and bathtub were covered in hair from the previous occupants, and the room didn’t even have a basic trash can. The "Airport Shuttle" Trap: They advertise an airport shuttle, but it is practically useless. When we asked about it, the dismissive front desk agent just pointed to a sign. The only available times are 3:00 AM and 10:00 AM. If you have a standard mid-morning flight (like our 10:45 AM flight), the schedule is completely unhelpful. Breakfast Disappointment: The breakfast itself was decent, but they managed to fail at the most important part of a morning meal: they hadn't brewed any coffee. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually cleans their rooms, honors reservations, and provides real customer service.

Traveler's, do not be fooled by the price! This property is terrible! The picture on the website is misleading! I booked through hotel.com, thinking I was getting a deal. Upon check-in, I was placed in room 133. It was scary and horrible! I feel like it should of been condemned. The desk clerk acted as if she didn't know how to give refunds and make room changes. I said, "that room is not what is pictured on the internet. I want to see those rooms." I never got to see an advertised room. She called her boss, whom supposedly was out of town. He told her to go see if the room was clean. I said, "the housekeeping can clean only so much. This has to do with renovation amd management. That room is scary and should be condemned!" He offered to refund me the next morning. I was passing through and was not sticking around until he showed up. So I said, "change my room." He moved me to 126. It wasn't as scary as 133. It was a room that someone lives in on the property, most likely family. It was filthier than 133. They said it was no smoking. It had a distinct smell of stale cigarettes, dusty, 1/4 roll of tissue, trash on floors, stoppers in the sink and tub, no covers on electrical sockets, a rectangular hole in the wall, and a hooded black jacket hanging on the back of the bathroom door. I was over it by then. I prayed to the LORD, asking for a few hours rest and to not see any insects or pests. I slept fully clothed, brushed my teeth with bottled water, and left early. DO NOT RENT!

In general the property was good enough.

This place was awful and disgusting. The room was not clean at all and there was sticky stuff all over the floor as if it wasn’t mopped. The bathroom door didn’t fit the frame and you could not shut it. The room smelled like cigarettes and the blankets were stained.

Incredible value and everything you need or want is there! Diner next door had great food. The breakfast at the motel was also great.

The manager came to our room on the second night or day we were there and said we had to put up a one hundred dollar deposit but he couldn't tell us why and why on the s3cond day we were here. Then he said we had to get out of the room and couldn't have time to pack our belongings. He saud he had someone to rent the room but it hadnt even been cleaned yet ..we said were packing as fast as we can he then said its not about trying t9 you have to vacate the room now.he was very mean and rude for no apparent reason. He talked to m6 friend like she was a dog.she him we will be out as soon as we get our things and 8f he didn't like i5 he could shove it.i would never stay here again for a m8llion dollars. I've never been treated like that b6 any buisness.im 70 years old and ver6 ki d to everyone.he should not be in that manager position because hes a jerk. Dont spend your money at this hotel its not a good place.and make them explain everything up front all costs so your not surprised like we were. Buyer beware.

The room was descent and the pool was refreshing. The cherry on top was the breakfast we ate before we got on the road.
