Very unsafe for families with small children.. pool was black with sludge.. kitchenette was not working fridge was dirty and shower had mold..

Didn’t even have time to check. I was told no vacancies even though I already had booked online

1. Clogged bath in the shower, not sure how long the water had been sitting in there. 2. only one of the bed's had been fully made, 2nd bed didn't even have the blanket or sheets. 3. No TV remote 4. Sink pipes were leaking anytime we used it 5. AC unit was not in the best condition and looked run thru We were staying in room 203. Staff was friendly and polite, but the room def wasnt in the best condition

This is an extended stay place, getting redone maybe…. First room door didn’t open window was wide open was a single when booked a double, went to office she changed us room a little better but not enough towels tv didn’t work, shower been patched up and handle turned all around before turning off, 8 yr old running around saying he sells weed and lives there lol definitely will not return

Do you want things to actually work or do you need to save money will be the determining factor for whether you stay here. And they will tell you were definitely gonna fix that for you and they surely do not. If you have no other option sure it's okish but yeah

Horrible property a lot of vacant vacant rooms with the windows open. The door wouldn’t work wouldn’t lock and the air conditioner didn’t work. I changed rooms two times and everything was broke. The shower didn’t have a shower noob to turn on the water. It was terrible.

I was in room 209 for 10 nights and the AC was working but was barely blowing cold air which made the room very hot and the shower is really small can barely move around. I kept having issues with my room key almost every 2 days. It was really annoying

Property needs major makeover!

Ok. So first off. This place is a dump! Got our room, the a/c didn't work ( they put a diffrent one in.), and the floor to the shower had been patched terribly. Beds were just single old type coil spring mattress. No box spring, looked like they were made with random people's bedding. Nothing matching. Went to the pool.... uh no! Bunch of just floating and dirty. O and the TV didn't have a cord, they game me one. But I had to install it....Also decided I wanted to take a shower in the Janky shower... but no the faucet was busted so no water at all in the shower... we'll then just go to bed and get out of this nightmare.... wake up to use the bathroom and yup..... there...are....roaches!!!! Just freaking yuck!!! Yall stay away!!!!!

They are under a full renovation. They advertise all these great things but the rooms are either unfinished, being worked on or breaking as they go. There's not a functional pool. There's noises day and night from them working. There's trash everywhere including big things like nasty mattresses and broken furniture. The property is not maintained. There was a homeless guy camped in the laundry room. I always had to look for towels and tp. There's bugs and sinks all leaked. When I asked for a better room because I had no stove they said they're weren't any ready but we're still renting rooms. The sinks constantly drained out out and toilets clogged from them working on pipes. Nothing at all as advertised. I had no wifi, TV didn't work, ac got replaced when in room, no stove, bought my own microwave. It was terrible check your room before you pay!

When I moved I thought this place would be a great stay because they advertise a kitchenette, wifi, a fridge, an electric stovetop, kitchen sink, of course bathroom and bed. What they failed to mention is they are under full renovation, new management and when I got there I was shocked to see the room was not completed. There was not a stove, no microwave to substitute so I had to go get one! All the sinks leaked, the toilet constantly clogged because the renovations were continous. There was noise day and night- hammering, things being moved and replaced. It was always dirty. I always had to hunt someone down for towels and tp. There were lots if roaches and water bugs daily, the pool was first green then drained and dirty, never working. Staff was rude at the end and one even said stop complaining if I didn't like it go somewhere else! There's trash everywhere even blocking the room sometimes, mattresses, broken furniture like cabinets. The wifi quit working my 4th day and they never repaired it though several if us told them. Our door keys would lock us out repeatedly too. I will never stay there again! Oh yeah and all the sinks leaked and when I told them the guys was just like ok well we're renovating like it was no surprise.

The room wasn’t amazing but it worked for its intended purposes. The curtains had paint on them, there were no trash cans. I mean you could hear everything from the outside.

Roaches and dirty

If I could I would give this place a rating of “0”. Do not rent here. First off, we arrived late and there were people standing outside. Looking extremely sketchy. After we got our key, we went to the Room which was very far from the parking. I already felt uncomfortable about the people Standing outside. The room was dirty and the beds had been slept in. I immediately went to complain. Asked for a refund and was denied. Went to room number 2. The room was prepared but had exposed outlets and the bathroom sink was made of unfinished wood. There were roaches crawling on the wall and had to kill a few. I still would like a refund. Awful awful place.

Considering it is still under construction everything else was good to go but then again I'm just here for one night. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

To start with the good things. Jean at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. But the battery in the smoke detector was low, so it was already chirping when I got into the room. There was no plug for the television and no cord to even put into a plug. There were three live roaches in my room. One that decided to join me in bed. The door did not lock properly and the only chair in the room had paint splattered all over it.

The pictures are not the real life experience, inside or out. Stained shower curtain, no mattress cover, weird blankets and I didn't bother looking at the kitchen. No grass either. The area was not nice. We turned around, got back in the car, and found another hotel.

Human diarrhea splattered upon the sides of the building and ground in several places. Roach and Waterbug infestation. Stray cats. Abandoned vehicle(s). Various sightings and odors of eliminated waste from humans, animals and insects. Rude staff. Nonworking doorlocks and appliances. Extremely difficult checkin/checkout processing.

They oversold room and on arrival they told me they had no room for me. I had to call around to find a place to stay and paid 3x the normal amount for 1 night

The room door was open when arrived. Took 10 room keys just to finally open door when closed. Rats and roaches. No towels, or trash can. Stove didnt work. No microwave. Manager refused to move us to another room.

Most horrible experience! This property shouldn't even be listed by Expedia. It is completely under construction! Not as described in listing or pictures. The property looks like its abandoned and there's been an apocalypse. Just a handful of rooms could be occupied. All other rooms were trashed with the doors open and mattresses thrown in the courtyard area. After checking in the first concern was that there was no water. The unit was suppose to have a kitchenette. That was not the case. The fridge was filthy and infested by roaches. No working microwave or stovetop.

Absolutely awful. The property did not let us know that they were starting construction April 1st and that our room would be gutted. We walked into our room and it smelled of paint thinner, gutted out stove/oven, no fridge, microwave with no cord, no trash cans, lights that do not work, and a shower that looked like someone had a bad hack job in it from someone previously that had dyed their hair. The front desk lady was unhelpful in the way that it was there is nothing that can be done and that’s just how it’s going to be. Would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone while it is under construction. Can’t say much about it without construction because we did not have the misfortune of experiencing that. Not happy whatsoever!

the hotel is being remodeled but that doesnt justify the roach problem and everything else, there was no hot water, the toilet stopped working, the refigerator wobbled, the dining table wobbled, the ceramic stove was broken, the deadbolt on the door didnt lock and the shower curtain has stains everywhere. i do not recommend anyone stay here, dont let the pictures on the website deceive you.

i've stayed at other Motel/Studio 6 that were pleasant but this was by far the nastiest. the toilet seat was nasty, it had pee stains on it. there was no sink in the restroom. i didn't use the shower, but there was no shower curtain & had a very short shower head. there were stains on the furniture. there wasn't a trash can anywhere in the room. there were mattresses outside other rooms and a bunch of debris from the construction going on. i guess what did i expect staying at a Studio 6, but lesson learned because i never will again.

One of the worst experiences of my life in a hotel. They had a cockroach infestation and the rooms were terrible.

I don’t usually write reviews like this, but this experience was so bad I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment I arrived, something felt wrong. The entire property looked abandoned and under construction. Broken doors, outdoor sinks and bathtubs, and not a single sign that this was a safe or properly functioning hotel. It honestly felt like a place that should have been shut down, not one accepting paying guests. The pool was heartbreaking to see—drained to about a quarter full with algae growing in it. That alone told me everything I needed to know about how this place is being managed. Then came the staff experience. Instead of trying to help, they were rude and dismissive. They insisted on putting me in a smoking room even after I clearly said I didn’t want one. At that point, I knew I couldn’t stay there. I made the difficult decision to walk away and cancel my booking on the spot. No traveler should have to choose between losing money and staying somewhere that feels unsafe. What made it even worse was the lack of support when I tried to resolve it. I expected understanding, but instead I felt pressured to just go back and stay there. We entered the room and was full of baby roaches all over including dead ones on the bed. Room smelled bad as well. We walked in and walked out. Fortunately they did refund us back. The place looked unsafe with many rooms with windows or doors wide open under construction.

To much traffic

There are drug deals and prostitution going on in the parking lot. The police were called as my father was pulling out of the parking lot.

The place is not safe, and inside the room the tv it’s broken, smells dirty, no curtain on the shower, staying here it’s totally poor and very unsatisfying, one of the worst places I staying, looks like a cell more then a hotel room

The rooms are very large. Looks like renovations have been started but not finished. Our kitchenette only has bottom cabinet. No top cabinet as shown in pictures. No stovetop. Housekeeping never knocks to see if you need anything. You have to go to the laundry room and ask for it. The lady doesn’t speak English. So kind of hard to tell her what I need. Cops are always being called to the hotel. The people next to us fight constantly. They stay up all night and let their children outside screaming and yelling all hours. I guess they live here. My husband gets up at 4:00 for work and they keep us up a lot of nights. We always stay at Studio 6 and Motel 6 because pets are free. The staff are super nice but the hotel needs a lot of work.

It’s 3 am and there is a-lot of yelling and loud music. Parking lot full of homeless or drug addicts when I checked in. I have no toilet paper and my blinds are broken to the point you can seen in.

There was nothing I can say nice about this place. It's ran by what looks like criminals. I took my family for a getaway with a pool, WiFi, relaxation. I didn't get to enjoy any of it . I will never go there unless they change the entire staff. It's scary there.

I couldn’t go outside my room without being asked by someone if they could get a couple of dollars, bum a smoke, and I was even asked if I wanted to buy some “WHITE” ( I don’t think he was a guest there but came onto the property) I never felt unsafe but it was close.

It was terrible. The room was not ready when we checked in. We got thin, old towels. The property was dirty. The room was dirty. The ice machine didn't work. There was no housekeeping. There were hookers all over the property. Someone threw a glass candle on the hood of our rental car. Don't stay here.

The very BEST I can honestly say about this property is, it was a total dump! I didn’t stay, checked out 10 minutes after check in. The assigned room had NOT been serviced. The matresses were horribly soiled, the bathroom had not been cleaned, the toilet not flushed, and the entire room was horribly filthy! The outside was dirty and unkempt. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless person!! SHAME ON YOU for not doind your due diligence to check out properties!!

I registered for a week and my brother passed away and had to leave as soon as I spent 2 days there and I'm not sure I got reimbursed 😭

Before I even checked in, they charged my card for much more than the first night stay charge shown on Expedia. When I checked in she didn’t give me anything to sign. I was told there were no blankets in the rooms because they get stolen. The sheet had a massive stain in the middle. What appeared to be vomit was stained on the shower floor. There were no trash cans. The stove had all of the mechanisms stolen from it. The door had been busted in numerous times before. There’s cars on blocks in the parking lot. People were outside smoking weed when we walked up to the room. I did not feel safe at all there so we left and went to Motel 6 on the other side of town and had a great stay there. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cleanliness and the roaches

Nothing was unique. My experience was terrible, the room was dirty, tv never worked the whole 5 days we were there. We ran out of toilet paper and I had to buy my own. Blankets were very thin and had cigarette burn holes all over. The air conditioner didn’t work and the room smelled terrible because of it. The only good thing was the staff, they were very polite and nice but didn’t follow through with my requests.

Drug infested location - loud human banding noises and yelling and people snooping around the cars very unsafe, people talking all day and night did not feel safe, appoint several people wandering on the various areas of the property. questionable fluid stains every where in the room, very unclean, dry food deposits on the kitchen stove, shaved human hair In the bathroom shower, very dirty coffee pot, the bathroom was clogged and did not work, maintenance was called and they showed up but was supposed to return and fix it, they did not return. I did report it to customer support and still waiting for a refund. Was told I would receive a refund. I had to book another hotel so there was an inconvenience of having to make new reservations. This place should have the cops all over it. And maybe shut down. Horrible place. Very scary place

The room was terrible, dirty, no blankets, dirty covers, the stove was broken, the shower had no handle, the air was broken. The staff are very nice though, I appreciated their patience and the fact that they understood, I received a refund for 2 out of 3 nights. Unsafe area, people outside blasting loud music and smoking. I hope their staff get paid well because I see this is a common issue that they have to deal with.

It’s is a straight brothel 🙃😬 we had 8 people knock at my door every 20min looking for the same prostitute, broken windows in other rooms, pictures shown here have to be at least 5-10 year old! No bedding, garbage cans, microwave, TV unplugged and when I plugged it in the screen was broken and you couldn’t watch it. I usually love to go to low end motels but I felt directly in danger if my husband wasn’t there I would’ve been sex trafficked never been so terrified. Also they said they would give me a refund since I was not there more than 4 hours and then once the refund hit my account they charged me again 3 hours later. Shady and unsafe 0/10 🌟

While the room did have working appliances, it was clear that maintenance had been neglected for a while. The space itself could’ve been nice with proper upkeep, but the lack of care and attention to detail really made it hard to enjoy the stay. Unfortunately, this experience was more frustrating than relaxing, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re just looking for a roof over your head and aren’t concerned with cleanliness or safety.

Very disappointed!!! No ice. No blanket on either bed. Finally begged and got ONE!! Bottom sheet felt like flour sack, slept on top sheet. No coffee pot as shown, nor toaster. Took food and pans to cook dinner n breakfast stove didn't work. Only warm water, not even a bar of soap! No hand towel or cloth as it shows. No water in pool. Small table to eat at, ONLY 1 CHAIR!..beds were comfy n fridge did work. MOST DISREPRESENTED PLACE EVER. DESK clerks nice enough but had an excuse for every issue. Don't go there if you're looking at their ads!! Not going to find it!!

Stay was horrible

First off i was placed in a room that was being worked on, and even though the ladies swore up and down that it was clean and theyd never lesve it a mess, let me tell you... there was dust, drt and debre on everything! The sheets were dirty, there wad only ONE towel, no phone, no trwsh cans or bags and the employees are super rude

The description of the property and pictures on Hotels.com did not match in the slightest. The hotel said they were under renovation when I checked in and didn't have the room I reserved available. So I took another room and it was bare bones - not even a toilet paper holder or towel rack. The last straw was when they told me they didn't have any blankets for the beds. Horrible experience but they did refund 2 of my 3 nights stay. If you choose to go here, make sure you look at the room you're renting first.

Original room had no working sink or stove top. No kitchenette as advertised and paid for. Room was dirty and even after the air cleaning machine was used it smelled disgusting. Doors had brown and black hand prints or smudges. Curtains were filthy and had holes. When moved to a different room the stove top had no dials and there was so much filth were the dials should have been that it didn’t work anyway. Curtains and doors were also filthy and room had small roaches. One night police cars and officers came to location and were outside my room for hours dealing with something. I will never stay there again and moved to the Extended stay on Joe battle who has very clean rooms, great customer service and a safe and camera monitored facility for the SAME PRICE!

My stay at studio 6 has been pretty good,we are homeless right now but the staff here has worked with us (thank you so much❤️ for your patience with us) and my kids have a warm place to sleep. I can't thank you all enough you all really have helped us out so much

The rooms where missing the kitchen stove and sink.. missing couple things

Shower was way too small. Beds were way too close to each other nobody came and knocked on my door found out that I had to take my own linens downstairs to get them swapped out

Place can be better and just more welcoming

It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. The room was disgusting. It had a kitchenette with broken knobs so you couldn’t adjust the temp. The tv was broken. The towels looked as if they were not cleaned well. The filters in the air conditioning unit looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in years. The mgr came in with 2 thin blankets (one for each bed) and I told him about all of it which he responded with “I’ll fix it tomorrow”. We asked if we could get some cookware that normally comes with a kitchenette and was told that the maids lock that up and he didn’t have a key to access it. The cops were there all night talking to the tenets next to us and below us and their radios kept us up all night.

I'm pretty sure they put me in a room that they never use for guests. The surrounding rooms had cardboard in the windows like they were under construction. In my room, the kitchen sink basin had stains as if from paint. The kitchen sink faucet was stuck in one position. There weren't any blankets on the bed. The worst of it was the bathroom. Huge clumps of hair on the shower floor and on the "clean" towels left for my use. I feel like I need to undergo a health exam after staying there. Won't be returning.

No running water in the bathroom sink, shower or toilet. This was discovered when trying to flush a #2 and the toilet did nothing. Due to no running water in the toilet the room developed an unbearable smell. Within minutes the room felt like we were in an unkept porta potty. We paid for 3 days. We stayed no more than 3 hours. We were told by the woman at the desk the water problem was being worked on and there are no refunds. Can you imagine that ? Paying over $200 for 3 hours of hell. Stay away from this place if you can.

I checked in and left right after ! No sheets room smelt like smoke and noisy. I didn’t stay just enough to open the door see how dirty it was. No sheets. People everywhere smelt and so loud.

I bought a king size bed, they gave me a full size, there was no coffee maker, the stove didn't work, disappointed

The stay was okay. Bed was nice and fridge, microwave & sinks worked as supposed to, and a/c was very cool, but that’s about it. Had to go to front to get towels, room service was not there yet, so had to wait for clean ones. No one showed up by 4pm, so had to go to front to get them. Kitchen stove was not operable. The stove’s switches to turn on and off were missing. I am not even sure if the stove worked. There was no toaster or coffee maker, did not offer coffee. Doubtful if I will ever stay there again on my El Paso trips.

We had reservations for 3 nights with a room with a kitchen. The first 2 nights they gave us a room under construction... no kitchen. Missing comforters and towels. The last night they finally gave us a room with kitchen but we were missing pillows and comforters. Staff did explain the lack of items but we still have to pay for our room. We didn't get a discount. If they were short inventory don't rent out the rooms!

Well at first i had a miscommunication with staff, but it was actually my fault and not staff. But overall they were able to help me with what I wanted. After that I felt very comfortable and felt just like home.
