Classy and comfy hotel that is perfect for a romantic rendezvous or if you want some time on your own. The restaurant downstairs is outstanding, and the staff members make you feel at home. Can’t wait to go back to check out their spa:)

Had to cancel the trip, but didn't receive a refund even though I gave 24-hours+ notice.

Love the hotel I have stayed multiple times and always have a good experience. However recently I had just returned from a morning run and was checking in and noticed I put the wrong date while fixing this the front desk associate stated “you know there are cheaper hotels in the area”. I really was surprised he said that especially since I do stay frequently. This is the only time I’ve ever had an issue however it will definitely take some thinking if I will return to the hotel.

Great place

The only thing future guests should be aware of is that this is a downtown property. Depending on the night, there may be street noise, live music, or downtown nightlife activity that is beyond the hotel’s control. If you’re a light sleeper, consider bringing noise-canceling headphones. During my stay there was significant street noise from a live band. Edgar at the front desk was kind enough to move me to another room at no additional charge and did everything he could to help. The noise was not caused by the hotel, but by activity occurring downtown. It’s easy to judge a hotel when everything goes right. The true measure is how they respond when something goes wrong. Stanton House handled the situation professionally, and I would stay there again.

Stanton House if definitely a vibe. This is my second time being here and I’d definitely recommend this hotel. All the staff are great and they have great amenities. I’ll definitely be back!

Location was good. Space was clean and simple modern design. Room was comfortable, pillows were a bit too mushy.

The regular rooms have amazing high ceilings and the beds are wonderful. Parking used to be great for a downtown hotel with self parking and a nightly charge. Now they've gone to valet only which makes me feel forced to stay in this area and not come and go freely like before. After fees and taxes, valet becomes as expensive as a meal for 2 and its just gotten out of hand. There is no reason to stay here anymore. It has become pretentious and stuffy and this will be my last stay at what used to be my favorite place in El Paso.

Bar always seemed open. Restaurant had special events, staff was very friendly and helpful. Tv would not cast from our phones, tv was also slow, wouldn’t load at times, and volume would go in and out for serval minutes sometimes.

What an amazing gem of a property! My wife and I were in town for a show and wanted a nice place to rest up. I was highly impressed by the entire experience from the moment that we pulled up to when we rolled out. The front desk and valet staff was friendly and attentive. The room itself was beautiful and spacious. The frosted glass shower was an attraction in and of itself. The bed was comfy. Zero complaints! We’ll definitely be heading back next time we are in town.

Very nice hotel, and the staff were very nice. Our room was big, and the beds were comfortable. We ordered room service and our food was lukewarm.

Was surprised that the hotel restaurant closed at 2pm on a Sunday - made it hard to figure out what other options in the area were. But great as an airport adjacent stay!

Great hotel, coming back next month.

No one was there to respond to the door when I came from a long delayed trip tired and exhausted!!! It was about 2 am. I got a callback 38 minutes later when I was on my way to another hotel. The lady was apologetic. Don’t get me wrong, I would still go but will make sure I call ahead of time.

This is our third time staying at the Stanton House, and it never disappoints. The hotel is luxurious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The location is convenient, and the attention to detail makes every stay feel special. It has definitely become our go-to place in El Paso.

I stayed twice, and already reviewed it... same score... but basically I stayed for one night, and then had to stay in El Paso for a second night and re-booked. Restaurant was really good :)

Parking was valet, but included. There is a small gym, and more impressively, the mezzanine level is an art gallery which is worth taking a look around. I booked for one night.. checked out and left. Ended up I'd have to stay for a second night in El Paso, so I booked the same hotel. Downside, if you're on the inside (with the window over the center atrium, it is a bit loud during the day and early evening. BUT, they provide ear plugs and the music and noise shuts off at a reasonable hour so you do get a goodnight sleep.

World class staff!!! Everyone is friendly and very helpful. In my opinion this is the best hotel in El Paso.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, it was a great experience. I truly enjoy staying here—the staff is always friendly and accommodating, especially when we arrive late. Their hospitality and consistent service make it an easy choice every time. Highly recommend!

I had a very nice experience at the Stanton House. The staff was helpful (and nonjudgmental). The facility was festively asleep clean. My room was very well appointed, quiet, and the bed was soft and comfortable. Breakfast was prepared to order, and thankfully did not have a buffet. Although somewhat pricey, I would go back and stay at the Stanton House again.

The Stanton House was a very nice place to stay in downtown El Paso. The room was perfect, the service was friendly, and the hotel was within walking distance of several fine restaurants.
