Room was comfortably spacey. Bedding and towels were very clean. This was a rather old building and some wall panels had spaces, bath tub handles were sort of coming off from the wall. The front of the hotel was under construction, so it wasn't the best situation.

If Expedia mentioned that the hotel was under heavy remodelation I wlod have chosen a different hotel.

Hotel was under renovation, pool was closed, door was propped open with a rock so anyone could just walk in. And they billed my card twice for the room.

We just had a quick stop here. It was under construction and there was noise but didnt bother us. Breakfast was amazing and plenty of parking. Just the construction at that time, we had to use a different entrance and it wasnt easy with lots of luggages

The front desk, Lady when checking in at night was very helpful very nice very professional had an issue with the bathroom door. She called maintenance maintenance. Came up. Fix the issue right away. Room was very clean. Had no issue other than the bathroom door.

Although parta of the hotel were under construction, it was very clean and construction was well shielded. Room was spacious and clean amenities were great and we all had a great night’s sleep. I would stay there again. Breakfast was also one of the best I’ve had at hotels.

Hotel was under construction, which is fine. But the contractor needs to do a better job of containing construction trash. Hotel has carpet which I'm not a fan of for more than one reason. It is outdated, stained, and dirty, hopefully they are doing away with it in the remodel. Room was okay, but could've been cleaned better. Hair's in the shower and there was a zip lock bag of Qtips on the floor. AC unit was sub par as well. I survived the week there, but I'm not going back next week. I'd give it another try after the construction was done. I'm generally not one to fuss much, but this being a SpringHill Suites I did expect better.

I love this hotel. This was our second time staying there and I will definitely stay again. Even with the construction going on they made sure everything was nice and pleasant.

The location was great. So close to many stores and restaurants. It was also conveniently located very close to the places that we came for. Wet n wild and the outlet malls. The pool water was extremely dirty and it looked like the pool area hadn't gotten any attention in quite awhile. Hotel was under construction and there were ants all over the hotel room. We also noticed mouse traps in the breakfast area.

The room was the best part of the hotel. It seemed to be freshly renovated. The pool didn't look like the photos, it was hazy at best. The front desk and breakfast were in an event room in the back. We didn't know the hotel was a construction area. We would have booked somewhere else had we know

Very clean rooms, breakfast was good, and staff was very helpful.

La iluminación es algo deficiente ya que sólo hay spots y lámparas, de día basta con abrir la persiana pero de noche pues no. En el desayuno el huevo fue igual los dos días pero sí había otras opciones sólo que todo dulce. Las camas bien, el café bien, el clima bien, el estacionamiento bien.

The proper is under construction right now. I was there on a weekend so there wasn’t any noise but it didn’t say anywhere when I booked and there are so many other properties in the area that I could have booked. The room was mostly clean. They could have done a better job in the bathroom. Overall it’s a nice place right off i10 to stay with a lot of amenities in a safe area.

Besides the renovations in the building, all the others thing were good.

I understand they were doing reconstruction but nobody was there to greet us.

There is construction going on right now at this location. It’s a mess. I didn’t have any issues with the noise as I stayed over a weekend, but it made it difficult to stay here. The check in area is crowded and confusing. The staff didn’t acknowledge the mess or the inconvenience. The “front desk” staff seemed put off by my presence. The pool was dirty and never had towels. I’m sure it will be better once the construction is over. Maybe.

Room was clean and comfy. Very good shower. Renovations happening. No trash bags in the room cans. Ice only on the first floor not on any other floors. Water machine in the gym didn’t work. Only one elevator working. Just minor inconveniences in the scheme of things. Otherwise the stay met my needs.

We didn’t have a bad experience it’s just a lot going on there at the moment. The pool was not clean, but hot tub was. Overall maybe wait for renovations to be completed if you are keen to details and amenities.

The current construction made it a bit awkward but overall it was a good stay. Breakfast was mediocre at best. We would likely stay here again.

Although the hotel was in construction, it was still excellent to stay there and thank you for the continental breakfast. It was perfect for my family. This is my third year traveling that way and this is my third year staying there. Thank you for all that you and your staff does for me my husband and my family.

They respect was all blocked off couldn’t get in. Went to the courtyard to see how to get in the hotel. No one could help. Then called hotel to get refunded and they refused. Run!

Such a bad night. Hotel is under renovation. Debris from work, smell, dust and loud noise from construction from 9A-6P. The pictures advertised our false advertisement during this renovation process. The reviews from people posting how wonderful the breakfast was is a lie. The worst part was there was no notification that the water would be shut off from 9 to 10 AM.

I've stayed in this area twice while driving through El Paso and have felt super safe while staying. The area is nice with plenty of options for shopping & dining if needed. The check in process was super easy and their free breakfast was good too. The room was super clean, spacious, and upgraded. Keep in mind that they are doing construction through Fall 2026. Luckily it didn't affect our stay, but I believe the hours of potential disruption are 9am-6pm Monday-Saturday. Overall, this was a great stay and we would highly recommend.

This hotel will be really nice once the renovations are completed. The room we stayed in was renovated and was clean and comfortable. The only issue i have is old furniture out back everywhere including the sidewalk area which seemed like a potential hazard. It seems like all if the old furniture could have been stored away from the hotel premises in the parking lot. But with that being said, I would definitely stay here again. Its also in close proximity to wet and wild and restaurants and stores. Nice location and good area.

But the walls are thin we heard kids screaming and yelling at midnight and jumping above us 😐 Plus the ice machine did not work on the 3rd floor, all in all a good area close to restaurants and Walmart! Only 10 min from Wet N Wild

El staff es super amable, esta muy tranquilo y es muy seguro, están remodelando las habitaciones, el desayuno es bueno, en general me agrada, ya me he quedado en varias ocasiones y volvería nuevamente.

Easy parking, good breakfast

construction is on going. new room was remodeled but bath and sink areas are not or not yet. 1 elevator was out of order and made it a bit of a wait sometimes to get to the upper floors. breakfast is ok but nothing to look forward to. parking is limited and fills up the lot after 6pm.

I wish they had breakfast meat options - the only protein option they had were eggs. Was looking forward to bacon or sausages, but neither were offered.

In fairness hotel was under some renovations during my stay so it’s hard to comment on cleanliness. The room seemed clean and updated but the bath area was not updated. The breakfast was okay with scrambled eggs and a choice of meat but only toast and packaged muffins, no bagels or English muffins. Oatmeal was available. So breakfast was okay if you’re not into a big breakfast. Overall it’s a good hotel especially if you get a good price.

Springhill suites is doing some remodeling. We had stayed here before and we’re very happy with it which is why we booked again. The front desk when we first arrived was a very nice young man who took great care of us as we were retired. We were out all day the next day, and when we were returned, We found that our room had not been cleaned or beds made up. I had to take our dirty towels and glasses downstairs to trade them out and was told they just didn’t know what happened. The beds were made the next day but again no clean glasses. The beds were very comfortable, and the complementary breakfast buffet was better during the weekdays than on the weekends. Great location.

Safest area to stay in El Paso. Security to monitor parking lot. Hot breakfast selection was great along with continental style options available. Room layout was spacious and comfortable.

Nice quiet hotel. Rooms were clean . Breakfast had good selections but most of the English muffins , bagels and bread were old and moldy.

Rest of the stay was better.

I didn’t use any amenities the property is under renovation so they have ear plugs and two waters when you get to the room with a note to pardon the renovation. Two of the front desk staff really great and welcoming the others not at all and cleaning staff and maintenance guy were rude and not polite and wouldn’t respond to any kind of hello or anything.

Scrambled eggs don't much taste like eggs. Too much powdery eggs?

We arrive at 2am and was given 2 different rooms on the 1st floor and both the showered weee very nasty. I took a video and showed it to the front desk guy and he gave us a nicer room on the 4th floor. Thank you.

My room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced over my 3 night stay. I had to go to reception to grab some . Carpets on the hallways are dirty. I cant believe Marriot allows this faults on the brand regulations.

The place was dirty, especially outside. The staff were sullen at best. They charged an extra $100 pet fee that seemed excessive to us. The breakfast was substandard. Coffee was good though.
