The ONLY reason to stay here is if you have dogs and for price. The place is across the street from a strip club. Riff raff in the parking lot, terribly maintained premises-hall floors covered in crumbs and garbage, staff was friendly. Rooms were ‘fine’, toothpaste all over the walls of the bathroom—bed was clean-thank god. We were in late and out early. No breakfast offered. Wouldn’t have chanced it if there was.

It’s really clean

Great people first night I accidentally messed up and I didn’t do the payment on the house so they hook me up. Give me a discount so it’s the same prices on here very clean. Very nice people very safe property highly recommended.

Great place to stay

I had a brief stay at Red Roof+ and switched to another one closer to my plans. BIG mistake! Red Roof+ hands down is a very clean hotel with great upkeep. Will be staying here on my next visit.

This particular potential stay I stayed there several days before this that’s why I can review the motel as for Expedia I booked it for the 24th but when I went to check in, they changed it to the 25th because I booked it on the 24th, and so I got stuck with a booking that I was not able to use and they would not let me have a refund

There were pubes in the shower, sketchy people hanging around and I didn’t sleep due to noise issues. I left after the first night. I found out there was a strip club and truck stop close by so the prostitutes hang out there.

Reminded the hotel personnel that the buckets were getting full and needed to be emptied. TV would have to stop occasionally while it buffered when we’re watching it. Lots of trash out front of the hotel. It was cheap $$ so I guess you get what you pay for. But won’t stay there again and don’t recommend it to anyone.

The Housekeepers were such hard workers but, when they get so many roo.s to clean is almost impossible to get the rooms clean like they supposed to.

Check out is not until 11 am and the cleaning lady knocking and opening the door at 8:30 disturbing my sleep, and to top it off I told her to close the door and she stay there arguing. Also rooms are dirty when you check in

Nice staff, but the property is poorly maintained. Hallways were dirty and stinky with stained carpets. The room was only decently clean, and the bed was broken, forcing me to sleep on one side. Would not recommend.

check out is at 11 cleaning lady was knocking at 8:30 waking us up opening the door, and after me telling her to close the door, she stood there arguing with me, instead of closing the door an leaving us rest. this has happened every time we stay there, also the room are very dirty they don't clean them right.

The room we stayed in had a very bad smell window was open when we arrived, and for the last 3 times we stayed they had either no coffee or just barely warm coffee

It was very clean. I was traveling alone with children and we felt safe. A huge gap around the door. I think it needs calm or weather stripping. Mosquitos and heat were sneaking in.

The property was not well maintained so it looked very run down. There was also a dumpster in the back that was over flowing with trash that appeared to be some of the hotel furnishings.

We did not have breakfast. It met our expectations.

The cleaning staff does an amazing job! Smells good as soon as you walk in! They were very friendly and helpful! Lots of drunk people and soliciting.

Staff was very helpful with my check in. My room was immaculate, and fully stocked with everything needed.

Overall, the facility was neat and smelled clean. Parking is way too small. They didn't have luggage dollies. The parking area is too small, and they didn't provide any luggage dollies.

Didn't serve breakfast It is located quite a way from the I10, but liked the fact it was on the East side of El Paso.

Property was very clean. I love that there were solid floors rather than carpeting. Staff were pleasant and courteous. The only thing that was difficult for me was the significant street noise.

For the price it was fine.

This was the place for us ALL the time. There’s never been an actual update on the property or they just don’t care. We decided to give it another shot and we were wrong. I won’t recommend this place until MAYBE in a couple of years once they get serious about their property. It’s a shame, I really loved the location and staff. Our room was disgusting. It looked nothing at all like the pictures. We were simply too tired to just go somewhere else and deal with it.

Room was not cleaned four days out of a5 day stay. We were asking for trash bags and towels from the front desk and anxiously looking for a vacuum cleaner to clean the room ourselves. Even though we bought it to the front desk attendant nothing came out of it. The shampoo bottle and body wash were empty and lack of toilet paper. Hall ways were very dirty to include both inside and outside premises. Worst experience ever

We got there and had prepaid. Never had a deposit charged before. 100 was the deposit and I wasn't prepared to pay that. Said it was policy. And that it was posted everywhere. I've never seen a sign or had not seen it on expedia. Took an hour until they waved their "policy" of a 100 dollar deposit and gave us the room. Thanks to a very understanding laundry lady we got the room.

Staff was absolutely amazing very helpful, but we booked a room that was supposed to have upgraded linens and snacks and everything and there was nothing in there. Beds were horrible wasn’t properly cleaned.

Being from El Paso myself, I found this especially disheartening, as it does not reflect the warmth and hospitality the city is known for. It felt like a poor representation of the community. The room itself was just okay, but there were maintenance concerns. The deadbolt on the door was broken and not fully functional, which raised safety concerns since it could not be properly secured. Overall, the experience fell short. With improvements in both staff engagement and room maintenance, this location could be much better—but as it stands, it felt more like a “Red Roof Inn Minus Minus” than a Plus.

Lady at the front desk was welcoming as soon as we entered the lobby. Room had a very inviting, clean scent. The a/c did great at keeping us cool in the hot Texas summer.

We were in town visiting family and needed a reasonably priced room to lay our heads, The hotel was conveniently located off the 10 fwy. The hotel and rooms were clean. We had absolutely no issues. The hotel is close to shopping centers so plenty to eat near by. The only issue I had was that when I misplaced my key, the bell desk didn’t ask for my ID when they replaced it. Maybe I just looked trustworthy! I would stay here again!

The air conditioning wasn't working, the beds were very dirty, there was a lot of dog hair, The sheets and pillowcases were dirty, and the bathroom.

Strange smell

Clean room nice and friendly staff

Didn’t give us the room that I reserved the first night. I went up to the front and the reception was not able to help me and said that maybe there’s a possibility that I can get a room that I applied for the next morning so I had to call Expedia to let them know. The next day I did get the room, but on one of the corners the roof was hardly Falling off because of all the water that was Falling down from the third floor, and I’m guessing it was from the restroom or the bathtub At this point. I don’t wanna do anything else because they were not gonna give me another.

The room was extremely dirty when I arrived. There were crumbs and debris on the floor, hair all over the bathtub, and the room clearly had not been cleaned properly. I politely asked housekeeping if the room could be vacuumed, but the staff member seemed irritated by the request. I ended up leaving and booking another hotel instead. Very disappointing experience.

I stop at this Red Roof hotel every single year and highly recommend it! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the parking feels safe and secure. The rooms are always clean—especially the bed and the bathroom—and the AC works great. All of this for a very reasonable price. 💯 recommend!
