The staff are sooo friendly we knew the manager Patek! And part of the staff were nice and friendly and helpful! Erica the cleaning lady, we have to tell her to clean our room several times and always was not in the schedule, we stay there almost a month and we asked to clean our room once a week because we cleaned every day and we never leave trash or something, we just want new towels and blankets once per week but this lady was soooo annoying try to speak to her, until we talk to the front desk they had to put another lady in our schedule

Not much Unfortunately, the first impression wasn’t good. The room had a bad smell, the drawers and floors were dirty, and the door latch looked like it could fall off at any time. With two little ones, safety is a priority, and this room did not feel secure.

I liked the park (green plants) between the buildings! Coffee had a perfect flavour. The bathtub was slippery and I fell backwards unto the floor. Good thing was that nothing serious had happened. God is good.

One of the faucets was missing the handle but it was still usable.

I love everything about the property because every time I go to Elpaso I always stay at Ramada It’s a quiet and safe place.

Only amenities and prices for the hotel, the staff was a bit rude but got to the point and hotel room was for the most part clean. I was able to find stuff from the people who stayed last in hotel and some dirty towels and used soaps in shwr. Over all great stay

This was a unique and lovely overnight stay! Very clean and spacious room, friendly staff, incredible breakfast. The layout of the buildings is nice with less of a trip to haul belongs to the room. Definitely recommend!

The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfy with nice pillows. The man working the desk at check in was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty; I had biscuits and gravy, hashed browns and eggs. My kids had bagels, cereal, yogurt, and pastries.

Room is good. Location is good. However, the cleanliness is nog great. Floor is stinky. Its not cleaned. Cokktop is also unclean. Bathroom is very tiny. Breakfast is great with so many options.

This hotel has always been one of my faves to stay at when I need a recharge. I just wish the concierge whom is an older gentleman would be a little bit more friendly once in a while.

Never before have I encountered wet bath towels from previous guests left behind by inattentive housekeepers. There were greasy spots on the counter in the kitchenette and there was no bedding for the sofa bed. All in all, I found the quality of the housekeeping very disappointing. I would avoid visiting again.

It is worth knowing that the freeway noise is extremely loud. I wasn’t sure how safe the location was, though I had no issues. Check in was fine. The room has not been updated- it looks like they are in the process of updating. The king suite was very big. It was not spotless but the bed seemed clean. The bed was comfortable. Pillows were fine. Breakfast was busy with lots of people. It was cramped so I did not stay to eat. Check in was fine. I would recommend staying somewhere quiet if you can. There were lots of dining/shopping options in the area.

The only issue we run into was the room was not very clean. Q-tips everywhere in the room and we pull the bed out from the couch and there was dirty towels and pillow cases. But everything else was perfect.

Property was clean and central and staff was good both in evening on arrival and early in morning on departure Better would be to leave shampoo and soap for 2 people ; not just one and also dish soap in kitchen sink.

Obviously an older facility, modernized as best as possible. Staff was very friendly and helpfully. Beautiful landscaping. Only two ice machines, one out of order, neither conveniently located. Continental breakfast, bland, but to be expected, nothing to write home about.

Found a cockroach in the room. The bathroom and kitchen area were old and stained. The breakfast, however, was good and had many food choices.

Hotel is older, with ripping curtains and bedspreads. Staff is friendly, breakfast was good. Ok place to stay for a night but wouldn’t make it a vacation spot.

Waited in the lobby for a while when arrived to check in and the front desk because staff couldn’t get a hold of housekeeper to know if there were rooms clean. One of the front desk staff finally decided to go find the housekeeper. The room was not clean, found dog food pellets on the floor, the property is outdated, the mirrors weren’t clean. The bathroom smelled like drainage and the towels that were supposed to be clean, had a muggy smell, almost like mildew. The breakfast buffet was good front desk. Staff was good. But the property itself run down outdated, and definitely not clean. I’m not staying there again. I think next time I’m gonna do a walk-through of the room before I even decide to stay anywhere in that area.

The room was awesome and quiet, there was a moldy smell coming from the AC. I sprayed Lysol on it and it would go away for a bit but come back. I'm not sure if the filter needs to be changed.

The lobby looks modern and clean, the walk way outside is beautiful. But you enter your room and the smell of mildew will hit in the face. The floor in our room had all kinds of cuts, the shower is outdated, they've reparied a hole that looks ugly and it was dirty before we even got to use it. The beds looked like they were made weeks prior to us staying and some even had stains on them. It wasn't what I expected and strongly feel like they should evaluate their staff at the front desk as well.

Loved the staff and the facilities where great. Woke up to a bug every day though in my room like a big black beetle and different ones cause we would kill it every time.

It was a pleasant experience, but the shower seemed very old to me.

Place was excellent. Had a dull small kitchen and functional a/c, great hot water and the staff was super nice and accommodating.

It states that the beds are queen beds but they’re full size beds. The room was dusty with multiple crumbs left on the floor and stove.

I enjoyed how comfortable everything was and how much I felt at home. The price is not that bad either

Pool opens too late in the morning

Check in went well no worries. It was easy to get to and the lobby was clean. The hotel does have two floors no elevator just outside stairs. The property is very well lit including the parking lot so that was nice. Near a highway there is a slight noise from the highway you can hear but not terrible. The first room we got we opened the door and was immediately hit with smoke and weed smell so we went and told them and they apologized and gave us a new room however the second room had a slight urine smell but was much better than the first room. We figured it was the couch that had the smell so we sprayed it and definitely did not sit on it or place anything on it. The air conditioner was great it cooled the room down great so no issues. The bed was soft and clean and the floors were nice the tub and toilet are in one room and the rest like the sink is next to it no issues there. They use Dove products which is a nice touch it had a kitchen with full set up but we did not use any of it but it was nice to be there if we needed it in the morning they had breakfast which was much better than I thought the food was fresh and hot and to be honest it was great they offered it and the coffee was fresh so great over all the only bad part was they should get rid of all those couches the material it’s made out of hold on to much scents my brother had his room no issues so If we had his room I would not complain but we didn’t but it’s not the hotel fault that some people want to smoke

Upon arrival was informed that although the room was paid in full for the night ... it required a credit card to cover "incidental charges" There was NO credit card available, we only had a debit card that they would not accept. Never left the front lobby, We were unable to stay and had to find other lodging, We have ask for a full refund with a waiver of charges. We were traveling from virginia to a military base in California spending the night at various hotels on the way NO other hotel had required a credit card to be able to stay.

Concern for our vehicle and personal safety. Great room, comfy bed. Very clean. Difficulty pulling water knob out and water temp wasn't as warm as we like it.

This was a great stay for the price. Our favorite was the wide selection of breakfast. It was great! I will definitely come back and recommend. The pool was a plus especially for the heat that weekend.

The first room smelled of smoke the second room smelled like pee. The couch was obviously scratched by a cat previously after driving for 8 hours straight. And because I didn’t have time to keep changing rooms I took a shower to go to my business appointment. I addressed the issue to the front desk but the staff told me that since I used the room it couldn’t be changed. So that night I stayed there. That night I felt like a moth was in my back while I was sleeping sideways so when I turn on the light it was a cockroach. Also the next door neighbor was having a 4th of July party in the room with A grill and firecrackers which I complained but nothing was done. It was a horrible experience.

Sketchy looking individuals hanging around the check in desk. The clerk that checked us in looked sketchy himself. The hotel is run down and dirty. I started to itch immediately after getting into the room. There was a bug in the bathroom. I was traveling with my three children and I feel so bad for subjecting them to such a horrible experience. I should have believed all the other bad reviews.

Brought my kids to enjoy a little time away from home. They had such a wonderful time.

This place was perfect for our family of 4 and 4 pets. We had enough sleeping space for our two kids and ourselves with the sofa bed. We even had a table to eat at.

My room was so cleaned while I went to vist family's when I would get back to the hotel. Will definitely come back again and stay.

Such a nice relaxing stay. The room was very clean no issues with AC or TV or WiFi. Beds were clean and made up everyday and we had clean towels each day we stayed there. The pool was nice and clean plenty of space for the family to sit at a table together. The complimentary breakfast was better than expected! LOVED this place!

The staff are fine, but the rooms feel really cramped, especially the bathroom. the room I was in had a microwave oven, and inside... remains from someone else's italian dinner or something. It was evident it had not been cleaned in a long time. the AC is kinda loud and mine was dented, some plastic parts broken. the place needed to be either one storie tall or have an elevator. The stairs are just too much. The area was really noisy, hearing semis, motorcycles and loud cars barreling by the property. My bed was horrible, super hard, and the pillows very flimsy. I could barely sleep and by morning my back was hurting.

It was clean, and surprisingly peaceful considering it’s close to the highway. I appreciated the participation by the bed blocking light. It allowed me to sleep well. I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast too. I would stay here again.

Reasonable price staff are nice. Room is clean and very spacious it has a small kitchen that you can cook a small living room and it has a big dining table. It's quite and it feel safe. I'm sure i will stay this place again.

That hotel is very old, they need to replace the sheets and towels. The floor was dirty. You can see my socks, they were very dusty. The bed creaks too much. The stove is very old. At breakfast the employee was angry and had a very bad temper. I did not like my stay.👎

It's an alright place if you're passing by from a long trip. Location and place aren't necessarily overflowing with safety but it's well lit and that gave me more peace of mind.

We like staying at this hotel. For the most part, it is not noisy. The staff is fair & courteous. I love the checkout time being 12pm. And the continental breakfast hours are fantastic.
