Amazing staff! Super helpful and efficient. Stay was comfortable and what we needed.

Our room was nice, bed was a little hard for me but my husband like it. Breakfast was ok, we've been on the road for over a month with stays is many hotels this breakfast was sparse compared to other hotels.

Staff not friendly, nor helpful. I reported an issue I had with my room to the clerk, he did not seem to care nor would engage me any further about my issue.

Staff was helpful and well lit parking area. However we had to change rooms due to cockroach and when we changed rooms the main light switch didn’t work and there was lock for the bathroom door was broken. Also no water during breakfast, you had to buy from vending machine.

Pool was great but breakfast was not good. Minimal. Went out for breakfast instead. Carpet in room needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Front desk agent gave a drunk guest a key to my room. Came home from work to find him and a friend there drinking in my bed. Personal things missing. Used my electric razor to shave his body (as evidenced by pubic hair in the sink and on the razor). I had to demand to even be moved to another room. No additional compensation. They never ID’d the guy before giving him the key. What if I were a single female? Inexcusable. I’ve traveled all over. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had - by far. Do not stay in this hotel!

The staff is the only reason I am not giving everything one star. Room was so bed that they moved me to another room. Breakfast free, but no eggs. That was a let down and the maintenance of the place is what needs to be addressed. Repairs are very bad and the place needs professional maintenance, and not just patch work. I should have taken pictures of the first room. You could see outside between the a/c unit and the wall. The room had a cough where a big chunk of it was missing. The room definitely did not look like the pictures in the advertisement!!!

Was put into a handicap room I guess. Shower had a huge hole in the wall. When you took a shower the water went everywhere out of the shower. Breakfast was just ok. Room itself besides the shower was fine. Comfortable bed

The room was just ok. We were in and out the two days we were there. The room stunk like old dirty carpet and it felt waxy. I kept shoes on the remaining time. There was no fridge in the room which I like to put our stuff in, so that was a bummer.

Just needed a room for 1 night so decided to risk the situation here, Regretted it from the moment I walked in. I paid extra for the king suite, I understand it's not a high end luxory hotel but gosh damn. I walked in and the room smelled strongly of chemicals. The ac was barely blowing, I removed the ac filters and they were filthy and almost plugged up. The pillows on the bed were tiny little square cubes that were extremely uncomfortable and odd. The bathroom floor is literally rotting out and falling down, the tile floor is actually breaking due to the sunken floor. The bathroom counter top is falling apart and separating as well as the bathroom sink is partially plugged and backs up water. The shower gets warm at best but never got hot enough to enjoy amd relax after a long day. I have photos to back up every one of my complaints! I hate leaving negative reviews but damnit I decided to not go to Hampton inn or holiday inn just up the road instead came here and might as well just threw the 120 bucks out a window or in the trash because this was a waste of my money.

This was the filthiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Room was dirty the bathroom was gross with hair all over the place. Every time the toilet was used you have to rattle handle. The security was none existence. First floor room with a window that wouldn’t lock. The door at the end of hallway, which leads to the parking lot, wouldn’t close tightly allowing for ANYONE to enter the building whenever they wanted. Oh and this was the second room they had to give me due to the first one smelling just like an old smoking lounge. And pet friendly? Only if you don’t care about your pet walking through glass and debris to pee. Nowhere to walk a pet.

Hotel was fine. Price was high for the type of property it is. Breakfast was average at best.

Everything was excellent! The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

My only disappointment was the condition of my room. It was a significant letdown which is what brought me to only a 3-star rating: The bathroom sink drain plug didn’t work, the bathroom door wouldn’t lock, the toilet paper roll looked like someone had just used it and the bathtub was so slippery that I had to stand on a hand towel while showering to avoid slipping. The shower curtain looked worn, the armoire was missing a door handle, and the window blinds were uneven and allowed a significant amount of light from neighboring floodlights to shine into the room all night. Side note: the peephole in the door is somewhat sizable and had no cover for privacy and security so I stuck a damp piece of tissue in it. Sorry, Housekeeping. The room itself was reasonably clean, but it would benefit from more attention to maintenance. With a few repairs, this property could provide a much better guest experience.

They had availability. They were supposed to refund the difference but didn't- that overcharged me. Rooms were super small and just awful. They claimed they didn't have my booking reservation when I got there to check in.

The room was clean! The property is in a pretty new area. The breakfast was okay but think it will be better. This place is pretty good.

The rooms were dirty floor was sticky, trash on the side and back of the bed, a man’s hat was left there from a previous stay. There’s no curtains on the window so the room is bright all night.

The breakfast was ok. Wish there was eggs or a meat option and the microwave didn’t warm up food.

In terms of accessibility from I-10, yes it’s good location. Parking is plenty. The staff are nice & respectful.

The property itself was fine, but there is a lot of construction in the area. The representative said that the construction was gonna be there for the next few years not the properties fault but just be aware

The room we were in had a very noise A/C, the shades of the window did not provide much cover for light from the outside, especially a strong light outside was directed towards the part of the building we were in. The toilet was very low, we had to lift the lid of the toilet water tank in order to get it to refill, several light bulbs were not working, there was one chair in the room, but one leg was unstable. Asked for another chair, and received an old very used chair. Some updates were found in the room, but overall the "workmanship" was not very professional. We did have a small dog with us, who was crated when we were out. Overall not a great stay. Some of the breakfast equipment did not appear very clean. Overall a very disappointing stay.

Great hotel and staff! Room was very clean and comfortable. And right around a number of restaurants and other points of interest in El Paso, TX.

The property was clean, but my wife fell out of a chair and hit her head on the wall, because one of the legs of a chair was broken. The staff at the front desk only said “I’ll have maintenance look into it”. The outlets in the room next to the bed didn’t work, so we had to plug our phones across the room

Room was extremely small and cramped. No closet or luggage rack. Bathroom (see pics).

A very fresh clean room. It was a really good place to rest. Finding a parking space wasn’t hard at all. Very friendly awesome staff. And the best part was, I have never experienced a faster check-in, like it was sooo easy and fast. 100% recommend staying here

Had a great experience. Unfortunately my room did have a small leak and we couldn’t change rooms because there was no other room available due to it being for the BTS weekend. Other than that it was great. Clean rooms. Only a 15 minute drive from central El Paso and with various food and store options around. Would go again.

The room I stayed in had a bright parking lot light shining through the window and it was daylight all night long. Should have blackout curtains

Breakfast was fine, cereal, some pastries, waffles. Parking was plentiful, I felt safe at all times even arriving super late or leaving super early. Everyone was very kind and welcoming.

The staff some were helpful specially the guy with long hair at front desk. The housekeepers all look upset as they not friendly or happy with thier job . When I asked something they were like they didn't care. I asked one if she could clean my room as I was leaving for the day. She said very uninterested you have to notify the front desk. I can not clean your room unless I am told by front desk. I went to front desk and requested for housekeeper to clean my room. They say ok. When i returnedat night only the bathroom was clean. The bed was not made and it looked as they inly took out trash and dirty towels out. The riom was not truly clean. Then the next day they had a fire alarm waking up the whole hotel guest at 2 am. We were standing outside for avout an hour until fire truck showed up. Later they said it was a broken water pipe and we had to wait until morningto see if they could fox it. . In the mean time we were not allowed to use the water. They said we will probably get a discount for the inconvenience this caused ruining our sleep and rest. There was no discount for the bad experience at all. The staff at front refused to honor any discount the next day. The manager didn't approved it they said. I won't stay here agian.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. Very quiet and safe area. The breakfast was ok, very simple. Plenty of parking but there a lot of semi trailers there taking up many spaces but still no real issues finding a spot.

A wonderful hotel at an affordable price! It’s just a mile from a mall with several restaurants and a Walmart.

The hotel is conveniently close to I-10, but the noise because of this and from other rooms is very much. Rooms are good, but the carpet can have some cleaning, the shades were rigged and a piece of wall in the bathroom was falling apart. Shower was noisy because of the plastic, but functional. Breakfast was subpar, with waffles as the only hot option available, just one waffle machine so the wait for waffles was long, around 20 minutes, there are not enough chairs, just two per table when most of the guests are faimilies.

I had a great stay with my canine companion. I appreciate the staff and the property as we travelled across the US, it was a welcome oasis in the desert.

There was a brown handprint on the wall when we arrived. Some outlets did not work. In room phone was out of order. Would have been nice if you didn't have to go down to the lobby for ice every time. When I mentioned issues at check out she just told me "No worries". Building looks patchwork and run down.

Place was great. The building is newer, a lot cleaner than any other quality inn in El Paso. The room service was great. The breakfast needs a much better coffee machine. Beds were a little hard, but I believe it is because they are brand new. I would stay again!

I was charged for an extra night which was already paid for and the manager won’t contact me or try to fix the problem.

Room had broken blinds with sheer curtains. No room darkening curtains we were not able to sleep well. Exhaust fan over shower head was filthy right above your head ceiling was low. No lock on bathroom door. Room door hinge was loose so door was not latching properly. Bathroom wall was wet had water damage.

Not great . But not bad . Slept well. Hotel room was a little dirty as far as some sort of stains on lamp shade and walls. But overall it was good for the price. I did not try the breakfast so i cannot speak to that.
