Quality Inn And Suites

The understanding was that it was going to be a regular hotel. Like daily housekeeping change of towels etc but to get that we had to ask we asked for the linens to be changed but did not expect that we were going to change them ourselves I don’t give bad ratings but this was a first for us we stayed for 4 nights and there was no housekeeping at all.

It is close to the basset place. It close to the bus stations. Good pool, good beds You have to request housekeeping or otherwise you will not get it.

Well lit parking lot. Loved that the bathroom actually had natural sunlight coming into it through a small window. The lighting in most bathrooms at hotels is usually awful so I really appreciated the light in the bathroom. I also loved the convenience of parking right in front of my room. Made my stay sooo easy for loading and unloading my stuff. Also loved that there was an Arby’s right across the street. Would definitely stay here again!! Ice machine was a little hard to find.

Second night was great 1st night was horrible I had reserved a suite but needed it for handicap was put on the second floor I let them know that we were unable to be on second floor due to handicap person with us so they did get us on the 1st floor, but the room available was smoking since we are non-smokers the smell was horrible and stuck to our throats. The 2nd night was great got the suite that I requested from the beginning room was wonderful except for the $20 they refunded me for the 1st night stay Didn't like the smell of the smoke in the room on the beds blankets towels

Decent breakfast and friendly staff. The place should signs of age amd wear, and the location is not the best as far as freeway accessibility, but we would stay here again if needed.

Only the location I was deceived by the other reviews. The first night I was given a non-smoking room with a huge cigarette smell. The gave me another room full of roaches.

Room was DIRTY, the floor was not swept or mopped before arriving. The beds had hairs and so uncomfortable. Restroom was very very outdated and cracked floor in room 220. Breakfast was very good they even had chilaquiles and beans. Staff was very welcoming and nice. Just the cleaning part was disappointing, other that that I guess for the price thats what you get. Also we arrived at night and it was kinda sketchy and we had kids with us... In the morning everything was very family friendly.

Ac unit was placed weird and the room was very warm... had to buy a fan to help address the issue

The staff was great since we check in the gentlemen made us feel welcome. The breakfast staff was great!! Could of changed the breakfast, we stayed for two nights and both days had the same, but it waa very tasty. Parking is good. The only thing is that the hotel is outdated. Needs to clean the window and treaming thru outside, but the rooms were clean!! Loved that we had 2 reatrooms!!

Convenient location if you arrive at ELP late. Price is reasonable, staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are Ok. Breakfast is OK too (no different from other breakfast options at other properties)--that is not to say it is great!

Quick check in, got to room and it was clean and in good order. Shower was stocked appropriately. Great little breakfast to get you day going. Ice machines available to stock cooler for your day. Quit place to rack out.

The property overall is outdated but that’s expected for a discount hotel. My issue was there was not enough bedding for the pull out. The AC and our room was not working, and the wall and doors as well as the baseboards were all stained. Does staff seem clueless as they couldn’t even tell me where the ice machine was. We stayed at at this establishment for two days, and after waking up, I asked for the ofs to be serviced which they were not.

I had stayed there once before and stayed this time one night. When they gave me a second floor room, I asked for a ground floor. He said he didn't have any available. I had a TON of stuff I'd have to take in as I was on a 3 week trip with a full car, some items valuable. Although at 7:30pm, the guy at the counter said there were no rooms available. but somehow I doubt that as there were not very many cars in the parking lot. So I hauled my stuff upstairs in multiple trips. Then the next morning, came out to discover someone had attempted to break into my car, prying the rear passenger window out about half an inch. I'll never stay there again.

The room was generally clean but the bathroom was disgusting.

Older facility, maintained well, very clean, staff very helpful, stayed 5 days and there were multiple staff members inside and out making sure everything was spotless.

El cuarto el.piso estaba muy sucio. La bañera el agua se enposaba. No cambiaron las sábanas ni limpiaron el cuarto el tiempo q me quede. 4 noches.

The floor in our room was so dirty, we needed to wash our feet before we put on our shoes. We turned away housekeeping the first day but were expecting them to come the next two days but the room was not cleaned the whole time we were there. Other motels have signs you can leave outside the door indicating room cleaning. Also saw a roach on the ceiling which my husband caught and disposed of. In Houston and San Antonio where we stayed the week prior, all the rooms were in one building which we much preferred.

I would not stay here again. This room was extremely filthy. There was a dead roach when we arrived, my son had to wash his feet twice before going to bed because the floor was so gross. When we told the front desk, she said I'll tell them in the morning. There was hair on the floor and in the bed. In the morning, there were 2 half dead roaches that weren't there the night before. When I told the girl at the front desk about the condition of the room, she said oh sorry and walked away. I'm disgusted that I had to pay to stay there. I was so grossed out that I didn't stay for breakfast and left at the crack of dawn.

Carlos at check in was nice and friendly. Room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of scrambled eggs, sausage, enchiladas, coffee, orange juice. Didn't use swimming pool but it looked fun. I Would stay here again.

Very nice double room. Clean and neat, having two bathrooms was great for my family. Breakfast was satisfying and well made.

Top to bottom baseboards scrubbed, bugs (dead) need to be cleaned up, bathrooms should be spotless and sterilized and rust needs to be cleaned. The Quality Inn in El Paso had a few problems but are working on it and their breakfast was amazing. One Quality Inn served a loaf of wheat bread and a dozen muffins with coffee and juice and that was breakfast, really!

The breakfast was fine. However the state of the restroom in the room was not we had a dead cockroach in the bathroom and cleaned it up. The walls were dirty in the restroom. It was something we told ourselves to look past due to the price. Then the next day a big cockroach was behind the towels. We had to take care of the pest. We asked the cleaning lady for new towels and none were brought over. They do do not service rooms every day. Therefore no towels were brought over. Will not be staying here again.

The hotel is conveniently located near a gas station on corner, Starbucks for coffee and Target across the street, even a Sketchers store if you need new shoes 😉 The Complimentary Included Breakfast Buffet had assortment of Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, Waffle Maker and accessories, carious breads and pasteries, Juices, cereals, yogurts, etc. Delicious I would absolutely stay here again. Room #157- the Best !

The room did not look like the pictures it was very out of date look like they took an old motel and tried to make it into a hotel, there was bug in our room and we decided to check out 10 minutes after checking in

This hotel is in the perfection location, it's close to the freeway. Close to a variety of food places, in walking distance. There's a Costco close by and a Wal Mart, there's also a dollar tree you can walk to. And there are plenty of gas stations close by. They also have a coffee shop/ Mexican restaurant connected to the hotel. I definitely would stay here every time I'm in El Paso.

WIFI was really slow. How slow? You ask? 0.12 download. Called the front desk and not helpful at all. Very dismissive. Place is nice enough. That's why it gets 2 stars, not one.

We booked a room for five nights, but checked out after two. The staff was wonderful and incredibly accommodating, but besides that, the experience wasn't great. There were stains on the top sheets of both beds, which we just removed from the beds. The first night, we had a man banging on our door at 2 am, and the second night, we woke up to vomit in our sink that I assume backed up from the room next door. We left after that. Again, the staff was wonderful, but the overall experience was not ideal.

Facility is pretty dated and bathroom configuration reflects an earlier design with lavatory, commode and bathtub/shower all in one room. A/C was really loud and when light in bathroom was turned on, hall light also turned thus disturbing other sleeping guest. Breakfast was very limited. Parking lot had a large commercial dumpster right in the middle and was very unsightly. Doors didn't close tightly without applying considerable force.
