Palace Inn

Used to be very impressed with the hotel. Stayed there a few few times. Last trip was terrible. They had a crew remodeling all night long, couldn't sleep a minute 😴. Never staying there again

If you’re looking for a hotel with a relaxing and tranquil vibe, a spacious parking lot with parking close to your room or within eyesight from any room staying in. Self serve style breakfast setup in main lobby was fresh and had great options for any preference. Room was clean. Staff was great

Good place to stay

Everything has been superb. We frequent this location 3 to 4 times a year.

Always clean always feel safe even though it’s close to the highway. It’s quiet always restful when we’re there. We always stop here on our way from Central Texas to California. Veryrestful before the next leg of our trip.

Easy location off the highway and plenty of eating options. The ac is excellent, we even turned it down. Always clean and comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. Building very well maintained, it looked like new. Rooms clean and also in great shape. Well located. I would stay here again when passing through El Paso. Sound insulation was not great. Traffic from the highway could be heard. Yet, it died down for the night, so it was not an issue.

Check in was a breeze, staff was amazing and helpful. Room was your usual room, nothing special but very very clean. I did the blue light test and was surprised when I found nothing. This leads me to believe that they use industrial cleaners when washing bedding. My kid loved the shampoo and conditioner and even asked to purchase a bottle of each. I would stay again.

Wonderful welcome staff and spacious and super clean room. Breakfast was better than anticipated. quick & easy freeway access. Stayed 2 nights. Would definitely recommend and stay there again if I go to El Paso.

Very clean, plenty of parking

They were able to reserve a ground floor room for me. I was delighted to discover that it was by guest laundry as I needed to do a load of clothes. The door to the room was so heavy it was difficult to open when loaded with baggage.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel felt relaxing and welcoming. I also really appreciated the excellent location and the overall quality of the service.

This is a solidly excellent mid-grade motel at budget prices. I've always found that first impressions of the grounds match the actual quality of the rooms, and the grounds are immaculate. It's near the freeway so not exactly "out of the way" but you won't be walking anywhere for a meal.

My room was clean and in close proximity to parking. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Check out was easy and quick. I highly recommend Palace Inn El Paso.

Putting better quality beds since during our last stay the bed was not the best quality in terms of the bed being bumpy and out of shape, then the quality of the bathroom tub not draining with out external assistance of the guest

Breakfast was basically just a waffle. But the room and facilities were wonderful

The receptionist wasn't all that friendly. We got there around 10 pm. She didn't ask for my ID she was demanding to she my driver license. I don't like demanding people.

Nice little gem of a property right off of the highway. The hotel is laid out well with a large, well lit parking lot directly in the center of the building The room was very clean and the overall condition of the property was great. Sadly, many highway convenient hotels are in poor condition with outdated amenities and unclean rooms. The Palace Inn is bucking that trend. Stay here with confidence.

Great choice for a place to stay. Motel was on the I10 access road. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious, clean, plank flooring,big bathroom, bed was comfortable, great water ptessure, & has a microwave and mini fridge.

Room was clean and the area wasn’t bad. The staff was nice. The only downfall was the beds they are hard and uncomfortable. My hips were hurting from it. But overall was pretty good.

I couldn't believe that there is no elevator. I am 60 y/o, have a bad back from my days in the army, and had a big suitcase to get to a room on the 2nd floor.

Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good but would have liked boiled eggs for protein. Staff was not friendly. Was denied breakfast first day at 10 am. I did not know kitchen closed at 9:30 am., yet following day people were coming after 10 am and nothing was said to them. Parking was good. Overall it was a very good experience. I would stay there again. Thank you.
