Room was clean and well laid out for a night or two. Trim and paint were a little rugged. Bath tubs need replacing lots of burn marks from smokers.

Good location, clean room and convenient parking. Was worth the stay for the night!

You have free parking at the hotel and free morning coffee. The air conditioner works great! There is a Chinese restaurant next to the hotel, but the food is awful. The selection is very limited. There is a Whataburger on the corner which is way better. If you walk under the bridge there is an OXXO convenience store which also has a gasoline station. Get on Interstate 10 and about 10 minutes there is a Walmart and a Sam's Club. There is a mall nearby where you can sit and people watch. On Saturdays, quinceañeras and all their damas and chambelanes walk through the mall before heading to their parties. I had never seen so many quinceañeras in one place. The hotel is ok and close to many places of interest.

The ladies at check in were exceptionally hospitable. And the room (117) had ice cold AC. Not luxury but definitely worth the month paid.

Rooms were not clean. There were cigarette burns on shower door and tub. Bedsheets and pillows were dirty. Towels were stained. Room smelled like cigarettes. There was not amenities. There people outside late at night making noise.

Clean room smelled good and mattress was comfortable. The staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. I had an issue with my room and they instantly offered to get me another room and the house cleaning staff started helping me move things without me even asking.

Ac was nice and cold and when I had an issue with my room, I was immediately offered a new room. The housekeeper was very sweet and without asking, she helped me move a couple of things to help. The room is clean and smells fresh. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

EVERYTHING IS SO AMAZING HERE AT THE 6,PRIVICY THE SWIMMING POOL IS SUPER CLEAN!!! THATS A PLUS!!! ITS NICE AND QUIET!!! IF I HAD TO CHOSE ANY HOTEL/ MOTEL .IT WOULD HAVE TO BE THE MOTEL 6..BY A LONG SHOT!!!!!

Beautiful views. We felt very safe. Lots of nice restaurants and shopping close by. Plenty of free parking. Nice staff.

The only thing I did not like was the room smelled like tobacco smoke. It was smoke free room.

Friendly staff clean and getting ready

The staff was nice and very professional. I was able to get a ground floor room last minute as I have had 4 spinal surgeries and can't carry luggage upstairs. The floor was clean and bath area was also. It smelled clean when I first walked in which is a bonus. I wish the water pressure would've been better but if that is the worst complaint, it was fine.

We arrived about midnight. Over night staff Sandra, was very kind. Unfortunately I give a low rating because the room was showing very little cleanliness( tub, floors, gross markings on walls). The room curtains also had stains and holes.

The whole staff is amazing and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Feels somewhat like home.... are very friendly and very helpful!

Among the lowest prices in the area. Still, the rooms are clean and bug free. Yes, bug free. The staff is friendly. The pool is ready for use any time. And the facility is just 4 exits from the airport. Stay and save.

It’s a really good option for travelers but the A/C is not cold enough for the intense heat in El Paso, also the water in the showers is not cold at all, even on the coldest setting it’s super hot! If you enjoy cold showers, definitely not an option here😅 but it’s clean and cheap so like I said before, good enough for travelers.

I was in the hotel for 9 days which I prepaid. The internet was spotty at best. I complained very day. The did nothing to solve the problem.

Several strands of hair in the “clean” sheets and bath tub. Hated every minute in the room. I’m 5 feet 4 inches and I didn’t fit underneath the shower head.

Staff was helpful with late check in which is great for us as needing a place to crash in a road trip. Would not stay here again.

Staff wasn’t the best, rooms were typical Motel 6 but not my favorite. Nearby gas stations and locations were rude. Glad we only stayed one night. Near impossible to call and speak to an employee. Called twice an hour and nobody answered the phone to confirm having a late check-in due to long drive wasn’t an issue. We were able to get checked in but there was no grace to the employees. Budget friendly but not enjoyable.

Water leak in roof unfortunately it rained hard so we had a huge water mess. They did get the pool up and running and the office staff was nice. No fridge no microwave.

Staff were super friendly here, but the rooms were not so friendly.

The room was clean- ish. The mirror was broken and had a huge crack down the center. The tub was “patched” with grey cement. The bed was so beat down, my husband slept in a hole in the mattress. My main concern was the massive cockroach in the room. It was already late and we had no where else to go or I would have left. Never left a hotel feeling gross before

The floors were dirty and nasty along with the bed sheets with multiple mystery stains. When we asked for different sheets, they also had a set of mystery stains. The bathrooms were unkempt and it had hair and stains in the shower with the weak water pressure. It lacked any basic amenities like tissues, hangers, etc.. There were what looked like multiple bullet holes in the curtains. There was no leniency for early check-in without a fee and we were only there about an hour early. We would not stay here again.

The room was very outdated with holes in the bedding. Door got stuck locked . No shampoo or body wash if you wanted to shower. Had to ask for toilet paper. Beds are small. Sink was falling out of place very outdated and paint was peeling.

The remote control, or the TV was not around. The bed was too hard the door gap on the front door you could see daylight smoke detector or clogged up. I unclogged them.

This property was beyond repair. The room was not cleaned, the mattress had a spring sticking out that poked me while I slept, and there always black mold in the bathroom. And to top it off, they knew how bad this place was because they had a very suspicious sign at the front desk basically stating "no refunds for any reason". Terrible experience overall

I was disappointed, because i ask for extra pillows ,they told me no, then the room was not ready. Also when i was there two cacaruche come out they where pretty big. The bathroom was not so clean. For the price i pay for staying there really disappointed

The rooms are definitely use some updating. The bathtub and shower curtain need to be replaced.

The room was ok. Some of the towels had black stains on them. The toilet seat had urine splashes. The towel rack was broken and it felt into the toilet when I grabbed the towel. Only one pillow was provided without a pillow cover. Also the people in the room upstairs were extremely loud. You can hear everything on the bottom floor.

Not enough towels, toilet paper and no hair dryer. For what I paid it wasn’t worth it but had no other choice since all the others were booked. Waited an hour for the room to be ready. No Kleenex either. The beds were comfortable but had to be careful they wouldn’t slide off the board. It could use some upgrading.

Me and my daughter got bit by bed bugs, its so embarrassing trying to explain to my kid what a bed bug is. I would never ever stay there and the tub was rusted. Oh and there's no pool if you taught you were gonna go in the pool it has water but is so dirty omg! Totally let you know dont risk it.

This Motel 6 off Lomaland has been excellent on all phases during my multiple stays. Very quiet and convenient to Sprouts, the outdoor mall off of Gateway-will make my go to motel whenever I’m in El Paso…

The property was run down. Need a lot of work to bring it up to standard.

Air conditioning worked great. But our stay in a “deluxe” room with 2 double beds was very uncomfortable. No blankets were provided (the “comforter” is more like a sheet) and limited pillows (4 thin ones), toilet paper (no back ups, just one on the roll), and towels (2 thin and small towels, could not even cover myself up with one) BOTH the comforters had holes in them, shower curtain was stained with blood, fridge was a mini fridge and lacked space, floors were dusty (dust storms are common in the area), and the space was less than I needed for my family of 5. Pool was closed “due to dust storm breaking the filter”.

Good for one night with no family. Bathroom is ok, bed sheets ok but not perfect. Don’t come here if you have microphobia, and bring your own blanket.

Booked because of the decent rating and low price for a quick overnight stop, but the room was filthy and unacceptable. At check-in I was told the only issue was the AC, but when I opened the door the room was disgusting — dirty, rundown, and nothing like I expected based on the listing and rating. I immediately went back and asked for a refund. From a distance, the pool also appeared either empty or so dirty it looked brown, which added to the overall impression of neglect. After a long day on the road, this was the last thing I needed. Travelers deserve clean accommodations, even at a budget motel. I left and booked elsewhere. Would not stay here.

The manager said he had one room ready to go and it was already cleaned. If it was already cleaned, there must be a new definition for clean bcuz I found an advil pill next to the bedroom floor, the shower had pee stains, and the small switch light didn’t work. And someone tell me why as soon as I checked out when I made a left turn to get I-10 East, I get pulled over by the cops.

Got my room at around 10:00 PM. When I went to receptionist to get more toilet paper at around 11:50 PM, the office is close with a note stating that all rooms are booked and the receptionist left and will be back 7:00 AM next morning.

On the check in there wasnt a reservation on their system, personnel said there is a common issue with booking.com that didn't confirm them for reservations doing through them, obviously didn't respect the price booking gave me. Room wasn't clean.
