My family and I enjoyed the pool and sauna. They have a nice workout room also.

It was ok

The check in was fast as well as the checkout, loved to be able to check out at 1 pm. The room was very clean, the toiletries are large enough on the shower, there was a hair dryer, but i didn't find or notice a extractor. The shower doors are glass sliding doors, and that makes water to go into the restroom, so just be cargo and put a towel on the floor. The A/C was working perfectly and quietly, easy to change the set temp. The room has enough storage space for a couple, there are more than enough lamps and they can be turned on/off individually to obtain your desired level of illumination. There was a privacy curtain and a blackout curtain. A coffe maker with three complimentary coffee packs, sugar, cream. But no microwave... The ice machine on the hallway was working perfectly 6th floor. The bed, was excelent too, a duvet on top, very comfortable. There were two small details, the door stopper on top of the door was hanging from one screw. The other detail, maybe partially our fault as we didn't hang the privacy sign, the maids were trying to come in, good thing a privacy lock was there blocking them from opening the door completely, and it started early, around 10am the first one we noticed, as they didn't knock.

They charged me for the room after I pay through Expedia and I have another charge there that I’m trying to dispute two it was an extra $300 in charges at this Marriott after I got the room through Expedia very disappointed with the extra charges

Loved the rooms story clean comfy and relaxing unfortunately no free breakfast but not to far from any food restaurant. Bar was a bit pricey but great drinks. The pool was jive just a little dirty but overall I’d go again

Visiting for a concert and due to a delayed check in we were upgraded to a suite. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Everything hotel was average or above average. The price is in bar and restaurant are extremely high $10 beers and extremely expensive food

We stayed for a night. When we first got there we noticed the air conditioner wasn't working. They did send someone up to work on. It took about an hour or so to fix and we just had to wait it out in the room. They didn't offer to change rooms. We then ran into the problem of having no conditioner so I ran downstairs and asked for a new bottle. The guy said someone would bring it up at that point. My kid said already went swimming and needed it for their hair and no one ever brought it up. We never received any at all. The door on the room the lock was messed up so once you open the door the lock would stick out and it was so hard to open and close it because we would have to manually try to push the lock in. And the bedding had stains on the top blanket. Usually I have had no issues with Marriott hotels. This is the first one I've ever had any issues with

La primera habitación que nos asignaron nunca abrió. Ni el staff podía abrir la puerta. Luego nos dieron otra habitación que era la unica que quedaba y era para discapacitados y esa no tenía toallas para el baño. Tenía que ir a pedirlas. En Expedia esta la opción si queremos desayuno pero el hotel nos da solo 1 desayuno por reservaron. Si vas por 3 noches solo te dan 1 desayuno para 1 persona aunque pagas para todos los dias.

Room was clean and staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking was very easy and good access to restaurants. The food at the restaurant was good for breakfast. Hotel in general didn't look well maintained to the level of Marriot.

Signs indicate rooms confused due to not labeled properly, l have to ask employee to find my room. Which l was at the first floor but lobby didn't say a word or explain where is the hallway leading to my room. I didn't know or l didn't check correctly why did l get a charge for $50.00 dollars, l am assuming hotel fee? I should get a better hotel costing me, over $200.00 dollars in price range for a basic room. Outdoor pool was dirty. Towel hanger from inside the bathroom door fall when l hang the towel. No free breakfast. Like l say l could find a way better hotel than Marriott price l pay. Otherwise ok if you want a comfortable bed, clean but way smal room.

Nice over all we enjoyed our stay. Only bad thing was house keepers were so loud Sunday morning it made it impossible to sleep in before long drive home. Yelling across the hallway to eachother and slamming doors

The room was dirty when I arrived. I told the front desk, but instead of helping me, they told me that if I didn’t like it, I could leave. That response was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I expected much better customer service. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The power went out for like 2 hours, we had included our breakfast in the cost & the restaurant was closed, so we lost our money's worth, & had to go eat outside of the hotel.

The mini fridge in our room was not working and caused some inconvenience due to my insulin needing to be stored in a cold place. Other than this the stay was good

The room was gorgeous! Amazingly clean. The newly remodeled rooms have lighting above the headboards. We could not figure out how to turn them off. I called the front desk twice. The first time, I was told it was the middle button for the bedside lamps. 2nd call, "it is the middle button, just look for it, it is not easy to see. You'll find it." The button was actually behind the phone. Someone may want to inform the night desk person.

The hotel and the staff were amazing!! The only bad thing about this hotel was the price of the food. I refuse to pay $17 for a side salad and $30 for French toast and water…totally ridiculous. Thank goodness there are a lot better and cheaper choices within walking distance.

The staff was amazing. We were in town for the BTS concert and they did their best to accommodate early check ins while also preparing a room for people to get ready in for those that weren’t checked in yet.

Check-in at 4 pm was delayed due to our reserved room not being ready. We were able to check in after 6 pm. Our room was not cleaned the next day. First desk wasn’t helpful and didn’t provide clear, concise answers — especially regarding delay to our room being ready, when it would be ready or any apologies for inconvenience.

Good place to stay

Overall very great place to stay at. Close to everything!! The only complain for me was toilet seat needed to be replaced it looked old/dirty. Other than that highly recommend.

The room and the facility was great. It was clean and well kept. Especially for construction being done. Theres a lot to do in the area but there is too much traffic to get in and out easily and there are nicer areas in el paso to stay. Nothing on website about pool being under construction. Stayed specifically for this so highly disappointed in that.

The restaurant just had one person to attend the curstomers so it takes time

To start off the sink water wouldn’t go down. The heater didn’t work and it was extremely cold. I had a baby and we couldn’t sleep well. The two nice cause it was cold and at the moment they said that they didn’t have anyone to go check out the heater also I left my flat iron there and no one has returned my call

This is a busy place, but the rooms are quiet.

Very nice hotel. Has everything you would need. Nice bar and lounge area. Rooms are very nice and the staff was pleasant.

Easy check in, area is a little dated. Stayed on first floor and outside patio areas has little sound cancellations. Could hear neighbors conversation like they were sitting in my room.

I booked a King room, but when we got to the hotel, we were told that there were only rooms with two queens available. I accepted that to be true and although disappointed accepted the room with two queen double beds. When I got to the room, I was curious so I got on Hotels.com and realized that I could have still booked a king bed room at that time. A few hours later, I tried again to see if I could book a king bed room for that night and again the king bef room was available. This was an absolute baiting switch by the desk clerk and a very disappointing experience. Not only were there two cranes in the bed instead of the king. It was so tight and cramped that it was ridiculously uncomfortable. You're a lot of hotel airports in El Paso, and the Marriott is one that I will surely pass up in the future.

No water in my room, and I was told to ‘google it’ when it came to getting help. Some peoples kids, yo.

We are a family of four. Checked in at around 9:30pm. Got unpacked & ready for bed at about 12:30 our neighbor started playing very very loud music, I waited it out for about 30 mins then called down to ask if there were any restrictions on music & they told me they would call the room to ask to lower music. Music was lowered but definitely not enough

The only reason we picked this hotel and booked 2 rooms was for the pool and it was closed. There should be warning of the pool being closed.

24 hr seemingly on demand Airport Shuttle, very clean and modern rooms, friendly staff. Close to airport, but no real plane noise. 💯 would stay again.

There was a screaming child in the room next to ours. We requested to be moved to a different room. We were moved to 2 different rooms on the 5th floor and the rooms and hallway smelled damp and dingy. The rooms were significantly humid and the bedding was damp. We decided we would deal with the screaming baby. We didn’t get much rest.

Room is a lot smaller than expected, felt like the queen beds were full size, AC didn’t work, pool closed, breakfast doesn’t start till 7. It was OK but I was expecting more. Restaurant/bar area was great. Very nice lobby. Price was good.

No pool “down for renovations” no notice until we got to the property. Very disappointing as we travel with children and that’s the reason we booked this stay.

Broken side table in room, shower water did not get more than luke warm, pool was closed for “maintenance”. Rooms had very thin walls. The bed was not comfortable and pillow cases were rough and itchy.

Pool out of service. Website says pool is available. That's the only reason why we booked this hotel because of the pool. So disappointed.
