We knew we were getting a cheap hotel but things could have been a little better.

Went to clock in elevator was out of order I had 3 young kids and a hole lot of bags and suitcases, they put me on the 3rd floor then tell me the pool was closed due to no permit. So I cancelled after driving 9 hrs to go find another hotel where things actually work. Would not book again

It was close to freeway Well we finally got into a room after 4 different rooms. The rooms weren't that great. The rugs were all stained. The rooms we looked at before getting the room we stayed at had mold in the restroom on the ceiling. The mattress of the beds were lumpy. Our fridge was freezing everything we had in there. The toilet when flushed was super slow drained slowly.

They finally moved us to another room after being upset/worried. She wasn’t pleasant or happy about us moving rooms. Also, we returned to our room after a long day and was unable to get in. The door handle was broken. They had to move us again for the third time. Ugh, very unhappy because they down sized us with a double bed when we paid for a king bed. The sinks were clogged and the shower were clogged. This place is so horrible and trash! Hotels.com did not help us at all. We wanted a refund for this horrible stay and they haven’t responded and helped us. I will not be using this app anymore nor the other couple that stayed with us. Hotwire is were I will be returning with. I travel 5 times a year. My spouse has cancer and was so tired throughout all this.

The pool was closed during my stay. I was looking forward to cooling off in the pool. ? Also the breakfast was not very good. The coffee was awful. The coffeemaker in my room did not work. The hallways smelled like bug spray.

I arrived around 10:30 PM. The person at the front desk was very kind and made the check-in process very easy. In the morning, they offered me breakfast. Room was cleaned

Property was very neglected poorly maintained. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom roaches and the sink was dirty. A lot of cosmetic issues as far as drywall damage and no paint on patched spots of the walls. Thermostat also didn’t work and the window lock was broke raising potential risk. The stair rails were not secure either. Overall this hotel is a liability that should be shut down until properly renovated.

Later, we witnessed two women physically fighting a man in what appeared to be a prostitution-related dispute. Throughout the night, random individuals wandered the hallways, creating an unsafe and uncomfortable environment. To make matters worse, the room was not clean, and the bed sheets had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it difficult to feel comfortable. Overall, the property appeared poorly maintained, and we never observed management patrolling the premises or taking any visible steps to address safety concerns. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. We did not feel safe, the room did not meet basic cleanliness standards, and we would not recommend staying here.

The only two staff I encountered were nice. They were both helpful with checking in/out. That’s all the help I needed. But the hotel room itself is NOT AT ALL how it is pictured. I’m not sure where those pictures were taken, but that’s not how the room looked. I could care less about photos on the wall, but there weren’t any. There’s no lamps on the night stands. Our tub was peeling of paint and had a dip in it. The towels were dirty. The bathroom was in bad condition. The sink was also peeling of paint. There were random strips of clear tape hanging from the ceiling. There was a small hole in the wall that I felt the need to cover. The paint on the doors are peeling. The room across from us just had a paper taped with the number. Obviously it’s priced how it is for a reason. You definitely get what you pay for. I would look for a different hotel. I understand not everyone will care, it is just a place to sleep. But aside from sounding like a “hotel snob”, I would highly recommend just looking somewhere else. Even just for a better room in general.

Very old rooms, the carpet was dirty. There is no telephone cable to call the reception. The pool is not working.

Pool was under construction. One side of the room the outlets didn't work and it was both room. Informed the front desk first day and it never got fixed. The carpets had stains and wet spots. The did fix the drainage in one of the rooms for the sink.

They need to demolish that place

The room definitely needs some repairs. The toilet did not flush. The carpet is very dirty. The bed was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and allowed me to change rooms.

Had to move rooms 3 times. 1st room the bed was broken. 2nd room had leak from sink every time you turned it on. 3rd room had dead cockroach in shower

Never again construction started 5am waking me and my family up we need our money back plus roaches begins the fridge we left we dont recommend ever I hope we get our deposit back

Room was ok . TV channels were very few nothing interesting. Staff was also ok . Breakfast was not so great not much variety. We expected scrambled eggs sausage etc. The outside of property was dirty needs a good landscaper. And we rented there for the location and pool but sadly the pool was under construction. Which would have been really nice to know before hand. Overall ok but will make sure next time of the Breakfast and pool before we rent false advertisement.

Needs a lot of attention

Front desk was very helpful. Had to extend my stay due to my vehicle not being ready. My room was clean and cool. Only issues was that the pool was under construction 😔 but everything else was good

They are remodeling the property so the pool is closed. The open rooms are the old run down rooms. The rooms are fairly clean.

The room had no hot water and 2 big roaches were in the room.

Aaron at the front desk was cool and friendly, he helped us the moment we walked it. The weather was 102 that day and when we walked in our room the already had the ac on for us, great customer service all round. Besides the rooms just being a little out dated, the room was clean and neat, nicely tucked in clean sheets, and hot/cold working water. I would definitely stay here again.

The beds were very uncomfortable, only had 1 pillow, the tub was yellow, so sex workers coming and going. Loud noise outside.

The hotel was outdated, dirty and gross.

Very run down, bathroom had many bad up keep, floors dirty, plaster falling apart from roof. outdoor needs paint job and some decor. Lobby needs major up keep, counters, paint n furniture.

We arrive around 9 PM at night the night staff guy was very helpful, friendly, and definitely accommodated us when we ran in through a bed issue overall the building definitely needs renovation you can see water damage throughout the building. Rooms are not kept up to the best standards woke up in the morning for breakfast with the family the morning worker was asleep on the chair next to the breakfast room. I didn’t even know he worked there until my family was trying to have some waffles. I went to the front counter, looking for the worker and lo and behold. The man asleep on the chair was actually the worker. He then told me he had more important things he needed to do before he could refill the waffle batter. He then went to the back office and sat there again for a while. We waited at least 30 minutes before I went back to the counter and asked him if he could please refill it that me and my family have been waiting. He then replied I have other important things to do. I will take care of it when I get a chance I then told him aren’t your customers important. It’s not just my family, but other families that would like to have some breakfast then ignored me at least 15 minutes later or so he came out and refilled the waffle maker batter by then me and my family were already heading out, but at least the other families were able to enjoy someone of a good breakfast.

I honestly would NOT refer this Hotel to anyone at all. It was such a disappointment. I do have pictures of our room. Never will I ever book with them again. Breakfast was hideous Mini muffins, raisin bran cereal and a waffle maker. The juice was still in the gallon container. I did say to the front desk guy that the whole room need to be shut down and not sold to any one. Even tho the hotel was under construction..it was so sad. Oh yes do not let me forget someone put poop on a bag outside of the Hotel on the ground so it was smelling crazy.

The tub filled up while taking a shower. Toilet over filled. Rug was very dirty. Air conditioner didn't work very well. Felt pretty nasty but I had already reserved the room so couldn't do anything about it. I'll look better next time.

Staff was nice but being memorial weekend you’d expect an up and ready hotel with all amenities in full force….pool in good working condition, room numbers with correct placards. Remotes without tape, plugged in tv with tv channels available with English channels. Functioning door handles and locks that make you feel secure were under expectations. Subpar breakfast choices and the halls smelled like drowning effects of cologne that makes me want to vomit. Do better la Quinta, your hotels are always my number 1 choice anywhere

While not the fault of the hotel, the proximity to Texas Roadhouse lead to a lot of noise coming into our room from parties and sports fans.

They are in the middle of updating hotel. The pool was not working and room smells like paint. Also I had to ask for the towels. We were three persons and had one large towel. The staff was nice and provided towels. Refrigerator had food from last guest. The hotel was convenient, but definitely could be better for the amount I was charged.

The room was disgusting scratches all over the walls the carpet was so badly stained and smelled like urine. The smell coming from the AC unit almost gaged me the boarder around the floor was pealing. We stay at La Quinta's across the country we have NEVER had such a horrible experience. Unfortunately we had no other options as there was some concert in town and rooms were $2000 a night and up

I had to keep calling the front desk to get them to do something, because it was horrible having to deal with that smell—along with the shouting, coughing, and noise—right next to my room. And I wasn't the only person complaining. I wasn't able to switch rooms. Everything just went on as usual. There was trash under my bed, and the TV didn't work. The toilet was leaking, and the bathtub drain was clogged—the water wouldn't go down.

Rooms are falling apart (literally) Actual filth including trash and wads of hair are present in the elevator and inside the building. Several items were broken. No hangers. Holes in the wall in my room.

Not fresh breakfast and no one was cleaning anything up, asked for new sheets because there was food crumbs when we first got into our room and trash on the floor and was told there aren't any clean sheets available. You would think the next day they'd figure that out and try to fix the issue but no one even checked or came by

Tienen chinches en el cuarto tengo video y reclamé a la gerencia y no me solucionaron nada. Me dijeron que tenían que hablar a Expedia y ellos se ponían en contacto con con el hotel y de ahí ellos me resolverían pero es un asco no dormí, salí con chinches picoteados con nuestro equipaje, obviamente contaminado y necesitamos que nos revise un médico

Was given a room with water all over the restroom floor and on top of the toilet. Hole on the ceiling. Front desk gave me a second room which had very dirty carpets and an electrical high pitched noise. Will not be staying at any La Quinta properties anymore.
