La Quinta Inn by Wyndham El Paso West

I was locked out multiple times because the key had to be recoded. I had to change rooms 3 times in 7 days. The roof caved in and after all this they wouldn't let me do a late check out.

The floor was filty--had to re-wash my granddaughter's feet after walking around bare foot after her bath. Her feet were black as if she had walking bare foot outdide.the shower head fell off and the water spikket in the bathtub was falling apart. There was a large amount of caulk from previous attempts at fixing it.

The phones were out of order, all ice machines did not work but most of all the pool was slimy green and staff seemed that they didn't care. After moving to a different hotel I talked to other people that changed hotels as well. I feel La Quinta and Wyndham should look into this property and close it down or bring in new management.

Bathroom was horrible, super tiny and bathtub looks dirty and old. Was going to sleep and under sheets a lot of shreddee cheese was there. Freaking disgusting. Room, obviously was not cleaned. Bubble gum wrappers were in room which also tells me it was not clean. Room was never cold, AC kept turning on and off, DO NOT STAY HERE. HORRIBLE HOTEL.

Very noisy, right on the freeway. Old and poorly kept, dirty with stained carpets. They did not have "Do not disturb" signs and the house cleaner walked in on me sleeping at 8AM. Person working the front desk was rude and uncaring.

Good location, good price but poor maintenance: first room I got, the shower did not drain and there was no power in the electrical plug in the bathroom. The staff gave me another room, they were very helpful. Second room, the night side tables lights did not work (either the bulbs were dead or the lamps were bad). I had to move a lamp from the desk to the night table to have a reading light. Carpet in the room was very dirty and the tub and shower curtain had pretty unsightly stains.

Take your own toilet paper.. or find a better place. They gave half a roll, and when we needed more, they said they had "ran out" We went on two separate days to ask for more, and they didnt have any.

Swimming pool was not open, Carpet in my room was stained and dirty, baseboards the bathroom were dirty, floor tile In the bathroom was dirty, landscaping around building needs attention. I the morning when I arrived where there was a continental breakfast the waffle maker burned on side and left the other side uncooked I asked for ice and was told there was none available. When I left I used the bathroom near the office and it was disgustingly filthy.

Looked ok , nice room. No breakfast truck had not come,no pool not cleaned no chemicals, ice machine broke.

Nothing The air conditioning didn’t cool the room, and the pool was out of service. This was very disappointing because these were two of the main amenities we expected during our stay.

The lock on the door was damaged, someone tried to break in. Blood stains on the bed. Hair on the sheets and pillows.

The facility photo didn’t represent the entire picture. I checked out three (3) minutes after checking in. A complete Google review was done so I won’t repeat it here. The management obliged to issuing a refund, but failed to do so. So in addition to the facilities not being up to par, there is an integrity issue as well. Ownership should truly consider upgrades.

The room was dirty, old and unsafe! Smoke alarm was missing, no hangers in the closet, no shampoo or cups for water or coffee. No coffee maker. MOLD above shower. Tub was filthy. Sheets dingy, I didn't even pull them back. Left the key on the bed and left. I knew that another room would have been as terrible. I would drop this hotel from the Expedia website. I request a refund fron Expedia and a Apology from Wyndham Hotels for this property as I have used others with no such issues.

Rooms need remodeling. The door didn't close, so had to use a chair to keep the door secured.

The air conditioning didn’t seem to work really well but the one thing that really bothered me was the screen cover over the windows. There was no blinds beneath them and I was afraid someone could look inside and aside from that when I turned off the light to try to sleep all I could think about how bright the lights were coming thru the window. So I didn’t get to sleep comfortably all night. They really need to upgrade the window screen to blinds or with curtains.

All the ice machines were down. And the trash cans outside were overflowing with trash and it smelled ad

The room also appeared poorly maintained. There were noticeable cracks in the flooring and visible damage to the walls, which affected the overall appearance and comfort of the space. In addition, the air-conditioning unit was extremely noisy, making it difficult to relax and sleep comfortably. The parking area was also in poor condition, with visible damage and uneven surfaces that require attention. This raised concerns about both the property’s overall maintenance and guest safety. Overall, the property would benefit from improved customer-service training, better maintenance of the rooms and parking area, and prompt attention to noisy or outdated equipment.

The ice machine was not working and the shower water was ice old and the tub felt like you were going to fall though the floor. So we won't be staying there again.

This hotel is AWFUL. The outdoor pool was out of order, there no NO working ice machines, our suite was on the 3rd floor and they had NO working elevators. Our room was downgraded to a double because my 13 year old dog couldn’t make three flights of stairs. My booked room was more a night than the downgraded double was per night which means I OVERPAID for what I got. I have pictures of dried dog feces on the carpet, urine stains and filthy linens and mattresses. It was a disgrace. Never ever will I consider anything like this again. I thought I was selecting at 4.3 rated room when in reality it was like a 2.3 rating on a good day. Absolutely disgusting.

Room was right next to the interstate. Noisy all night long. Towels were stained. Would never stay there again. La Quinta corporation should be ashamed of such a property.

Everything was terrible

I ultimately decided not to stay because I did not feel comfortable with the condition of the room. The pool was out of service, the fire alarm in the room was not properly installed, and there were numerous signs of wear, including rust and stains throughout the room and bathroom. I understand that issues can happen, and I appreciate the staff's attempt to accommodate me with a different room. However, given the overall condition of the property and the safety concerns, I chose to return home instead of staying overnight. I hope these issues can be addressed for future guests.

The rooms are not clean, and the cleaning staff neglected to clean our rooms during our five-day stay. Big roaches on the room

Mi nombre es Ernesto Galindo y me hospedé en Quinta Hotel West El Paso el lunes 23 junio 2026 en habitación 335 Hago este reclamo por múltiples incumplimientos: *1. Publicidad engañosa y alberca clausurada* Reservé específicamente porque su página/Expedia promociona alberca. Al llegar el lunes me informaron que no abría los lunes. Hoy martes 24 junio la alberca fue clausurada por "faltas de higiene". Eso no se menciona en ningún lado antes de reservar. Me cobraron por un servicio que no recibí. *2. Condiciones deplorables del cuarto* El cuarto estaba sucio en su totalidad al hacer check-in. La cafetera no servía y los enchufes de luz no funcionaban, así que no pude cargar mis celulares. *3. Falta de servicio de limpieza* Al día siguiente no limpiaron el cuarto ni repusieron shampoo. Tuve que comprarlo yo mismo. *4. Cobro extra injustificado* La reserva era para 2 personas, pero yo llegué solo. Aun así me cobraron un cargo extra en la propiedad sin explicación, lo cual considero injusto. *5. Cancelación complicada* Al ver las condiciones quise cancelar al llegar, pero Expedia puso trabas y el proceso fue caro y complicad

Breakfast was good and nice and hot food good coffee and good choice of food. The staff was great! However, our room and stay was not what we were expecting better from La Quinta .

Place good for the price

NOPE. The one positive thing I can share is, the staff was very friendly. The property needs some serious attention. I stayed here based on the proximity to my conference venue. Never again. The property is nasty.

No me gusto el trato de una empleada de nombre Perla fue muy agresiva,le pregunte si el desayuno no empezaba a las 6 am y se molesto y contesto super grosera,me insulto.Me he quedado en este hotel ya varias veces y nunca un wmpleado me habia tratado mal.Hay cameras en el hotel y pueden revisar lo grocery que fue y lo mal que me trato,ademas antes Saban más cosas en el desayuno como huevo y salchihas y ahorita ya casi no ponen nada y mi cuarto se ofrecia con refrigerator pequeño y no tenia y cuando pregunte me dijeron que se habia descompuesto pregunte si podian poner otro y dijeron que no y yo pague para tener ese servicio ya habia comprado cosas como leche y tes para tomar y ponerlas en el refri y pues no habia.Tampoco tienen máquina de hielo dicen que se les descompuso,ya no ponen jugo de naranja ni huevos ni salchichas ni pan dulce como antes. Amerita un descuento o un rembolso por los inconvenientes.

Good value room. Was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. One problem was the bath sink had no aerator installed. When I turned it on, water came out with such force that I got quite wet in an area you don't want to get wet. Also, ice maker was out of order.

Great staff and location

Bird droppings on hand rails, on side walk into the lobby --has to be health hazard.. Light switch by door not connected to anything so room dark on entry. Closet had no rack or rod. Another had no hangers. No housekeeping in 3 days. Breakfast was not good, bread was moldy. Asked for lightbulb for a light but maintanene was gone. Never replaced in the 3 days we were there. Never again will I stay in a Wyndham hotel. Guess you cannot rely on a good name.

There was a bit of confusion with this one my reservation was canceled, and then reinstated. Regardless, they were really nice once it was. Everything was good and everything went softly. I was even allowed an early check-in. We were able to get some rest before our concert. It’s definitely a hotel I would return to. I wasn’t able to try the breakfast, but the staff was insanely nice. Every request was taken care of. I am thankful for this hotel reinstating my reservation.

Please the check in time in the hotel was too late we arrived almost 12, they did not give us a room, the clerk girl Fer was kind with an incident with my girl, congrats, the swimming pool dirty, breakfast at 8:30 awful (food disgusting)! You closed drink fountain after breakfast hours, I only wanted water.

There were lightbulbs missing from my room when I checked in so the lamps were unuseable. Building and rooms are old and gross looking, walks so thin you can hear everything outside

The overall conditions of the facilities are awful. No maintenance, rust everywhere, painting fading. Bathrooms with water leaks. Toilet not working, carpets with humidity and terrible smell. Lamps inside with bulbs missing, doors and walls dirty. We asked for some towels and they didn’t reply. The lobby is not welcoming. This is a property that is being abandoned, no one seems to care.

We book for a week and only stayed one night. The pool was flighty and the room as in rough shape. The toilet didn’t flush, the shower head leak, no hot water, plaster falling off the ceiling on to bed, and the door seal was missing making it cold and loud because we were near a highway. The peep hole on the door was covered up.

We did not even stay we immediately checked back out. When we got into the room their was a huge stain on the floor, the mattress was stained and nasty, the bathtub had something black all over it and to top it off their was a black long hair on the pillows. I have blonde hair. We just felt gross after stepping in the room. Like I said we checked right back out and went to another hotel.

This hotel was horrible. We got a suite because we needed the sofa bed. The room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator didn’t work so it was difficult to take luggage up to the top floor. The room was big but very outdated, mysterious stains on the carpet. Hot water didn’t work to take a shower, no towels, no extra bedding for the sofa bed. I even asked the FD person why offer a sofa bed if you offer no additional bedding for it? No towels in the bathroom… also the street light shines in through the window I had to put a chair in front to block the light. Horrible horrible stay

I absolutely love the area in which it is located I have access to grocery stores as well as some retailing ones which we all know we love. Also a variety of restaurants something for everyone.

They did move us to another room that at least had a table and a working TV. No kleenex, though there were two kleenex dispensers. No hot water- only luke-warm. First morning went down for coffee at 6:30- nothing. Breakfast was sliced white bread a few muffins and a bowl of apples. One of the worst places I have ever stayed in. No ice machine. Went down to check out and waited 15 minutes for an employee. Night shift just left, day shift was 15 minutes late. Shameful! Ceilings had patching done by an 8th grader. Nasty carpet where there was carpet. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The property was dirty. The room's door lock was not working at all. We were left locked inside with no keys.

Dirty, weathered room, bathroom had peeling paint , burn marks on tub. Shower and bath fixtures were installed incorrectly and dangerous. Sink made loud noise when using. Bed was uncomfortable, with springs pushing through. Room smelled moldy. Doors were very difficult to securely close. Unable to sleep or rest... Extremely disappointed with the quality of this motel.
