This was the worse hotel I’ve experienced. I have pictures and video. From the entry to the bathroom. 2 in burn hole in comforter. Door lock was broken. No service at front desk in the morning. Called 5 times. No answer. Tried checking out and a sign was posted. Crack heads making noise all night.

How close it is to cielo vista mall. AC worked. Couple Outlets didn’t work, lamp didn’t work, tv didn’t work, keys didn’t work had to get first room switched then second time a whole new key. No ice machine working at all. Also pool was closed despised being advertised open.

The only thing good about the hotel was the ac and the bed. The bathtub was dirty when we got there. The first room we were put in for the night, the bathtub faucet ran uncontrollably and you couldn't turn it off. . We stayed in that room until next day until we were told it wouldn't be fixed until Sunday. They switched our room and that room wasnt much better. That bathtub was filthy with hair in it. Microwave was busted with side of it ripped open. Keys kept glitching out. Breakfast consisted of cold bagels bread and half cereals and watered down juices. The pool wasnt working and hadnt worked in awhile which you could tell when you got there. Once you got to property, you could tell by run down state of it that it wasnt as advertised. The pricing is ridiculous. On top of all of it, we asked for housekeeping after being there 3 days to get them 3 days later and we're checking out day later. When we asked for trash bags we were handed a 30 gallon trash bag. This hotel is a 0/10 DO NOT BOOK. The only good thing is when I talked to lady at front desk, who was from the other hotel she gave me a partial refund only because I was going to write this review.

NO MORE People was fighting outside our room, tried to call front desk but the phone was NOT working, I called with my phone and NO ONE answered. It was a very bad stay. Also the door in our room never opened with the key. Very old rooms.

I was moved to three different rooms because the first one the tub was clog and there were cockroaches. The second one there was a water leak. The third one the tv did not worked. Also there were no continental breakfast because the floor in that area broke. This was a horrible experience for me and my family.

No towels and no sops in the restroom. For the breakfast there is nothing to eat. Bagels was there old ones and no cream cheese. Coffee was just hot water. This is terribal place don’t ever wast your money at this location.

The bathtub did not drain and we had to empty it with the trash can from the bath, into the toilet after each of us showered.... The tub's faucet fell off the wall several times... Cables exposed on the wall and were covered with paper,broken light switches... you name it! The photo online is definitely from another property! The staff that checked us in was great and her manager but the property is discusting!

Maintenance issues with room 158: TV not working. Of the two lightbulbs in the desk lamp, one was missing; also lightbulb missing in one of two reading lights between beds. This could have been a safety feature I realized when I reached my hand into the fixture to see if maybe the bulb was not screwed in tight and realized NO BULB! - safety issue for empty live socket?? Laminate tile peeling up from floor, door deadbolt did not function, toilet ran all night. No washcloths. Coffee maker in room only had empty equipment with zero coffee pods or packets or powdered creamer or sugar. "Breakfast" not up to par for comparison with other LaQinta I've stayed at. No decaf coffee brewed or even instant. No ice bucket (oh, that's right, no ice either!) and no drinking glasses. Only cold cereal, not even oatmeal packets to make with hot water, bread selections included cold mini muffins, cold white bread, cold bagels. No butter, cream cheese or peanut butter. Yogurt gone by 6:30. No fresh or canned fruit. No hot dishes at all. No protein source ie eggs except whole milk (no skim) No waffle maker which is what I love at a LaQuinta breakfast. At least the breakfast employee apologized for poor offerings.

Staff doesn’t introduce themselves but they work quick. Was given a room and the lights didn’t turn on so I tried calling the front desk and the phone wasn’t operational either. Went back to the front desk and quickly was given a different room. Second room had working lights but the AC was not as cold as the temperature showed. We were never hot but also not fresh either. Made the decision to wait for breakfast before starting our drive again and it was definitely NOT worth it. Plain bagels, white bread and cereal. Overall not horrible since it was literally just a quick stop for sleep. Beds were comfortable for rest.

The property is absolutely ran down. You can tell they do no maintenance paint peeling from the rooms water rot in the bathroom. Disgusting.

Room was adequate. Old looking but bed was comfortable, air conditioner worked excellent. Fridge worked fine. I just needed a cheap room for a quick nights sleep. It fit the bill for what I needed. Not luxurious by far, but then I didn't pay for luxury.

I immediately went to the front desk to report the issue and requested either clean sheets or a different room. The receptionist gave me another room, but to my shock, the second room was in the same condition. Once again, the bed appeared unclean and there were hairs on the sheets. At that point, I completely lost confidence in the cleanliness standards of this hotel. What made the situation even worse was that management refused to refund my money, claiming that I was past the cancellation deadline. This is extremely frustrating because the problem was not that I changed my mind about staying—it was that the hotel failed to provide a clean and sanitary room. It makes me question whether this is a recurring issue or if guests are expected to simply accept unsanitary conditions. No guest should have to inspect multiple rooms looking for clean bedding, especially after paying for a place to stay. Honestly, can’t think of how we could’ve had a worst experience at this motel. Asked about breakfast and they told me that there would be no breakfast tomorrow because somebody forgot to order food. Pool was closed. We weren’t given a map to our room either. Just told that it was upstairs. There were absolutely no labels telling where any of the rooms were. When we finally found the room, it was absolutely disgusting. The cow just had stains all over them in the room smelled so much from deodorizer. You could tell that it had been smoked in. We just left.

Rooms were decent, just asked for a detachment shower head on the reservation and they gave me a normal shower head, room should have been made everyday not leave it neglected like coming back to unmade bed.

Stayed here for BTS Concert. Location was accessible for last minute needs and late night fast food after concert. Didn’t expect a lot for the breakfast but very basic. Rooms were decently clean and spacious. Ample parking. Felt safe.

Breakfast is advertised as buffet style but not. Cereals and bagesl/breads are only available. When we get to the property, checking inn is smooth with no issues. Once we got to the room, it was dark and the only available lights is the bedside lamp and the bathroom lights. Bed is clean and there was fridge and microwave which is I like. There was no soap and toilet papers so had to ask front desk for it.

This hotel informed us our reservation was canceled when we arrived at 9 pm. All the hotels in the area were booked for the BTS concert. We booked and prepaid the room 2 months in advance. We were told they were canceled so they could resell the rooms at an increased price. Price increased from 8x night!!! And this is a motel. And not a nice one. We ended up having to stay 2 hours away. Saw many people come to check in just to be informed their reservation was canceled. Ugly greedy behavior!

Room was not ready by check in time.. when we finally got room key, the room was FILTHY. WEIRD UNKNOWN STAINS ON BED.. POOP (HUMAN OR PET) ON WALLS.. PET HAIR ON CARPET!! Me cancelaron una reservation ya pagada para ellos poderla vender mas cara. Me.hicieron perder unas vacaciones con mi familia y me hicieron gastar mas de lo que tenia previsto. Y ni ellos ni ustedes expedia hizo nada al respecto son una verguenza ambos.

Don’t book it. It’s like a nightmare. The room was nasty and the hotel was terrible.

The property told me when I arrived that they cancelled my stay and that Expedia should have notified me. But I have no notification and was not issued a refund. When I called Expedia they knew nothing of the cancellation. This hotel is predatory and I do not recommend it if given any other option.

Nasty hotel

Didn’t like the first room. It smelled of smoke, the bathtub had hair, no phone to call office. After complaining to front office, our second floor room was clean, but no phone connection again and could not call front office to request a missing remote control for tv. On a positive note the front desk manager did her best to get the issues resolved. Price was right but Unfortunately I will not stay there again. I expected more from a Wyndham Hotel. So on a scale of one to ten, I give it a 3+.

Enjoyed my stay.

The place was ok . It served the function of being a place to sleep while visiting elpaso. For the price we paid it was about what I expected. Problems were minimal but noticable. The TV worked but the volume button didn't. The shower and sink worked but looked damaged from previous guests. All these things were slightly annoying but nothing worth complaining to staff about.

The worst I've ever been to was the worst cleaning state I've ever been to, with no water in the fishnet tub, the faucet moving, and the blanket and pillow making a mess of odor glue

Since I'll stay wasn't pleasant, We were not comfortable, unable to fall asleep, We decide to skip on breakfast.

Front desk staff was very kind and friendly. But room was disgustingly dirty, dirt, grime and dust everywhere, mattress had yellow spots everywhere, parts of the fixtures weren't finished, with exposed wiring. Did not feel safe staying, so ended up leaving and booking a different hotel for the night

The room reflected the price. Not immaculately clean. They could use vacuuming more thoroughly and cleaning behind furnishings. One night stay passing through, so it was okay.

This property needs to be removed by expedia. First off the pictures of the hotel are not of this hotel. Upon arrival the room did not have toilet paper, coffee or a cup of any type. I was told items would be brought to room, after many requests 3 days later still waiting. I bought at a store. In 3 nights no maid ever entered the room. I have spent well over 1000 nights in hotels. Have to say this is the worst hotel i have ever been in.

Plunger was already there (they knew it was problematic). Safety latch was hanging by 3 bolts on door and locked us out when we left because it fell and somehow hooked the knob. Had to "credit card" open door. Dog hair on carpet. Bitten by bed bugs. 18 year old mattress! Look at date on mattress in photo! These are changed normally every 5 to 7 years!

None of the outlets worked, the shower only had cold water, we were there for my uncle's funeral we had just came in from Arizona had an hour to get ready but couldn't. I went back to the office and a different person was there and when I told him the situation his reply was what do you want me to do. Really not a great answer. I asked for a different room he did get us a different room, however it had no towels whatsoever and to top it off the light's didn't work only one lamp. I went back and told the gentleman he didn't look too happy to see me again. I told him I was really thinking about calling the corporate office, that's when his attitude changed and got us towels, I even asked him to let his cleaning employees know about it. After checking the lights again they didn't have any light bulbs so I went back for a third time which they did send the maintenance guy to put light bulbs. It was disappointing especially being late for my uncle's services 😕

The old toilet uses an excess of water and it is necessary to flush it two or three times.

Room wasn't really cleaned i found hair in the ice bucket and the shower felt like it was going to cave in and no hot water and the breakfast wasn't good at all the waffles were premade and it was soggy and under cooked and the juice was so watered down
