Limited availability of office staff and not able to reach anyone during hours they’re supposed to be in office by phone. No hot water for two days. Bathroom sink clogged from day one. Bed was very hard. Stayed for a week (found somewhere else to stay a couple nights even though I paid) and garbage was never emptied. Walked in my room a few times and smelled strongly of marijuana. Small note on a room a few doors down from mine to “please knock for Speed or “X”” was taped on the door.

It was a place to stay at best. It was difficult if not impossible to reach staff sometimes. Bugs in the room. But they did have housekeeping once a week. I will not be returning.

Rooms bedding had a really and smell to it so I washed them in their laundry room. Staff was rude the lady in check desk was being rude to other customers. The cleaning staff had excellent attitude only cleaned my room one time my whole stay. Air conditioning did work. Kitchen had a few dead roaches that would come out from time to time.

I reserved a room ahead of time and got to the property to be told there was no rooms available. There was 9 other people there in the same situation!

BEWARE THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. They are only open from 8 am to 6 pm. I made my reservation through Expedia and arrived after 7 pm. They told me I didn't have a reservation and that they didn't have a room for me. They said they don't guarantee any reservations through any hotel booking app, only through their website. They told me they would call me the next day if they had a room available. More than 5 days have passed and no one has called me. Please mention this so people don't trust them. If you make a reservation through the app, it doesn't mean you have a room reserved. This company, which calls itself a hotel but isn't, shouldn't be listed on any hotel booking app in the United States since it doesn't guarantee a room to the customer.

Terrible news they were not even available to check in or even talk to I spoke with a staff member who relayed the message that a guest was here checking in they said oh well couldn’t help me out even though it was within hours and I had a reservation Bad

Room smelled smelled like dirt, reserving a room is useless due to the fact that the toom you asked for is probable not available. And will make you uograde a 1 bedroom to "premium" which has nothing special ither than higher priced than a 2 bedroom.

For pet fees are horrible they charge way to much for animals. And the manager is horrible. She was cussing at customer because someone didn't extend there stay or check out. She was very unprofessional. People left there trash outside there rooms and sometimes it wasn't pick up.

The pictures on the website aren’t even the hotels photos; they are taken from some stock site or maybe another hotel- but they are 100% fake. This is the only hotel that’s told me I have to go buy my own toilet paper (I had used 1 roll after 5 days) and I couldn’t get clean towels to save my life. This wasn’t the housekeepers fault, they were sweet, but always told me if I need something I had to go back to the front desk. The woman did not like me, for some reason she couldn’t even be civil. If you are locked out for any reason after 11 or on a Sunday, good luck getting back in your room. They kept the $50 “deposit” but the room wasn’t dirty. Used, yes- no clean towels yes - trash ? No. I couldn’t sleep there after a roach so heavy crawling on the night stand one night woke me. I will be filing a false advertising claim against this hotel when I am home.The price is cheap but there is a few more for a couple more dollars and I promise, those extra dollars are worth it.

The area was conveniently located The room was supposed to have an oven and there wasn’t one, staff never told me that we only got one set of towels the whole stay so I had to use a dirty towel with no way to wash, room was dirty my daughter caught a virus. The ac unit kept going out because the plug wouldn’t stay in the wall without me using a night stand to hold it into place.

Location was ok. You can’t check in after 6:50 pm . Customer service was rude and talk down to their customers. Bugs on their beds couldn’t sleep at night because they would crawl on us. Rooms needed to be updated. Very dirty and old .

Unfortunately, the room especially the carpet and furniture need to be replaced. The expectations(photos) presented in the different travel guide/hospitality websites need to be changed and stop misleading people. Well, the reality is different.

Not a single thing. Its was unclean they had bed bugs roaches and the bathroom had to be recleaned by my wife. This property is very unclean when we arrive at check in the front desk worker let us look at multiple rooms to pick the one we wanted the most both rooms where not up to standard the pictures on there booking site and what you get are complete opposite the people whom where staying above us we’re usually loud and when I went to ask them to please lower the volume they were under the influence of something. I would never recommend this place to anyone I know 0/10.
