Bathroom is tiny. AC is very loud. And because of location you can also hear all freeway noise just FYI. Breakfast was just ok

Everything on the hotel was fine except that you can hear the traffic as it lays next to the highway. It was very hard to sleep with the sounds of traffic and loud motorcycles/vehicles driving by.

Room was clean. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom was so tiny made it hard to even use it. Bathroom could use a deep cleaning. Lighting in room was very dim even around the vanity mirror. Breakfast was awful. Didn’t eat there. Really disappointed in this property. Looks good until you get to the room. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay again.

Clean room, continental breakfast and coffee ready @ 6:00 am. I enjoyed my stay.

Check in was quick, and room was clean.

We were visiting our son and this hotel was close to the airport as well as Ft Bliss. We had a king room which also had a sitting area which was perfect for relaxing after a HOT day of sightseeing. The "real" dishes were nice to see (not plastic/disposable) which gave it that "homey" feel. The pool was also really nice to cool off in. Breakfast was great as well! Definately recommend!

Our room was in excellent location and it was very clean. Staff were always available for any support we needed. Breakfast was great and they had coffee 24/7!! Amazing! Parking was available and there was always availability! Great place to stay at! This will be our third time and planning on coming to the same hotel every time we come to El Paso! Thank you very much!

Parking was free. Rooms were very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Overall I'd say this is an excellent hotel.

The breakfast was good and the manager was amazing and friendly. When I initially tried checking in the gentelman checking me in said he would need a cc on file for incidentals and for the pet deposit. I had already paid for the room through booking.com. He kept saying that my card was not going through. After several tries I called my bank to see if it was an issue on my end and it was not. When asked if this was going to prevent me from getting my key and checking in he said yes. After standing there while he tried to fix the issue for about 30 minutes he finally called the manager over and was able to figure out that it was the way he had entered the amount paid by booking.com was not the right amount and it was thinking I still owed money. The manager agreed to waive my pet fee for the trouble.

Awesome place to stay

We always book here when traveling cross country through El Paso. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the facility isn't new, but it's maintained and clean, and the double queen room with sleeper sofa comfortably holds 3 adult men.

The room is spacious for bigger families, and it is near by shopping center and food options.

It is very spacious for a bigger family. The room was clean. The breakfast was very good too. We have stayed here before for that same reason.

The room was clean. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it wasn't so bad I couldn't sleep. Breakfast was standard: eggs, sausage, hash browns, cereal, oatmeal, etc. The staff was friendly.

The rooms are clean, and the front desk staff are very nice. This time, Melissa assisted me, and she was very polite. She made sure to give me the room I usually prefer when I stay there.

Great Hotel. Close to the airport and they will call a cab / shuttle to the airport and pay for it.

It was fine. Too expensive though for not even having the option for daily cleaning service. No lounge chairs at the pool and not even an umbrella at the table? Made the pool unusable in the scorching El Paso sun.

Front desk person was unable to recommend a restaurant other than IHOP or Denny's . They also said breakfast was at 6am and when I went down at 5:30 for my shuttle, breakfast had been in full swing for some time. I could have had breakfast. The front desk person said they sometimes start earlier. They have a recycling dumpster but don't have a place for guest to throw away their recyclables. Airport shuttle was pretty much on time.

Refused to honor my prepaid booking made through expedia and tried to get me to pay more than double the amount I already paid additionally for a room when I arrived. Be warned if their rate seems too good to be true, it is, and they'll leave you scrambling to have to find another hotel without any sympanthy. I had confirmations, my receipt, everything. They gave no hint of any problem until i showed up. I actually paid more than the extra amount they tried to get from me to stay somewhere else because I'd never give these people any more of my money.

When we arrived, we were told the hotel had oversold their rooms. They gave us a room that was supposedly fine, but it had been marked as “out of service”—without any explanation. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor, like a dirty bathroom. It was a disappointing experience, especially after a long trip.

It was a clean room with easy access for those traveling to Mexico thru the puente Americana

It was one of the best hotels we have stayed in for a one night stay for my family of 5. The front office staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good they even had menudo. Will definitely stay here again.
