Every thing excellent

Went to El Paso for a business trip. The place was centrally located in Downtown. The room was clean, tastefully decorated and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant downstairs was good and reasonably priced. The only caution I would give is if you have an early morning on weekends avoid rooms by the pool. It becomes a nightclub (Fri/Sat) and the music is loud until midnight.

All the staff were amazing and made the stay perfect.

Hotel staff was very friendly! The room was clean and big. Although we didn’t use the rooftop pool, it looked amazing! Will definitely stay here again next time.

A unique hotel that provides excellent services

Loved this hotel. Loved the room style, it was clean. bed was comfy. Loved all the mirrors. Breakfast was great at the restaurant mamacitas. Pizza was good at Circa. Location was great and convenient. Will definitely stay here again.

Could use an iron sometimes, instead of just a steamer. Also why don’t I have a mini fridge or microwave ???

It is so run down. The bed comforter had red stains and the sheets had holes! The front desk sent us new sheets and those were also ripped with holes. SO disappointed. People in El Paso think it is a high end hotel but it's the total opposite,

Noise is terrible not a family Hotel, front desk will not answer phone. You want to party and not sleep go there I guess!!

Clean and Lovely stay..

Requested a room with a city view and we did not get it. The remote control for the tv had no batteries, got a replacement remote after 2 days waiting. Breakfast was supposed to be included and we didn't get either. We did receive some drink and food vouchers, but what we originally requested did not happen.

The location is excellent and very convenient. However, the property itself needs significant improvements, especially the guest rooms. Cleanliness was a major concern—there was visible mold, dirt, and stains throughout the room, which made the stay feel uncomfortable. With better maintenance and more attention to housekeeping, this property could provide a much better guest experience.

when i got there everything was fine until i get to my room and the A/C doesn't work i then ask the front desk if i can have another room they were not able to accommodate me with another room instead told me we can refund you back your money and then left me with trying to find another hotel in the weekend when its busy

Beautiful hotel, I’m looking forward to the next time I visit

Our bartender, Francisco was so knowledgeable of about the bottles he was serving. Immediately brought our food out and checked on us. The hotel was a wonderful experience. The restaurant were all very good! And our valet recommend us La Cometa and wow! It hit the spot! The day and night valet were so attentive and our servers at Mamacitas at night and in the morning were so sweet and patient. We loved the hotel. The foul mouthed cleaning lady couldnt take away from the staff’s hard work. But she definitely left a negative impression.

Our last morning at the beautiful pool was very disturbed by a very loud power-wash of the adjoining area to the pool that went on for about a half hour. It seems the loud sound of the pressure wash motor could be replaced, or the hour for the cleaning could be much earlier in the morning

Staff is less and less helpful.

Staff was with a late check out, they had a 3rd party functions both when we checked in and checked out. We requested a late check out to enjoy the pool and was denied even though we couldn’t enjoy it with Pilates classes going on back to back. Also, privacy was violated, staff barged in while we were in our underwear. No management apology. Also, we waited over 45 minutes for our valet to return our truck.

Went for the BTS concert and they had everything set up for ARMYs staying with them! They gave us a goodie bag with candy and had photo areas setup. The staff was awesome and very helpful.

Room wasn't available until 2 hours after possible check in. And the shower took over 30 minutes to get warm water. Otherwise the staff was really friendly and the room was very nice.

We went to bed around 9:30 PM, and at that time the music was about a 5/10, noticeable but tolerable. By 11:30 PM, it was a full 10/10 until 1:30a. I don’t understand the need to make the music even louder at midnight when most guests are back in their rooms trying to relax or sleep. The staff was friendly, but not especially well-trained. The pool was okay, nothing special. I had called ahead and was specifically told it would be heated, but it was not. Overall, it was a subpar stay. If the pool isn’t important to you, I would highly recommend staying at the Plaza instead.

We got in later than expected, but Sergio at Valet and Hayden at the front desk were helpful getting us all checked in and settled. I wish we had stayed longer to explore the property and the area better. Overall super cute and comfortable hotel!

Room was clean had a nice view of the pool. No complimentary water in the room. A fan was provided in lieu of poor air conditioning. The TV was not a smart TV… these amenities are pretty basic in other hotels in the same area with a lower nightly rates. You are not allowed food from outside the hotel in the pool area even though their kitchen and bar close early.

Stayed here overnight for a birthday event and had dinner at their restaurant Mamacita’s as well. Service was overall good, the room was clean, AC worked perfectly. The rooftop bar area/pool scene is moderately classy but mellow at the same time and service there was awesome-we ordered champagne. They wanted to charge me for parking again upon checkout (parking attendant) even though I paid for it when I arrived. Included VIP parking for hotel guests and a small fridge in rooms would make this a perfect stay. The eclectic vibe and proximity to bars and restaurants is a big plus.

We stayed at the Indigo for three nights. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff does a great job of cleaning and restocking the room each day. The front desk staff are friendly, couteoua and helpful. The on site restaurant is super.

Very clean hotel with very accommodating staff. My room was great. Very comfortable bedding. I felt very welcomed by the servers at Mamacita, the bar tenders in the lounge especially Joy! I felt secure and looked out for by Ruben in security. I have traveled all over the world and that's what hospitality is about! Not only was the hotel great but it was easy to check out the dining, coffee, and bar options!

Mattress was soft and comfortable. Staff was good, nice pool area, but really just wanted that soft bed.

Front desk was rude when we were trying to check in. Literally had to wait for them to get off their phone and finish whatever they were doing to help us. The room overall was nice, but the walls are so thin you can literally hear everything - from doors closing to the elevators ding.

Staff was friendly, guests were nice, walking distance to San Jacinto plaza, drinks, food, bars, highly recommend mamacitas restaurant in the hotel lobby. Food was delicious! Around the corner is Reagan’s restaurant delicious truffle mushroom pizza, and steak. The lotus social house for drinks was good, bartender was friendly. Said the weekends they have a downstairs club. The pool was heated and warm in December. Room was great beds a little soft for my taste but still a great nights sleep. Theres valet parking come in and out for $22, charge to hotel room. There’s in no refrigerator in the room however. But other than that will definitely be staying here again!

We had a bit of a busy problem with the air conditioning, but it was taken care of promptly. The hot water works, but takes forever to heat up. I guess, because it’s on such a high floor. My suggestion would be to turn the hot water on, go downstairs and eat breakfast, and then it should be warm by the time you get back up. Lol.

We were in town just for the day. I’ve been wanting to stay at this hotel for a while and this was a perfect opportunity. The pool looked so great and the restaurant and bar looked so fun. Next time I will stay at least a couple of days to enjoy everything the hotel has to offer.
