We booked on the app, which was super easy! Check-in went smoothly and quickly. The front desk person was very helpful. Directed us on where to park and let us know the parking lot to park in and that was lit up and that security had arrived already so we felt safe. Our room was very spacious and clean, and we had a great sleep in the very comfortable bed with the awesome pillows that we definitely want to buy for our own home! Overall is a great experience and would definitely recommend!

The property was old and I could tell that a renovation was overdue. The dining area was dirty with carpet needing to be vacuumed and seats wiped down. The chairs in the room and the vent hood were also dirty. The couch in the room had seats sagging. There’s a section of flooring in the hallway where there was uneven flooring underneath the carpet. There were also some cracks on the tile in the bathroom. It gave an old and dirty vibe to the place. The staff were friendly and the bed was clean. I could have paid $20 more to stay at a nicer hotel across the road.

A good place to stay if you are staying for a long time. Has a fulll kitchen.

Room had everything you can possibly need. Laundry room on the same floor as room. Breakfast was great as well. Check out being 12pm was also very convenient. Overall very nice place to stay!

A 3 night stay usually would cost a bit over $500. I paid over $1,400. It was because BTS was in town.

We were welcomed warmly be the front dest receptionist who was a great help getting us settled and also gave wonderful recommendations for restaurants. I loved the attention to detail. Super easy check in/out process! Elise at the front desk was so sweet and kind to us!! Entire staff was so nice and friendly! We had a great stay!

I'm happy with the service and free breakfast. The only problem was no hot water for a shower or in the bathroom sink. I complained to the manager at the front desk and a small monetary compensation was deducted off the total balance of the bill. I'm very grateful. Thank you.

My stay was pleasant. I gave 4 stars on the cleanliness because there was a long strand of someone's hair tucked in one of the small towels. Aside from that, staff was pleasant.

Overall stay was very good. First night ac unit didn’t work but maintenance fixed it. Then there was no hot water when taking a shower. The next day we moved to a different room and everything was great from that day on. Elise was great communicating and making things right. Rooms were very clean.

Unfortunately, there was a dog barking thay we could hear through the walls. The room was clean. The breakfast area had dirty utensils, waffle maker was dirty and only decaf coffee until we were almost done eating.

The room was average and good for an overnight stay. 3 stars is most fitting because I think the towels could have been brighter, as they were very dull, the tub was a bit rough/scuffed, and there was some gunk under the tv when we moved it a bit. Also, we can hear the people above us walking and getting in bed. Other than some overused amenities, it was an OK stay.

Hi, unfortunately we did not have a great experience this trip. First of all, the air conditioner in the bedroom vibrated so loudly that we could not use it and in 100 degree weather that made for a warm room our entire stay. Also, the kitchen sink was leaking so if we tried to wash dishes, water began to pool up under the sink. Speaking of water, the shower took about 5-8 minutes to warm each time we used it. Lastly, I woke up with tiny bites on our last day and sure enough upon further review it was bed bugs. On the bright side, the staff is very nice and friendly. I'm a Hilton Rewards member but unfortunately we won't be returning to this property.

We were greeted and assisted by the front desk personnel (Elise) - she also made sure if everything is good, however, we had a long drive from California, I was exhausted I forgot to reply back. Our suites were clean and ready. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Fridge and kitchen area very clean. Toilets and showers are properly working without pressure cloggeds, nor water drips or etc. Only situation happened, there was a drilling noise echoing nearby it sounded something was being fixed late at night. The noise didn’t last very long, and I take that their handy person is ready to help at anytime. Parking is spacious and plentiful. Easy access to Building entrance- exits for emergencies or parking. The parking lot area doesn’t have much cameras but towering windows provides eagle eyes where you can see parking lot from the room. Definitely staying here again.

Inconvenient location! Access is on a one-way frontage road. Free breakfast was very poor quality. Housekeeping service is in need of much improvement!

Breakfast was standard like most hotels with coffee and tea all day. Our room was not facing the street so it was pretty quiet.

All was good for our stay of just my wife and I. We will be back in October and will be booking again. The continental breakfast was very good with Rose being very outstanding as well as everyone on your staff. The only small issues we had was the ceiling fan was not working and the toilet lever would stick causing it to run. We just had to jiggle it. We advised at checkout.

Clean and cool. We enjoyed our one night stay at this Hilton. Large hallways, proper sized rooms, cool AC and a comfortable bed.

I didn't like the refinery behind the hotel. The breakfast was ok, but it was a standard breakfast all these hotels offer.

The property was very clean and well kept both inside and out. Fernanda at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, we appreciated her hospitality attitude.

The room that we stayed in was clean and comfortable but the furnishings were extremely worn out and the shower curtain rod needed to be tightened. This room needs to be retired.

The room above us was making noise all night. Told front desk and the noise continued till 4 am. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Big room convinient for our trip

The worst thing was that there was no shuttle service. I had to walk next door to catch a ride to the airport. Also, that's where I ate dinner, too. Your services are VERY limited. But the guy at the desk (Julian) was helpful.

The only slight annoyance would be the lack of room cleaning services. With a three night stay there was no room cleaning at all. We did stay in the room until late morning each day and there was a notice that room cleaning would occur every other day. However, at the end of our stay garbage cans were overflowing and clean towels were depleted. A slight annoyance as making a bed is not difficult and a phone call to the front desk would have taken care of the other issues also. We appreciated the amenities of the hotel and the price of the stay was reasonable for the services offered.

I have stayed here in the past for an extended stay. The service was great and was the first thought when passing through.

Peeling paint, affixed drapes that do not close, improper screws on floor to floor transitions (screws above surface catch socks and shoes) a ventilation fan in the bathroom with no switch and didn't seem to be working, loose shelf in bathroom and a toilet seat so loose it would be a hazard to handicapped persons ! I am not likely to ever visit a "by HILTON" again.

Rooms were not ready when I arrived and when I asked when they would be ready the man said he wasn’t sure. I had to find another hotel to stay in.

Breakfast eggs, sausage & gravy were not even warm at 8 AM.

The kitchen table and the desk were clearly older. The desk was wobbly, making it a little difficult to do my work on the computer, but the room size, cleanliness, and helpful staff more than made up for this. Each morning at breakfast, I noticed Rose, who was taking care of breakfast. She was always smiling, helping, and making sure the breakfast area was clean and well-stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I have stayed here 3-4 times and each time i feel the quality and service decreases . This last time the breakfast service was not good at all. The eggs was completely burnt and sausage was very very dry. Usually there are different selections of breakfast each day but the 8 nights we was there breakfast we almost the same each day with bad quality. We are considering staying at another property of next visit in May when we return. .

I’m checking in they gave us a room on the fourth floor went to the room the room extremely filthy all the dishes filthy with food liquids open the dishwasher it reeked like it’s been sitting there for weeks went over to the phone to call phone didn’t work crumbs hairs on the beds the room extremely dirty went down to complain was issued another room the room was better but not extremely clean air conditioner broke halfway worked managed

Floors are very squeaky and can hear foor steps from floor above. Shower head wasn't operable.

Had a good stay only thing needed is bigger trash cans in room and better pillows they were horrible. Also when you use the hair dryer it sets the smoke detector off. Tried it twice

Walking distance to several restaurants including a BBQ joint, and Starbucks. Great view south toward the lights of Juarez. Clean, spacious -- even the studio. Easy access to I-10 and the connecting street link up to Highway 62/180.

The furniture is filthy/stained. Their website says there are plenty of restaurants within .2 miles. There is nothing near by except a gas station. Even the free breakfast wasn't fit to eat. I will never stay there again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The housekeeping could do a little better. I did not mention it to anyone so that’s on me. The lady that made breakfast was Great friendly and happy everyday. I believe her name was Lola. The maintenance team runs the shuttle as well they ran me around town for Food and things Thanks!
