This is a perfect hotel if you are planning to stay in the El Paso area.

The staff was great. Caleb at the front desk during the night shift was very pleasant and seemed really happy to help. Our room was clean (minus a few small areas that needed a wipe down) and so was the hotel in general. I think it's only a couple of years old so that helps. The location is great as it is not far from shops and restaurants and a Costco to fill up on gas before hitting the road. I know it's not from scratch but the croissant, egg, and ham sandwiches were one of the best free Continental breakfast items I've had at a hotel in years. The kids were bummed at no waffle maker but fine with cereal, fruit, and muffins. Would absolutely stay again if in the area.

They have a nightly parking fee, which they don't disclose at time of booking. They only tell you once you check in. That was my only negative review. Other than that, I loved this hotel.

This was a very pleasant stay. Very clean, quiet, bed was comfortable, room was large, nice kitchenette, and the free breakfast was better than most. They also offer a free shuttle to and from airport and within 3 miles in town. Down the street from the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, facilities are newer and staff is very friendly and accommodating, my only complaint is their breakfast which is very bad, unfortunately getting worse every time. Just bad, don’t count on it to be satisfied in any way.

If you are planning to book at this location be aware if you accidentally book it thru will absolutely not allow refund's. I somehow accidentally booked two rooms after 3 days of long travel days. I noticed it early in the morning on the day of the reservation. We contacted Expedia thinking hey it was a simple mistake they have plenty of time to cancel and rebook someone new. After days of going back and forth between Expedia and the hotel both companies flat refused to help us and refund our money. We’re not sure how this happened anyway as both room reservations came through within minutes of each other. Maybe both rooms were in the cart or something like that. I had noticed one room was two dollars higher for the exact same room so it confused me and I kinda flipped back between pages trying to figure out what was different in the price. I also checked the hotels price which was slightly cheaper than expedias. We’ve used Expedia for yrs so it’s very disastrous ro have to depart with them for future trips. They blame the hotel while the hotel blames them. Mistakes are gonna happen especially when they store your credit cards in their system. It’s been a big lesson for us. So needless to say we were not satisfied with our stay.

Room was newly renovated, very clean and spacious.

Since I know that I have a lot of down time I pick a hotel that can provide me with activities. I was able to safely walk to shopping (Ross, Marshall's, Burlington are my stores.) I also can walk to the adult beverage store and the Mediterranean restaurant down the street was fabulous! The room was spacious and clean. The pool was clean also. One day the pool was closed for a short time and the front desk knew how important that was to me and called to tell me that it was reopened. The breakfast was really good and it was nice to eat on real plates and have the choice of coffee mugs instead of paper. It was an all around great stay. I highly recommend. Oh, the elevator was tricky because you had to hold your room card up to a sensor and push the floor button. Inconvenience to set my coffee down on the floor, but I 100% support safety! Thank you!

Parking was a nightmare. There was not enough and many of the spaces were covered because of construction. I had to park under the portico and then I had to pay for it, which is ridiculous.

It was ok. Large rooms with no character. Not a single picture on the wall. Did not feel homey at all. Location is nothing special.

INCONSIDERATE STAFF - other stays have been enjoyable this one was deplorable. The staff doesn’t care about your $400 vacation. We arrived on Friday night and unbeknownst to us we were put directly under the rooms being renovated on the second floor. Saturday morning, when the constant hammering began, we understood and left the room we paid for, until 4.30. When we inquired about the constant hammering they said it would be done by 3:30 and had a sign stating as much. No such luck, no rest for me. When I complained, they wanted me to re-pack all of my belongings and move rooms. Trust me, this hotel was not full on Friday. Why would anyone be given a room directly under the floor renovation with constant hammering?? At 10 pm ( our time 2 am) a fire alarm set off, waking us from a deep sleep and sending us into the night air. No apology, no compensation, no attempt to let us know management realized they ruined my $400 vacation, and I’m a Hilton’s Honors member. Good luck, they don’t care about you or your vacation.

The area that this one in is very industrial, the room we got seemed very dated. Carpets in the room were coming up and frayed. The shower was very hard to work. The curtains that separated, the rooms were extremely wrinkled. The staff was super nice though. It’s just not one of the best home 2 suites that we have stayed at.

The staff were helpful. The rooms were quiet which was really helpful in keeping my toddlers asleep. Everything was clean and updated. Would stay here again. Not very much parking though and no signs telling were more parking can be found. No parking for anyone pulling a trailer either.

Our room was nice, quiet and clean. And I like how they welcome dog, they have special treats. They also have a good breakfast meal.

Very welcoming. Mark helped us when we checked in. Room was very nice and clean. Love the scent of the lotion, shampoo, body wash and conditioner. Everything was great. Breakfast had lots of good options. My only complaint is that when I looked up this reservation, I was under the impression that every room had all kitchen appliances including a stove and oven. Our room had everything except a stove and oven. If we wanted we could go get a hotplate and a pan. Thank God that I was able to go to a relative's house to cook what I needed for Christmas dinner. Otherwise, this would be a five-star rating. Lorena was a great front desk person as well. Very helpful. Ample safe parking. Safe area with great places to eat and shopping nearby.

I have been traveling for work for almost a year now. Hands down my favorite location so far. From being able to do digital check in, digital key wax already a win. Then you add an amazing breakfast with a variety that’s actually a variety of taste & flavor. It was quiet even on a busy weekend. Employees were so friendly & helpful. Great job

We had to Uber because they didn’t have a driver for the shuttle service. The front desk girl gave us an email to send receipts for reimbursement. No response to email.

The facilities smell like clean since the doors open, the room was impeccable, we were really comfortable during our stay.

The staff is absolutely wonderful! Each and every staff member with whom I interacted was extremely friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make my staff comfortable. The shuttle convenient and dependable in getting around the immediate area. Shout out to my shuttle driver, Jen, who got me to my destinations safely and had great suggestions about the local area.

Our stay was a quick one night stay. Hotel was clean. Breakfast had multiple selections and was good. Only downside was the bed, it was hard and springy. The couch was much more comfortable.

The pool is and the rooms are decent. When we checked in I had reserved 3 rooms and the lady even after i told her several times and showed her my confirmation number she wanted to charge 4 rooms. 2 of the rooms where mine and one was my friends room and she charged him twice making the amount over $500+ when it should have been $127 plus damage fee. Very bad experience and lost an hour dealing with them at the front desk. On top of that my kids had gone up to their room and they were sent to a room that wasn’t even clean yet and still full on dirty.

Amazing staff the fact you have to pay for parking over night not a fan of. Not when you are paying 150 or more a night to stay

The beds are hard as a rock. Bathroom door wont close all the way. Its a sliding door that leaves a 2 inch gap opened. Paid 27 dollars to be allowed to park for two nights atthe hotel.
