Staff was great top to bottom everyone was welcoming. Elevators smelled like something was burning and eventually they had to shutdown and repair one of the elevators.

The last few years I’ve stayed in hotels for vacations and they never come in anymore to change your sheets or give fresh towels. This hotel changed our sheets and gave fresh towels every single day. Fabulous breakfast too!! N/A

The door handle to the front door to our room was falling off and could not lock from the inside. Went to talk to the front desk man and he went and looked at it but couldn't do anything about it and assured us we would be safe. It was my mother and I so we were a little worried about it. This needs to be fixed. We were in room 216 on 2nd floor. Also the room was dusty, hair on the floor in the bathroom, floor was not vacuumed well at all. We will probably will not stay there again.

Our stay was disappointing. The room was dirty, and we found cockroaches inside. The housekeeping service was also poor. They didn’t restock the toilet paper, and on one day they didn’t clean our room at all. Overall, I think the cleanliness and housekeeping service need improvement. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

Waiting 1 1/2 hour to check in. No one was at the front desk, yes! He was running late so we all waited until he arrived. The sign said manager on site, nope! We had to find a business card to locate her. Somebody was there manning the desk.

The rooms are clean.

The bathroom shower curtain had a terrible bad smell they need either be washed or replaced and the floor had crumbs and dirt everywhere won’t come back

To check in, no one was there for 30 minutes no doorbell to use, the bed was not queen size and so uncomfortable to sleep in. Room smell like rotten eggs. Breakfast was GREAT!!

It was what one would come to expect with Holiday Inn Express. Nothing to brag about, but definitely nothing negative. You get what you pay for, and they do it well for the cost.

TV was limited to only cable TV no options to stream or connect to own streaming services.

Pool was not clean or useable.

There were foot prints on the head board and hand marks all over the back of the bathroom door, suspect from adult activities that were not properly cleaned up.... super gross.

Our stay was nice, however five minutes into my shower the water just completely shut off. My daughter called the front desk and the gentleman said wait fifteen minutes and turn the water back on. Since I had soap on my face, I was able to wash my face in the sink. I tried the shower ten minutes later and all hot water was restored!

The room was very clean, staff very friendly and helpful , location was perfect everything was very close,restaurants, shopping, casino.

Would definitely stay here again. Room was very clean and very user friendly for things that we look for in a room. Bathroom was roomy and again, user friendly. Breakfast was really good. We definitely enjoyed our stay here!

The water wasn’t working in the morning. Meaning no showers, faucet or toilet. Half the reason you stay at a hotel…Asked front desk about a discount or some compensation and they said no, everyone was complaining but nothing they could do about it. Won’t stay there again and it was a regular stay on our travels.

We are returning guests and this is one of the cleanest hotel we stayed at. The staff here are friendly and attentive. We appreciate Gwen for making our stay pleasant. She was very kind and helpful. We will be coming back. :)

Breakfast was not the greatest and the pancake maker was not working properly. And in my room they gave me incorrect and staff wasn’t helpful they stated they didn’t have rooms so they couldn’t help. And just gave me room what they had and not for what I booked for!

I did not like the breakfast, omelette was bad, banana was totally raw, orange was not good quality.

Everything was great .

Easy drive to the Sun Bowl stadium which was the reason for my stay. The staff was always friendly and kind. Breakfast was good. I liked the area and it felt safe. The tub had some hair in it but nothing we couldn’t clean ourselves.

We call front desk to let them know about the problem & their solution was to go downstair & use the reception restrooms. I didn't pay for a room to have to go to the reception to use the restrooms when we woke up in the morning!! I will never stay in this hotel again.

The breakfast was surprisingly good with a great variety of options including fresh fruit, pancakes, eggs, and more. We also loved that they offered convenient grab-and-go breakfast bags for guests on the move. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The hallway and rooms smelled old. My TV and telephone didn't work. Plus when I talk to front desk they said management would have to decide if they were going to make an adjustment on my total bill.

The Staff wasn't real helpful ,The shower and tub.Literaly need replacement,The towel rack fell apart as my wife took the towel off.Rm 234 smoking dop .When I told the staff all he said yep!! We've been having trouble for a week with them and making noice walking around the property at night ? What really Why don't you do something.Not enough towels .3/22/26

The staff were friendly and supportive. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. One particular desk attendant - Ivan - was very special. I was purchasing tissues to attend a funeral and was quite teary eyed - the reason for my trip - and he generously offered to pay dor them himself. A moment i wont forget.

Staff was courteous.Room was a little tired, especially towels and linens. Walls between rooms are thin and you can hear your neighbors. Easy freeway access.

My 1st stay was great the second reservation was for a 2 queen bed room that was overbooked and given ti someone else as we arrived past 9pm and the receptionist trying to blame Expedia for overbooking and trying to put me on king bed room not sure if he was expecting me to sleep on the floor knowing that i was traveling with my husband and kids, he honestly looked like he just did not care his solution to the problem was we are overbooked and period. I had no other option than to look for another hotel in the middle of the night sooo disappointed!!!
