Everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful. The room was spotless. The breakfast was top notch!

It was an okay stay. Our room was not that clean; the microwave was dirty, and the counters too. It was late when we checked in, and we had Clorox wipes with us, so we cleaned those areas ourselves. The beds were clean, though. The room smelled like someone had cooked food or something. Once that was done, our stay was pleasant. The amenities and location were good. The staff was super friendly. The hotel was pretty booked, so that's why we didn't ask for another room. Overall, it was a good value, and honestly, it could have been that they were so busy.

Great location, Clean and comfortable rooms, filling breakfast. Close access to roads and airport, Plus lots of restaurant options within walking distance. Well lite parking and I felt very safe. There were a few repairs being done but it didn't take away from the overall appearance. Definitely plan to stay here again.

We came in at about 2:30 in the morning, due to a long waiting time at the border. We thought we would get some help to freeze gel packs for blood sample shipping. Very little help available. Three rooms were not enough for that kind of favor.

Very new hotel. Breakfast is typical Holiday inn but was good! Love the pancake machine! Have a great Costa Coffee machine. The staff was great. Laundry a little pricey $2.00 a machine.

This location is about a 30 minute drive from the airport and UTEP. We did not use the pool since it is outdoor and it was cold while we were there but is was clean and well kept. The exercise room was nice and not just an afterthought. They have 3 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, 2 rowing machines and a stationary bike, dumbbells and a medicine ball along with a wall of mirrors. They also have a laundry room. I would definitely stay here again!

Fitness gym only one kettlebell but otherwise full rack of dumbbells up to 45 lbs. 2/3 treadmills operational. Breakfast buffet was well stocked with healthy options - turkey sausage patties, egg white veggie omelette, fruit, oatmeal with fixings, oinks Greek yogurt as well as traditional options cheese omelette, pork sausage links, cereals, bagels with cream cheese, toast, butter, pancakes, cinnamon rolls. Beverages include coffee, tea bags (but no hot water spout), juices, regular milk and chocolate milk. Came during super busy time for BTS concert. Hope this helps someone.

This is a great place to stay. It is in a great location with great food choices within walking distance. It was very clean and the staff were always smiling and greeting me. The gym is great and the pool looked great although I did not go in.

I did run into a few issues during my stay. I booked two rooms with two queen beds through Expedia. At check‑in, I confirmed with the front desk that both rooms would have two queens, and I was told, “yes, I think so.” When I got to the rooms, both had a king bed with a pullout instead of the two queens I reserved. When I went back to the front desk, I was told the hotel was sold out and no rooms with two queens were available. The only compensation offered was $20 off per room, which essentially just matched the price difference for the king rooms I was given. Additionally, the room I stayed in (317) had no toilet lid, which added to the feeling that the property needs better maintenance and updating. The stay was manageable for a quick trip, but the room type issue, lack of clear communication, and maintenance concerns were disappointing. This hotel works for a short stay, but be aware that room types may not be guaranteed and the property could benefit from improvements.

Aside from the shower situation, your hotel and staff is to us our home in Santa Fe. We plan on traveling to Europe in 3 months and have booked Holiday Inns there as we are happy with your consistent ADA standards here and hope to find them there.

A lot of construction made it difficult to breath. Truck traffic was sometimes difficult to navigate. Understand it is beyond control of hotel.

Really friendly admin. The bed was very lumpy and lopsided. It was hard to get comfortable enough to sleep. It was also very squeaky when changing sleep positions. I did not sleep well here, unfortunately. Otherwise the stay was nice. Breakfast was good, and excellent hospitality.

Close to lots of dining options. Love the bench between the closet and the dresser where you can place multiple bags and the hooks to hang multiple bags.

Ac was terrible, bathroom shower curtain was too short , water went everywhere on the floor. Room was pretty beat up. Holiday inn express is our go to when we travel, this one was not the best, but not the worst. Staff was friendly

Our room was on the freeway side, so lots of road noise. The bed was quite firm, and shower doors banged a lot in neighboring rooms. Breakfast was good and location is just what we needed. Very clean, and felt safe.

The room was clean and breakfast was great. The water was the only downside of our experience. The shower's water was luke warm, didn't get hot.

Booked a room with a bathtub and no bathtub was in the room.

Has a nice stay. We did have an issue with our toilet. But Benjamin took care of the issue before we return during our day out. The breakfast was excellent as well as the staff tending to the area.

The room was very generous in space. The room was clean. It had just the right amount of stuff in it. Check in and check out was a breeze. The staff was friendly and courteous. I did realize they would provide toiletries like tooth brush until I saw that note in the room.
