Nope all was good!

Drove cross country and back. This hotel was my last stay on the trip. Although I stayed in a few better places, they were also more expensive. This hotel was perfect and reasonably priced. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if traveling through El Paso. I would have liked a smart TV so I could access my Netflix account.

Pool was not open but I was allowed to use the sister pool at marriot that was next door. The hotel lobby clerk Kayla was absolutely customer friendly, helpful and big smile. I didn't feel like just another person passing thru. She was informative and professional

Close to freeway The bathroom, when you take shower the water goes out so the floor gets wet No waffle/pancake during breakfast

The whole experience with my stay was exceptional. The room was very clean & smelt nice, great customer service, breakfast in the mornings was excellent, check in/ out was very simple

The shower would not drain at all. The tube of the shower leaked and flooded the floor. The fridge didn’t work. The electrical outlets were so bad that the blocks would not stay in the outlets so items didn’t charge.

Location, cleanliness. Everything was good.

The property was well maintained, the staff was friendly and breakfast was good. I’ve stay here a couple of times.

Very clean and fresh smelling room. Beds are very comfort and had a great night rest. They were so very kind to give us a late check out. Really appreciate them. Will definitely stay again, very central and close to everything

It was clean and comfortable. The employees were very helpful and professional. The Friday breakfast was low on food. Only cereal and eggs and some bread. There was still over 30 minutes left to eat. I had to eat at a relatives’ house. Very irritating if I paid for it and chose the hotel to save time & money.

Kayla was amazing, she was the most kind soul and beyond helpful, I especially appreciate this coming off such a long flight and just making it so easy for me to get in my room and rest. Thank you sm !

Horrible experience. Manager Ian Zavala and Carmen are liars. Will give you the run-around just to leave you in an empty room covered in paint dust with just a queen bed in the center - oops sorry they called that the “King Suite”. Absolutely atrocious. We were disappointed the hot tub was not available and we weren't told in advance. The breakfast was okay, just not many options. We were disappointed that they were spray painting doors one morning and we will up to the fumes.

The hotel advertises a free airport shuttle. Upon calling to request the shuttle after our flight landed at 9:30 pm, we were told that shuttle service stops at 9 pm. As an "Airport" hotel offering a free shuttle, we were not expecting such limited shuttle hours!

Everything awesome except that it seems the walls need more insulation. Was kept awake by noisy night owls in the room next to me.

It was a nice enjoyable stay and the staff was very friendly.

Staff courteous, room were clean. Breakfast was limited. I was able to grab an omlete but no sausage or bacon left when i came down at 8am

Room was clean. The only problem was the upstairs tenants had their children running and jumping all night long. We traveled to attend my father’s funeral and we could not rest. We were too tired to complained.

Dirty pool and sauna and commen areas

The rooms were very clean, staff was polite. The breakfast had a pancake machine that was broken. They ran out of eggs. We didn't want to wait so we didn't get eggs.

My mom and I were in an accessible room. The walking shower floods. It is helpful to use towel on the floor. Staff always gave me plenty. The toiletries are not easy accessible for a handicapped person. Beds too high. The room was specious.

Good experience, the receptionist was very nice and friendly. It was clean. My only downside is that its close to the freeway so the cars are loud but I also loved the area it was close to everything we needed.

It’s easy to get to, convenient for restaurants and airport access. Very clean and nice breakfast. Pool & hot tub area is very noisy from road traffic.

Comfortable and clean stay before flying out. Breakfast options were great and staff was super friendly. Dust storms didn’t allow us to use the pool and hot tub, but it was nice to know they were there!

Good place to stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff helpful and friendly. They did not have any sort of non dairy milk at breakfast/for coffee so that was a downer.

It was fine for the purpose of my stay. It was a little dated, but for the price it was good. The facility was clean, and the staff were very friendly. I really enjoyed the lovely woman in charge of the breakfast lounge. She was kind soul.

We stayed at the hotel on the last night of our vacation. When we checked in the person at the front desk only provided one room key and didn’t ask if we wanted more. There we as a water puddle between the water supply line to the toilet and the base of the tub. While not a major problem it was off-putting. Overall the hotel seemed older and in worse condition than other similar properties we stayed at on this trip. A couple positives: the bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good. The breakfast had some hot items (eggs, sausage, pancakes), cereals, and yogurt. It was okay. Verdict: somewhat disappointing but passable accommodations.

We chose this hotel because of the pictures of swim pool and hot tube, it was so sad we couldn’t use them, they are so dirty!!!

Nice. Super quiet even tho it’s right by the freeway. Convenient to restaurant, fast food and grocery store. Breakfast had a nice selection. K cup coffee in room a huge plus. Pool and hot tub are open. Fitness room was adequate. Overall great stay

We had a 2 bed roll in shower accessible room, that is becoming difficult to find in El Paso hotels . Helpful staff. I have to request to have my room service every day. I would have prefer if they did it automatically. It was quiet, easy access to the highway and airport.

This hotel was fine. Close to the airport and I 10. The charge for parking was a big turnoff (yes I know it was only $10 plus tax, plus a service fee). I think it’s nothing but corporate greed.

Would be five stars except they charge for parking, only hotel in the area doing so. Unfortunate that I missed that prior to booking, would have gone elsewhere.

Nice place to stay after a late flight into El Paso.

Glad they had an airport shuttle since our confirmend rental car at Thrifty was given to someone else.
