This is a very nice hotel, and everything was very clean and well kept up. The hotel staff were also very friendly. I was here on business and it was very quiet and relaxing and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean. The front desk staff were pleasant. The room was large and we appreciated having a couch to sit down on. It was close to a variety of restaurants. The pool was a nice place to get a little exercise in after a long day of traveling. We would definitely stay here again.

Distance from airport Really dirty, broken side door, noisy. I was given a room that was above some sort of mechanical stuff that made the whole room shake most of the night.

We were arriving late as we were driving in from Nevada and had made reservation here mainly as it felt convenient that it advertised “no end” on their check-in time on the Expedia site. Nonetheless, my husband called on our way there around midnight to let them know we’d be arrived around 3-3:30am and to confirm this would be okay. The front desk lady told him that she’d hold our reservation until 3:30 but after that she’d need to mark us down as no-shows. Ridiculous. With that kind of tight schedule and not very many options available at that time of night, especially while driving with kids, we drove the rest of the way making zero stops for restroom breaks or to get gas worried we wouldn’t make it in time. Thankfully we arrived a bit past 3am, but she informed my husband that she was already getting ready to cancel other people’s reservations because they had not shown up yet. My husband asked if it was possible for us to get a late check out so we could sleep in a bit, but was told this was only available for members of a specific tier group. Something that also isn’t mentioned in their listing and would have been helpful to know. Skipped their free breakfast that day to get some extra sleep and we headed out soon after. Beds were good but it was so late and we were incredibly tired that I don’t think we would have noticed it they weren’t comfortable. Location was fine, quiet but close to the highway and with enough options nearby for us to pick up food on our way out.

My daughter's James Avery rings and graduation ring were taken while we were gone. There was only 2 towels in the room and when we called for more they said it would take a while because they were busy handing towels out to other rooms. When asked if we could go down and get our own the answer was no. Needless to say the towels never came.

Room had a weird smell and the blinds and window were dirty first Holiday we stay in that the beds were hard and the air conditioning did work very well.

I just have a pair of towels not even an xtra in the shelves of the bathroom and i went to ask for a xtra pair and they just give me 1 and i often stay at that hotel and always hace towels hanging and in the shelves and this time i was disappointed for the bathroom towels

Hot tub did not work, no towels in pool area and when we asked for some was told they didn’t have towels. Only 2 towels in our room for 4 people. Bathtub took forever to drain. Extra linens for pullout were stained. Hallways were dirty with trash on the carpets.

We have staid here before, it is conveniently located. The room was clean is about the best thing I can say here. We paid for a room for 6 people (3 kids) but weren't given any sheets or blankets for the sofa couch, when we asked for some, they demanded to check the room to make sure we weren't actively stealing sheets and pillows. The following day, we were given an explanation that they needed to make sure the cleaners or contractors did their job. That same evening we also asked for extra towels since we were only given two in our room. The housekeeping staff said they could only give us two extra (4 towels for 6 people). I feel like all of these things are reasonable accommodations. The following day, after the graduation we were there for, we told family members that we would order some food and we could eat it in the lobby. We had 20-30 people there around 9:30 pm (half kids, half adults). We hadn't even received our food yet when we were told we had to leave because we were preventing guests from sleeping. The gentleman behind the counter wasn't polite, he directly told us to "go to your room" like we were children in trouble. There was no alcohol, no partying, we were trying to eat pizza/wings and chat. I had about $250 worth of food delivered after our guests were asked to leave. When I called the general manager the following day, he answered and I introduced myself, in which he responded "oh you are the complainers". He was absolutely rude, didn't care one bit about service and treated us like we were an inconvenience. He promised to do something about the bill due to the service and then later said there was nothing he could do since we booked with a third party. Travelers beware, not only should you stay away from this place, there are several other newer places nearby. Save yourself the trouble.

The property is close to restaurants, movie theater, and where I needed to be to get my car fixed There’s nothing I did not like about the property

I thought it was really poor for them not to have towels at the pool and when went to ask for one they told me the just put them to wash I mean a hotel tjat size and chain should never run out of clean towels in my opinion. And in the morning I needed an extra towel since they only put 2 in our room it was the same story

I need a receipt for the stay and they said they can’t give me one because I used booking.com and I can’t figure out how to get one from booking.com last time I stayed booking.com sent me one. But not this time I need a receipt for billing

The main reason we went there was for the pool and the hot tub, but the pool was so overrun with people and the hot tub we barely got into and we were in there for five minutes and they came and shut it down and it smelled like dirty diapers. It was very disgusting.

The front desk was great from beginning to end, especially the you man working on May 2, 2026 and the next morning. The room was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave No chili for breakfast

The tub spout was spraying water when we had the shower head going. Shower curtain was dirty as well

The beds were comfy and the location was good The bathroom floor was dirty. Left our feet black after showering, and when I wiped the floor with a towel, it was brown.

They don't let us to use the pool just for the other's kids guests they make a mess and the hotel just closed the pool for all i think it's unfair because we always tell our kids to be respectful to an other's guests and just for some random kids we can't use the service we paid for our kids enjoy

Lost reservation, Staff was rude, keys didn’t work multiple time, towels were dirty overall not a good place to stay

Only bad thing that happened while my husband was taking a shower and I was getting ready fixing my hair with curler/dryer smoke alarm went off and scare us. We though there was a fire in building Ofher than that staff is really nice and helpful .

Prepaid for a week stay for work, was delayed checking in by 2 days due to weather. They don’t have a number listed to contact the property. Tried several times without any luck. They marked me as a no shoe and made me rebook a second week when I arrived $1300 for 3 nights. Several guests (co-workers) had issues also. Received key to room that was occupied, dirty towels, lights not working, keys not working at all. Will not stay here again!!!

The staff were very friendly and professional. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel if I’m going through El Paso again that’s where I’m gonna stay.

I was pleasantly surprised; the location was perfect, it was off the highway, there were multiple restaurants and stores near by, the breakfast was great. The sheets and comforter and towels were white, just the way I like it, the only reason I gave a 4 is the grout in the shower were stained.

I had trouble with my key card and the staff couldn’t make it work I had to go down 3 times before it finally worked . Very disappointing.

Facility is clean, staff is friendly, beds and pillows comfortable, suite was up to our standards. Only downside was, there was no mirror in our bathroom. No other suite of offer, so a discount was provided.
