I will never get a room at this holly day Inn my room bathroom was broken the toilet didn’t flush the coffee machine didn’t work I stay for 3 days and they did not clean o my bathroom or change sheets at my bed. Also the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. I did not recommended.

All staff was very helpful. However the property is ran down, needs a lot of upkeep and maintenance. There were bugs in our room, the carpet was very dirty, the toilet was extremely stained. Walking through the property we saw some rooms had torn curtains, vents were falling off, trash bags were pulling up by trash cans or outside rooms.

The toilets were stained and dirty. The room itself is spacious and clean. The parking lot has broken beer bottles in the parking lot and side walks.

Clean room and quiet place to sleep. Staffs support are good as well as complement breakfast. No elevator for higher level so I suggest that ground level is best.

Do not stay here. 3 different strange men came nocking on our door just after 9 pm. The last person tried the door to enter our room. We were terrified. We had a very kind maintenance man who escorted us to our vehicle and we left. Beware

The bathroom needs more deep cleaning, hairs in bath tub.

Upon check in was made to wait an hour for my room because their computer system was down apparently and they couldn’t tell if my room was clean yet, although other guests were checking in. The pool was dirty and taken over by pigeons and all the chairs had bird poop on them. I tried to go down to the bar and get a drink after 5pm but no one ever came so I ordered DoorDash instead. The elevator didn’t work so had to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs. Oh and they were short of toilet paper so not fun! Staff was friendly enough and kids got free breakfast though.

There was trash in the parking lot, a hole in my couch, ghetto black electrical tape covering the wires in the upstairs room, the shower floor was rusted, the bathroom door didn’t close, and the toilet door was squeaky

Could be better maintained

Clean room and great service at the front desk. Stayed here as the midway point from south Texas to California and then on our way back as well. Pleased with the price and amenities

Lighting around the property was very dark. Security lock on door busted in half. Other rooms were left open, latch flipped so door was propped open. More than one. Not good vibes for solo traveler so I left yhe property.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had an unexpected medical situation and they adjusted our reservations at no extra cost!

Our room was very dirty and there were a lot of cockroaches, I was afraid to get up during the night I didn't want to step on a cockroach. I would never go back there again.

It’s pretty remarkable how even though the property has been there since the 80s, it still remains in use and in decent condition. The lobby was nicely remodeled and clean. The pool was a highlight, clean and accessible. The only issue was stained carpeting, and a broken bathroom fixture in our room. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The staff were great! 10/10 from checking in to getting back from a very late night out. The property overall is decent we didnt feel unsafe at all and its set up like apartments your room numbers are set to the building numbers. Pool and bar definitely seemed popular! Now room. We didnt stay basically the room was a changing spot for us which was unfortunate. The rooms need some TLC. There was water in the walls(bubbled paint) behind sink/shower/toilet. We had an ADA room wasn't needed but if a wheelchair needed to navigate the room it would be very difficult or even a walker. The bedding seemed clean, there was a musty smell in the room tolerable for an overnight stay. However, the floors and walls were dirty the ironing board dirty. Nothing socks slides and wipes couldn't help for an overnight. The kicker to prompting us to leave after getting back to the room after 2am was a bug idk if it came in when we opened the door or if was there when we first got there. We couldnt find it after it scurried away and under one of the beds so we were out! Good cleaning little TlC and I can see this being a good stop to sleep right off the highway. Like I said Staff was great and had it not been so late already we probably would have just asked for another room but changing rooms or 3 hours to home Ill choose my bed. Hope this helps!

Since I got to the hotel it was really nice…. But once I entered the rooms they were filled with bugs and it was dirty, I killed 4 bugs 1 in the first room that I stayed in. And 3 on the second room because I asked for a change there was even rotten food by the side of one bed. On the second room I had to kill more bugs and they were more dead bugs on all the room both of them. When I get to the restroom their were pee stains all over the toilette I had to ask for a refund I was very upset because I really looked forward to staying in the hotel but idk if it was that I got a bad experience but 2 rooms filled with bugs for me concerned. The worst thing is that when I got to the second room the cleaning lady was cleaning the room with 2 other young man but i don’t think they cleaned it because of everything that I found I even took pictures for proof so that the front desk would believe me. So yeah I don’t give reviews that much but it was really concerning and it was just a bad experience.

Poor maid service.

This hotel is decent for the money that you pay on a daily basis. It is located very close to the casino and also to the university of El Paso, Texas. The rooms are a little outdated, but mostly clean. Unfortunately, they do not clean your room on a daily basis it’s like every other day or every three days. The amenities are great in the lobby, but the outside areas are definitely needing work. Overall, the hotel is decent and a good location to stay within El Paso, Texas for the cost. There is a Walmart and target close by as well.

It was clean, check-in and out was easy. Friendly staff Unfortunately the AC couldn’t get colder than 77 and we struggle to sleep

Overall we had very good experiences

The staff was very friendly at check in. Our room was old with parts of the ceiling literally cracked and crumbling. Our TV didn’t work. Our toilet wouldn’t flush and it took 24 hrs for them to get someone to our room to fix it.

Water was hot, called front desk, maintenance came out, stated they would be back and never showed up. No call back or anything. Very uncomfortable especially in July

Rooms are good and clean but property as a whole needs to be clean, and nicely kept.

Other than the stains on the carpet in the room it was clean & comfortable. The exterior walkways were crumbling and created an uneven surface to walk on. The top stair on the stairwell of our building was a bit higher than the other steps & the stairway entrances at the top & bottom are narrow as well (bldg 7).

Be aware, all 2nd floor rooms are walk up. There is no elevator. Lovely property. When I’m traveling to see my kids in east TX & Louisiana, I always stay at this hotel. I just love the vibe.

The area in the back had a fountain that was not running and a decorative courtyard was not maintained. Part of the roof was falling off of Unit 7. The cable TV didn't work and maintenance was called. He was very helpful (all the staff were very nice) and discovered that the cable was unplugged for my unit and the one above me When I went to take a shower there was no hot water. I usually enjoy staying at Holiday Inn properties. But not this one.

The property is beautiful and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. We dos have issues with a leaking restroom. And there were a lot of bugs in the room.

Carpets are massively stained, bathrooms are def from the 90s only thing that has def been updated is the lobby/ bar area. Didn’t use the gym but it looked maintained too

The carpet is very dirty, stains everywhere in the room, smells very bad, one of the walls next to one of the beds has black and brown spots like the food stuck, the breakfast service was terrible. I waited half an hour for the server to take my order and the other half hour to receive the food. This hotel definitely needs to replace the carpet and paint the rooms.

The other problem we had was the TV downstairs wasn’t working and they got somebody to our suite to look into it. He got it so we could watch it, but the guide, so we could see what was available, never did work during our stay. Then, on the day we checked out, the outlet by the bathroom mirror didn’t work. I tried to push the reset button but it looked like a piece was missing from the outlet to do that.

Had 2 live bugs on the carpet which looked like it needed to be vacuumed. Toilet had stain marks.

Booked my room for 2 days. Room number 3101 to be exact. I drove from Hobbs to El Paso, as I walked in I was greeted and the lobby was nice. They gave me my room key and I proceeded to walk in the room. NOTHING FROM THE PICTURES!!! as I lay on the bed, I killed about 3 mosquitoes.. heard some buzzing and killed about 4 flies, now at that point I decided to inspect the bed, as i pulled the sheets, the housekeepers did not change the sheets or even tucked it in properly, how do I know? I found 3 strands of pubic hair laying on the sheets. I called front desk immediately! They seemed unamused! I requested another room, they couldn't, because they were full!.. at 9pm in the night, they want to send a housekeeper to clean the room, my question to them was, if they they did it good the first time, they won't have to come a second time to fix it correct?. I wrapped the pillow with my towel, and slept with long sleeves n long pants so that my skin won't touch anything. Continued inspecting the room, stains on the couches, stains on the lamp shades. The next morning they came and cleaned the room, but the damage was done. I left the very next day n slept in my own bed. I suffered a financial loss, but better safe than sorry. When I handed the guy at the front desk the key card, he was UNBOTHERED!!! And he was the one I spoke to over the phon

We like that it was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Woke up with no hurting back or neck. I would recommend those beds and pillows.

I had horrible experience. I didn't even get the room I booked in advance a week. Still haven't gotten my deposit neither.

The carpet in the room was not that clean and had stains, the shower was cracked and falling apart, the water pressure in the shower was horrible. The staff was very pleasant and helpful but will not stay here again due to the cleanliness and water.

Nice quiet chill pool area

There was nail on the road at the hotel, and it punctured my tire.

The hotel is very well-maintained and clean. The only thing is that the room was missing a large mirror, which it was supposed to have, as shown in the hotel photos.

The gentleman that checked us in lacked customer service and was rude to me and my family. There was an issue with our room, but didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience.

Floors were disgusting. Toilet seat was peeling, tub wouldn’t drain. Smelled like mildew. For the price we paid this was unacceptable.

Room was dirty and the walls were extremely thin. Even people just having conversations outside seemed loud and the ice dispenser near my room was incredibly noisy all night.

Some stains on the carpet and weird murky standing water near the steps, but otherwise decent. Also, had a few little bugs in the bathroom. Like I said, $200ish for two nights was good enough for me. But, just wish it was a bit cleaner and had TV in my room.

Room was very dirty :( the walls had feet marks on them . The shower had dry boogers or something that looked like it. I was very disappointed sometimes people choose these hotels because of the names but honestly they are no better than a run down motel 6or super 8 the carpet were full of stains and missing base boards .. never again will I stay at this location.

We usually stay at this hotel when in El Paso and have never had any issues until this most recent trip. This time we arrived around 11:30pm. Upon arriving we checked in, got our keys and headed to our room. After unloading the car we went to our assigned room to find the keys didn't work. Went up to the front desk and he said it was a mistake that he had forgotten the room had already been assigned. So then he need to physically check another room before being able to get us in there. He said its good to go so we take our stuff up the stairs to the room. After a short while we find that the bathroom does not flush. Seeing as we just got in from a long trip and it was midnight we called the front desk and had to be switched to another room. This time the receptionist was much nicer even apologizing and told me he would be comping enough points for a one night stay onto my IHG account. I more than appreciated that, considering the inconvenience after arriving to town. However, it has been a week since we checked out and the points were never added. Normally a great hotel but disappointed that on top of the mishaps, word wasn't kept on at least giving us those IHG points.

Absolutely nothing Dirty carpet, dirty walls, dirty pool, breakfast not worth the price. If you like swimming in pigeon poop and sleeping with cockroaches in bed with you then this is the hotel for you! Housekeeping didn't come we had to call and request them to come after running out of toilet paper and trash cans over flowing. We checked out at 4am and the guy, Manny was so rude and didn't say a word to me when I walked up and I told him we were checking out of our room all he said was "okay." Not friendly at all! Would NOT recommend giving them your business!

It's design consisting of a tight cluster of small buildings like an ancient adobe village, with numerous walkways and ramps. I felt like I was in an ancient time, and enjoyed the reference to Native American heritage. The rooms were very modern tho!

Location was great not difficult to get to where I needed to go, I was treated beyond great by Brett and Ali they were very customer friendly,great attitude. My wife is in a wheelchair and the room we got was not what we needed, Brett handled my situation quick and gave us another room that suited our need. I truly appreciate that they acted professional and with kindness. Every Holiday Inn needs a Brett and Ali, thanks for making our stay fantastic, and we're coming back in 2 to 3 months. N/a

Nothing The door hinge and lock were broken and had screws coming out, the bathroom door wouldn’t close without having to slam it, and the neighbors were having sex at 3am and it was so loud it sounded like we were in the same room!

Location Do not stay here one of the dirtiest hotels ever our first rooms was so dirty there was poop on the floor with flies and some one used the bathroom and did not flush pubic hair all over the tub. when they switched us rooms the other one was worse with BEDBUGS AND WITH BOODY FLUIDS EVERYWHERE.

The TV remote control would lose its batteries as soon as I picked it up because the little door to the battery compartment wouldn't stay in place. Also the headboard on one of the beds was no longer attached to the wall, so it banged against the wall each time I moved/sat down/ played down and it was pretty obnoxious. I felt sorry for the people in the next room!

The bed was really comfortable. Location was great. Rooms were private with a security gate around the entire facility. Toilet was broken upon check in. Seat sliding off and wouldnt flush.(had to have someone come and fix it) 300 dollar room with a broken needed amenity. 39 cent toilet paper in a 300 dollar room and a GIANT dead cockroach on the floor. Dirty stained carpets. AC was not very powerful even on high, room did not get comfortable until upon returning to the room at night. Cable TV kept having connection issues, no tv guide, all programming just said "no information". With how much the room is they can do much better. Upon returning to the hotel after a night out, there was minimum parking. Had to find something far away from our room.
