Holiday Inn El Paso Airport by IHG

There was no breakfast bar as advertised. One of the rooms hadn't been cleaned. There was hair and crumbs in the bed. Bathroom was dirty. They had coffee in the lobby but no decaf. The entry i to the parking lot was full of potholes.

Bath tub was very slippery, I almost fell. Bed was way too hard. Bathroom door was dirty and there was a washcloth left by precious guest on shower rod. Could definitely be cleaner all over. Didn’t tell us about food offered on site or that breakfast was available for a cost. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Room door was missing the bracket where it closes. Staff notified. Need new mattress. Payed for breakfast and cook never showed up.

Could use some updating. Couch had stains, the desk chair would not raise up, the smoke alarm had a plastic bag over it, big hole in screen of window, no vent in bathroom and lumpy bed. Shower water pressure was great! Breakfast was nice and the waitress was nice too.

We got there about an hour before check-in. The front desk clerk (don’t remember her name) was great and let us check in early because my son wasn’t feeling good and needed to lay down. Later that night we had dinner at the bar which was amazing. The cook and bartender were very friendly and made us feel welcome

Location My wife entered the designated room with my daughters. The tv was on and the bed was not made. The room WAS NOT clean. We don’t know if someone was still staying there but they immediately turned around and left. This is unacceptable for the $170 we paid for. My wife just had a hysterectomy 4 days ago and can barely walk. She had to wait for me to go downstairs to get another room.

Horrible experience, I never experience something like this i just come to the place and the ladie at the front tell me she doesn't have room for me we drive from Colorado to el paso with 4 kids I make the reservation almost half month before and she just tell me she doesn't have room for my family I ask her if she can help to do the cancelation or have my money back or have another room and she just say she can't, I have to pay another place to stay i was almost 11pm , so I don't recommend this place the all

The bartender was amazing and very kind. And the lady that made my breakfast Sunday morning. The fact that when we got our room keys, went to the room opened the door and there were no sheets on the bed the room was a mess. We asked for adjoining rooms when we made our reservations and so the desk clerk put me on one floor (4th) and my brother on another. That upset me, so she finally got my brother next door to me and we find out the door doesn't even work!!! All around failure!!! Won't stay there ever again.

Comfortable room, helpful staff, overall good experience. The wait to get help checked in at the front desk was a little long but not crazy long.

The a/c was leaking, the floors were dirty, there was a sofa in the room that had blood stains on it and I wouldn’t recommend.

Our check out time was very early in the morning, and during the rush of packing up to go, I accidentally dropped my wallet and left it behind. I didn't realize it was missing until I had arrived home in Canada. I called the front desk, and the receptionist immediately set my mind at ease, and informed me that one of the cleaning ladies noticed it and brought it to the front desk immediately. She informed me that she had it placed inside the manager's office (which was locked at all times) for safety. It was held there until i had arranged to have it picked up. Very thankful for the honest staff! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The bed was worn out and felt like a rock. The frige was on the floor and hard to load and see what was in it. The shower was nice, but bathroom had no ventilation fan and fogged up the fancy mirror so you couldn't use it until the moisture dried out. Furniture was old and needed replacement (beat up and past its service life).. Staff were great.

This is the grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The facility is clean, and the staff were very helpful. While we were attending an event, the front desk notified us that they offer rides to the event area for a reasonable fee. However, when we arrived at the lobby for the ride, we found that the shuttle was full. To accommodate us, the manager, Rachel, used her own vehicle to take us to the event. After the event, close to midnight, when traffic was terrible, Rachel and Brad made several rounds to pick everyone up. Their dedication was very appreciated.

Impeccable Service World Class Hospitality

Their service was down for breakfast. I injured my leg on a protruding metal clasp for the box spring. Their first aid kid was incomplete and expired. Had to find a drug store for supplies. No management on site. Will see my doctor tomorrow and may need to see a would care specialist. I have an open wound. First room the door to the connecting room was unlocked. The light did not work between the beds. The toilet paper holder was broken off the wall. Front desk staff member, moved us to another room.

Easy to get to and not far from downtown Room door didn't close or lock all the way, sink in the bathroom was broken, floors were dirty in our room, shower was super slippery, only had 1 guy working and a line of 7 people he continued to check in while I was trying to get some extra towels. Never got the towels neither. Price is the only good thing about this place. Wouldn't recommend

Very bad front desk staff no manners at all checked in in the evening not caring at all also call to have added a service and they acted like they had too much stuff to do me too retrain these people have some staff trained in any kind of emergency situation instead of panicking

Lacation I stayed two nights. My room was not serviced. The room upstairs was unbelievably noisy. People were stomping around their room at 7:30 in the morning. I went to the lobby for a cup of coffee on the second day, Sunday and there was no complimentry coffee. Someone did replenish the pots 15 minutes later. Over all , next time I will look for other lodging.

Was charged the incidental fee of $25 even though I did not incur any incidentals.

bed was comfy Staff wasn’t mean, but wasn’t friendly. Hotel used card on file to charge for second night, though I only stayed one night. They did refund card after several hours trying to track down charge and have refund issued. Shower area was broken upon arrival. Breakfast not included at this hotel. Coffee is provided, but it was empty.

The breakfast was great. The wait staff was great . I was surprised that it wasn’t a continental breakfast. Continental? The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall.

Building was under renovations and it appeared our room was poorly renovated or half renovated. Our whole floor smelt like sewage. The pull out bed was a deflated 4in mattress. The bedding for it was gross and stuck together. Patches on walls, scratched wallls and furniture, rust in the shower. NOT a very good hotel as Hotels.com says.

Would not recommend to go there. We arrived at 11 pm and had to wait a long time till the receptionist came out his room. And the whole night there was someone working in the room above us like if they were renovating or cleaning or something

Carpet was disgustingly dirty, the tub was worn and old. Always stay there and this time in the first floor was so gross. I’ve never had a bad experience till this weekend.

We went to El Paso to catch a local show. I chose here because of the location. It was perfect for this trip. There were a few issues with this site. It is on a frontage road, the access driveway is short, and road traffic makes it challenging. This is a plus/minus, as you leave the building, the interstate noise is loud, but the interior is so quiet. There was work being done, but nothing that impacted our stay. Great Staff.

There were tiny ants crawling all around the floor. the closet had hairs and dirt on the floor. The couch was very stained and dirty

The property itself is very clean and has a nice appearance to it. My only complaint is that they need to soundproof their windows. The hotel is located just adjacent to I-10, so all night long it was like trying to sleep at a racetrack. Other than that everything else was fine.

I feel.like we were overcharged paid for 2 people said we needed 2 beds and didn't have had to go down stairs for extra blankets the shampoo bottles had hair all over and I was unders the impression breakfast was free. And it was not. Was surprised when I got the bill. And we checked out early and have yet to get a receipt or any difference back on my card. The front desk was not very informative of the check out. A few things. Accountability to start with and cleanliness. Complete transparency on what we were purchasing.

This hotel was okay. It was a little difficult to find the entrance. The property is definitely in need of renovation, and signs inside indicated it was being renovated. There were various hairs on the shower wall that weren’t mine. The shower door looked like a dog had chewed on it, and a small table in the room was broken. However, the bed was very comfy and had clean crisp sheets. The pictures show a bar but it was closed when I checked in - it seems the hours aren’t very late. This hotel is close to the airport which is the only reason I stayed here. It was just okay.

The AC doesnt really work. You can hear every single thing from the rooms around you and above you. When the shower turns on in the rooms from the level above, it starts making noise in the lower room restrooms. The mirror in the restroom makes a popping noise while its on. The pool is open and the cycle syatem does not even work. The pool ifself is breaking apart. And whn asked the staff about pool towels, they advised us that they where in the caddie by the pool, we told them we checked and the gentlemen was bothered by having to go check then having to go get them. To charge 520$ for a couple of nights is insane.

Can anyone please explain to me how in the world I get charged a $25 fee when I get to the hotel and check in? I reserved and payed FULLY IN EXPERIA thinking that was the end, but then I get to the hotel and they tell me: OH BECAUSE YOU ALREADY PAID YOUR ROOM IN FULL/ADVANCED WE HAVE TO CHARGE YOU A FEE. How in the world does it make sense for Holiday Inn to charge me full price for a room if I still have to get to the hotel and pay a fee because I was responsible enough to prepay for my room. I will NEVER EVER stay in a Holiday Inn worldwide or it's subsidiaries as long as I live. Truly a ridiculous fee and charge.

If you are looking for shuttle, they only run it from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The bed was very comfortable, the only thing wrong was that the bathroom door would not close it seamed to be to large and they had done work in the shower leaving painters tape in the shower.

The restaurant in the property was not accepting credit cards and you had to pay cash only. The telephone in the room was not working properly for outside calls, I've asked front desk to look into it. They said maintenance had already left (it was early afternoon) and they could only try to change the phone. They never did.

Too noisy , lumpy beds, no WiFi, did not honor request for room to be close to elevator due to mobility issues , bartender was a fill in and spoke no English. Trashy parking lot ,

Everything in the hotel was not working first it started with one elevator, by the end of our stay neither elevator was working. Ice machines not working. The bar is supposed to close at ten, got there at 9:15 the bartender denied us service.

No hot water and no one cared. Loud beeping sound all day/night.

Upon arrival, our room was not ready. After ee had to leave for 2 and a half hours, we were not notified our room was ready. We had no bath towels for our entire stay. Had a pull out couch as a bed. There were no blankets or sheets. The service staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Just an over bad place to spend our night. Would have rather slept in the car.

Stafff was friendly but Tv didn’t work, remote was missing, coffee maker didn’t work in room. Outdated, older property. Booked through Expedia.

I can't say enough good about the staff. Eveyone was wonderful.

We were e pecting to attain dinner and breakfast, but they closed the kitchen bsgore 9pm when it was advertised 5-,10 pm. The breakfast folks didnt show at all, they could have notified us the closure. We wont be using this hotel again.
