Even with the road construction, we found the property easily and we liked the fact that there were plenty of handicapped parking We did a lot of fact finding on our own. It would be of great service to have an explanation of services and times in the room for your visitors

This hotel is a great location near UTEP, several hospitals, and medical facilities. There is a shuttle from the airport. There are many restaurants and fast food opportunities within walking distance. The ADA room was large and quiet. There is a good restaurant on site also. We stay here frequently.

Shuttle driver was amazing, staff was so helpful and kind.

We didn’t have breakfast there but we did appreciate the free coffee. I would return and will look for other Hilton Garden properties for future travel.

The staff is friendly, the room is had seemed outdated. It was large but had a Murphy bed with a large meeting table, which I found odd. The furniture is old and not maintained. The couch had a white stain, not inviting to sit on it. PARKING is 10 dollars a day, they nickel and dime you for anything. I have stayed there before and it was very nice. This hotel has definitely changed. I will not be a guest in the future.

If you are visiting UTEP, you cant ask for a better location. Trolleyhas a stop in front, so free, easy access to downtown. Breakfast good, competitively priced. Rioms clean, everyone of the staff friendly and ready to help. Free shuttle to airport and to other locationd near hotel.

First time staying here and I would give it 10 stars! The room was clean, the AC was great for the hot temps, the staff was excellent, and quiet stay overall. I liked that the check out time was at noon as well. I'll stay here again for next time.

Location was pretty quiet. Staff were helpful and nice. Only problem was the fan vent in the restroom weren’t working properly. I enjoyed my stay there.

Rooms are nice, spacious & clean. Beds are the right firmness, not too soft. The pool needed attention but the front desk member got it taken care of quickly.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and made everything easy. Our room was spotless, quiet, and the bed was super comfortable. The location was also convenient and close to everything we needed. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel but dated. The bed was very firm and thin. The shower constantly dripped. The walls are very thin and we could hear the neighbors. After the concert, we could hear street traffic until after midnight.

The room was clean and cold which I love my only observation would be that is does seem a bit dated but it was still a lovely stay.

Could not beat the location for an event at the stadium. It was a quick walk away. Staff was helpful, love they had a shop for purchasing drinks, snacks and other convenience items. I appreciated they included 2 bottles of water in the room. Housekeeping was great! I only think the bathroom needed some repairs. The knob for hot/cold water was jammed, needing a lot of force to get unstuck. And the water stopper in the tub didn’t stay up well on its own so it would close the drain during a shower and the tub would fill with water. Also the shower water was lukewarm.

The staff were excellent and attentive but understaffed. The property management should hire 2-3 more people it would more than pay off in lost revenue due to underordering because not enough wait staff.

Charged me a total amount for everything, then charged me extra and couldn’t tell me what it was for. Never emailed me a receipt like I asked. Charged me two separate $50 incidental fees and only reimbursed me for one. Refused to help. Terrible experience.

I was told everything inclusive when I book including breakfast but when I went I was told to order for breakfast. It clearly said free breakfast in my booking. I paid 60$for breakfast. It should have been clear when booking .

Rented a Junior suite and upon arriving the toilet upon first use did not want to flush properly… as the day went on it became clogged twice and maintenance attempted to fix it twice but failed as it became clogged a third time. Calling the front desk yet again they stated the maintenance guy was gone for the day. They didn’t offer another room till I finally called and complained and they said they were booked and said if they moved us to a king suite they would have to charge us again. Which didn’t make sense to me having to pay for an additional room when the room we paid for was unusable without a working toilet. They didn’t offer a refund or any help at all!

The property was adequate. I didn't realize they charge a $10 parking fee. Guess I missed that in the fine print. We got to our room and it was clean. The only big complaint was that we were in an adjoining room and the people next door left their dog in the room and it barked for 45 mins until they came back.

Morning receptionist, awful. Bad attitude and refused to print me a receipt. Rooms were fine. Shower knobs installed reversed and water was always dripping from the bath faucet.

the greeting staff was rude. within an hour of checking in, i requested assistance in my room, no one showed up. the menu of the restaurant, form the QR square, did not match the actual menu from the restaurant. the breakfast buffet was $12.99, but when i reserved my room, it charged me $25 to add breakfast. Very limited breakfast options in the buffet and inconsistent from day to day. the tv was old, and my major issue, the microwave in my room was dirty and it stunk up the room every time i had to use it, which was several times during my stay. also, one of the computers form the business center, was not working.

Multiple things went wrong, I paid for breakfast when I booked the room, still got charged and waited for 40 minutes for pancakes and sausage! On the the second night of staying a maintenance worker was banging on the door with my teenage daughters insisting to get in the room to check for a leak at 9:30 at night while I was reading my book at the bar. They made him aware that they were not opening the door until the legal guardian was present and he still insisted! Not to mention it is late, turns out there was no leak. Very inappropriate and unprofessional.

Lovely hotel in a quiet area. The lobby was well appointed. The restaurant serves dinner and has a bar. The menu is limited but very well done, and nice presentation. All staff we encountered was courteous and professional. The room was clean. We did not stay for breakfast the next morning, but they do offer a cook to order breakfast, cost is between $7 and $12 if I remember correctly. I highly recommend this Hilton Garden Inn.

The staff and service were both top notch! I would highly recommend dinner and drinks at this hotel —their talented chef serves up delicious/original meals. We watched the last game of the World Series at the bar and the friendliness and camaraderie were exceptional!

Because of weather, we had to change our plans and checkout one day early. I asked the clerk at the front desk if he could refund the cost for that one-day. He said I'd have to contact Expedia. Since we were on the road, I didn't have a chance to contact Expedia on the same day. When I spoke with an Expedia representative several days later, she said that the Hilton Hotels would not issue a credit for the day we did not use because we did not contact them on that day. I issued a complaint on the survey given us by Hilton Hotels and was never contacted. Just beware.

Excellent hotel two blocks from UTEP campus. Several restaurants nearby. Easy access to I-10. Fifteen minutes from downtown.

I booked a double queen for a stop on a cross country road trip with my brother and dog. They were over booked and I had to sleep on a trundle bed that was the worst. Nice staff, but I woke my brother up every time I tossed and turned on that uncomfortable slab of a bed. Barely slept.

The service and cleanliness was very nice. I definitely recommend it. I would stay there again

Hotel is good overall, the only setbacks are the maintenance upkeep like the shower grout had visual spots of mold, furniture dings, walls and ceiling needing paint touch up.
