Near downtown. I had a room above the Interstate 10. It was incredible loud, too loud. Day and night.

Close to the freeway for an overnight stop. They were out of regular coffee for the rooms. No regular coffee.

It’s an excellent property very well located I liked everything

Parking can be a problem only if you arrive after 10pm or so, otherwise no issues while we were there. Main floor of the hotel was very warm but A/C in our room was fantastic. It never struggled to keep up with our demand. Breakfast was nice for it being included. It had scrambled eggs, pre-made cheese omelets, breakfast potatoes, pancakes, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls, toast and bagels, etc. Room was spacious and had a couch with a pullout bed. Elevators were fast. Plenty of storage. Room was equipped with mini fridge and microwave as well as pod style coffee maker. Shower head was difficult to turn on and off but had good pressure. We would stay here again.

Parking lot was very inadequate, not enough parking spaces. The bottom of the pool had dirt collected at spots for the three days of our stay.

We weren't impressed with our stay. Our check in receptionist was not friendly or helpful, she seemed annoyed with us sour questions bothered her. The only staff member that was helpful was a young man with blonde hair, very friendly and gave suggestions for good and sites to see. Our room was good but the bathroom faucet was ready to come off and sink was clogged and there was a leak and black mold in the bathroom ceiling above the toilet. Pool area was dirty. Usually Our experiences have been great but unfortunately not at this location.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was nice. I felt she could’ve gave me a room with a view of the beautiful mountain in the back, but she gave me a room with the view of the parking lot

Everything was great, it just backs up right against the freeway so it was loud and the breakfast room is small and got crowded very quickly! However ever was very nice and everything was clean.

Great stay. There was construction on the parking lot but the staff ensured you were able to park and get around.

Our stay at this hotel was incredibly frustrating, and we will definitely not be returning. From the exact minute we stepped into our room, the TV did not work, displaying a "No Signal" error message. What followed was a masterclass in terrible customer service: Ghosted by the Front Desk: We tried calling the front desk many, many times with absolutely no response. Empty Promises: We finally walked down to the lobby in person. We were told a technician would come up. He arrived, admitted he couldn't fix it, and said he would see if he could find us another TV. He never returned. More Unanswered Calls: After waiting two hours, we tried calling the front desk again. Once again, it took numerous attempts just to get someone to answer. Delayed Solutions: Eventually, someone else came up and told us the TV was broken but they could get us a replacement in the morning. Surprise, surprise—the next morning came and went with no TV, no phone call, and no updates. End of the Line: By the time we inquired about it again, we were so thoroughly frustrated that we just gave up and checked out. It is completely unacceptable to pay full price for a room with advertised amenities, only to receive a broken product and zero support. The most ironic part of this entire ordeal is that the hotel has signs posted everywhere telling guests to "call the front desk if you need anything"—yet it was entirely impossible to get ahold of anyone

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding.

The room furniture was well worn, the window shade taped up with duct tape and the upholstered chair was stained.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, enough parking, didn’t use the pool but it looked nice, close to downtown

Staff was cold both at check-in and checkout. Robots would probably have been friendlier. The staff tending the breakfast bar was on het phone while some the items were depleted. Won’t stay here again.

The biggest disappointment was the customer service. The staff at check-in appeared unhappy and unwelcoming. They were not friendly, and did not even respond to a simple greeting when guests arrived. Overall, the hotel is acceptable for a few nights, but the condition of the rooms and especially the attitude of the front desk staff leave plenty of room for improvement.

The room we had faced the interstate making it very loud. The room itself was decently clean. The halls and dining area were very hot. There were rugs in the entryway that were not flush with the ground making it a trip hazard.

-One led to the pool that was surrounded by a gate. -The other lead to an area adjacent to the gated pool and when you followed the signs it lead to a 8' high gate latched at the top and blocked by a large mattress at a 30° angle. Not safe conditions.

Breakfast was nice: eggs, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, fruit. The staff allowed us to check-in an hour early and were helpful with extra towels.

Went for BTS concert @ Sunbowl. Short ride to the stadium. Walked back took about 30 min but way better than waiting for an Uber. The walk wasn’t bad at all! So if you’re looking for somewhere to stay for a concert @ sunbowl, this one was great!

Room was not vacuumed, trash and hairs in carpet and bathroom floor, breakfast was terrible the first day everything was cold and it was 9am the eggs weren’t cooked all the way. Front desk staff not polite or friendly at all. Hotel super pricy for what it is, don’t be fooled by the website pictures.

We booked two rooms upon check in they gave us a room that wasn’t clean had food on the desk and the bed wasn’t made. They gave us a new room the next day the keys weren’t working and had to get that resolved. We asked for ice and was told we had to wait because they had to get it from the kitchen and they only had one person in the front. The breakfast was well but overall we were disappointed in our stay.

Our first night was good, we had nice hot water and didn't have any issues. The second morning we woke up to no hot water. I had read some reviews that this location has problems with having hot water and that it was usually luke warm at best. Our water was bitter cold. We brushed it off and figured it was a fluke. Next morning, same thing, bitter cold water. The staff finally put up a notice that day that they were having issues with their water. Luckily by the last day we finally had hot water again. If we find ourselves back in El Paso we will not be utilizing this hotel again.

Our overall stay was excellent. Only issue was a temporary malfunction with the elevator. Our room was clean, staff was professional and courteous. Breakfast was great and the parking lot is well lit and felt safe. Five-Stars all around. Very satisfied and will definitely return and recommend to family and friends.

1. We had to have staff assistance to get internet. 2. We had to have a staff member come to our room to find ESPN. We had no way of knowing that you have to select channel 20.4 to see a list of available channels. No posted instructions and no labels on what appeared on tv. Worst experience ever.

Check in took a really long time due to the fact that we booked thru Hotels.com. The room was decent except for the hair that was in the shower all over the walls. One elevator was down and as we were getting ready to leave the one working elevator started having problems closing the doors as well. The breakfast buffet was adequate but the staff was clearly stressed by the amount of people that were eating at the time we were leaving. Overall - I would still stay there but not have very high expectations.

Elevators were a little scary, but at least one worked. We did love the beds and pillows, super comfortable!

Check in was at 3, I arrived at 4 and It took 20 minutes for my room to be available.

The place was in a good location, clean, the staff was nice....BUT man that highway is LOUD!!! We had a sound machine on high and still could barely sleep. It's a bummer they didn't use better quality windows. The place should be half price for how loud it is.
