Hampton Inn & Suites El Paso/East

Been staying at Hilton properties for over 30 years in traveling job. This was one of my worst experiences. Found spots on sheets first night that raised serious concerns about whether sheets had been washed. Not sure what was on sheets but don’t want to know. Totally unacceptable

My grandson and I were in town to go eat at a special place and your hotel was close to where we needed to go. Upon checking in I ask if we could have some water after paying $150 for the room and she hesitated to give me two bottles of water. Really ....I know it's a small thing. But the staff is really going to fuss over maybe a dollars worth of water.

The parking lot was full of work trucks so hard to park once you get back late but we made it work , apart from that everything else was great

Breakfast was great! The staff was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I would definitely stay here again!

no hot tub

Told room was handicap accessible and it was not even though we had paid for a handicap room. In addition, water was not draining in shower. Diana was rude and unhelpful. The 2 trash cans in the room did not have bags for the trash, room didn’t look prepared.

Upon arrival found a tick on the bed showed it to the desk clerk she said she’d tell mnnt. They never reached out to us! We didn’t use that bed luckily had another one. After stripping it down to check .

Check in was fast and easy, their hot breakfast was small but had a good taste, the room was comfy and you can control your AC, overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

We were there for a concert - staff was so great about it. Plenty of breakfast downstairs. Property is in nice area. Near shopping too!

The room was clean. Location convenient to restaurants and the highway. The pool was ick. Not very clean.Breakfast options are poor if you eat healthy. Workout room is okay but all the exercise balls were flat.

Bathroom wasn't stock appropriately, no dog park and sand spurs in the grass where the dogs had to walk.

The facilities were immaculate. The bed was super comfortable. The room was a perfect size for a couple doing a weekend getaway. The staff was super cool. Enjoyed the free breakfast. There was nothing not to like!

Room next door was loud and when I asked to be moved they said they couldn’t. I had just walked in and noticed the room next door was loud before I even put my bags down or touched anything. After getting forced to stay next to the loud people next door, I noticed the room I was in was also dirty still and cleaned poorly. Little bits of food around the bed, and dusty/dirty sheets. Would not stay at this location again.

The overall hotel, from the clean updated room to the breakfast and the excellent staff in my opinion was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at.

Clean! Also is the dining area - the staff cleaned the area every so often! Breakfast was one of the best. Provided cucumber ice-water at the lobby – a thoughtful touch for travelers.

We inly stayed one night, enroute home to Texas. Check in & out was easy. While we didn't actually eat the breakfast, it did look like a very nice spread, with eggs, sausage, coffee, cereals, waffles, OJ, etc. (not just a "continental breakfast" as many serve). Will probably stay here again on a future trip.

I reserved an oversized room because my husband and I were traveling with our 26-year-old son. It was large and clean, but the bathroom/shower was small and seemed older than the rest of the room.

19 years in hospitality across multiple brands and a former Director of Sales for a Hampton for 5 years. The cleanliness of this property was not good. Incidental charges are way too high for what the property is. Wouldn’t stay here again. Sorry. Needs work.

Kinda unintuitive on where the entrance to property is. Always almost pass the entrance. Kinda awkwardly positioned and surrounding area leaves little to no pleasant views from room especially on backside of hotel. Other than that everything else was great. Great room, staff, and amenities.

Ashely at the front desk was super helpful and was able to get our room ready before the 4pm check-in time. The property is clean and modern. I would stay here again and recommend to others as well.

Great hotel overall, the rooms were clean and the service was amazing. We only stayed two nights, so we didn't get to visit the gym and pool like we wanted too. Next time... Also, the complementary breakfast was so good, both days. The lady refilling and keeping the area clean was so sweet and you can tell she really cared about her job. All the staff at the hotel were great 👍

All was great. The only problem was the remote control needed new batteries but I wasn’t spending much time there anyway. Otherwise great, and the price was pretty reasonable

The room I stayed in had a strong moldy smell and even had cockroaches. The sofa was so dirty that I couldn’t sit on it. Please make sure to read more reviews carefully before making a reservation at this place.

Clean, friendly staff and go location for our visit requirements. A little noisy due to highway traffic.

We have always stayed at El Paso East Hampton Inns. This was our 7th stay at this particular hotel. They have changed. Cheap IKEA furniture, no carpet, small beds sparse amenities and we paid $175 a night for a $100 room. We will look elsewhere from now on.

The hotel don't have internet for check in , I already pay my confirmation and now I lose my money, I can't sleep in the Hotel with my family because the hotel don't have any Internet for check in , I need My money back.
