Fairfield Inn & Suites El Paso Airport

Always so clean and great location.

This is one if my favorite hotels to stay at in El Paso. The clean rooms and lobby, helpful staff, and delicious breakfast (especially the oatmeal) are very important to shaping my decision to return to this hotel.

They charge $10:00 fee each night you stay there in small letters in elevators and also there tv are old we woke up at 6 am to watch tv early tv and tv went out manger stayed it was end of life for that tv but I had ask early enough so they could do something about it but I guess that wasn’t priority she was doing something else not to mention lt was after 1 pm and because we had to go to the front desk to see what happened it was just a bummer the way manger handled things

Service was great we did find food in the fridge that was left behind by previous guest, and also candy wrap by one of the beds on the floor

Good location near the airport, Cielo Vista Mall, I-10 , several restaurants. Hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was not good. No variety of food.

The rooms were super cozy and quiet. The location was convenient to a lot of places in town.

As a wheelchair user I booked an accessible room only to not be able to shower or get in the extremely tall bed. It smelled like cigarettes in the very worn out room. Never again.

Second room they put me in had a dirty bathroom and shower, but the rest of the room looked as if the cleaners half a** cleaned it. Front desk lady was kind and helpful at least.

The room was clean. Beds comfortable. Pillows too. My sister and I stayed here before and after a trip. Easy to get to the airport.

Great hotel and the room was big, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. It had all the amenities we wanted and more. It’s also close to many restaurants so the location was perfect for us. Staff was also friendly and helpful.

Easy check in, room was nice and clean. Break was delicious. Could use some sugar free items, but I managed.

The sheets and bedding smelled like an old man, and the pillows were small.

The room was extremely clean, spacious , beds were comfortable and the front desk personnel were attentive and courteous. The building was well maintained, the outer grounds were litter free, along with plenty of parking all around.

I did not like the attitude. I had to call hotels.com and ask them to help. Then I had to go the front desk and ask them to pickup the phone because the "help desk" could not reach them. I like the hotel but this kind of people that is not in is best day, makes you regret your decision, and for sure avoid comming back.

I had a weekend stay in ElPaso, my room was perfect. Clean hotel , bed was very comfortable I actually slept through the night. Very quiet area, The staff were friendly, breakfast was good. I recommend staying here , I always read reviews and this is a 10.

My boyfriend and I had trouble sleeping in the bed (it was lumpy) and the water pressure in the shower was pretty depressing. We asked to move rooms and they accommodated us with no problems. Bed and shower were loads better in the second room. Much appreciated. We had a great stay.

The hotel was fantastic and was in a great area. We came to El Paso for a baseball tournament so having dining and shopping nearby was a huge plus. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff were very friendly. We will definitely stay here in the future!

The room was great and staff friendly. However, we’ve stayed at least twice at this hotel and for the past year, half of the first floor is closed off with water damage and construction. How come the issues don’t get fixed? The hotel building is relatively new.

The room was disgusting. I went to lay down in bed and there was crusty stains on the sheets that looked like they hadn’t been washed in a long time. There was rust all over the bathtub. Also, the “continental breakfast” consisted of some bread for toast, coffee, juice and waffles. Very disappointing.

The staff put us right next to the elevator. when requested to change the room, she said there is no room available. In fact, there weren't many guests at all. She just to lazy to log on to the computer and move us.

The room was very clean. I slept comfortably. The breakfast was fantastic per usual. The desk staff were polite but not warm. Looking forward to staying again

Marriott never fails me. This location was perfect for our early flight departure - right around the corner from the airport.

Property was good despite the AC. I stayed two nights and woke up several times because it was so hot. Hotel has motion sensors in the room so they’re not on if no one is in- so both times walked into a really warm room. It’s automatic set to 68, but temp stayed at 69 and was off most of the night. Not comfortable at all. I was offered fans from the front desk but it’d be nice to control your own AC.

Best breakfast we have had hands down. The lady manning the breakfast area was amazing and made the experience even better. Walkable to restaurants and rooms were clean and comfortable

We stayed for 3 nights and we are very disappointed since none of those days was our room cleaned nor were we given towels or toilet paper.

This property was very convenient to the airport, shopping, dining, and more. The hotel itself was very clean, but our suite left a little to be desired. Though spacious, it was disappointing that there was trash under both beds when we got there, the lock on the bathroom door didn't work, and the shower curtain has seen better days. However, all in all, it was a pleasant experience with a very friendly staff and great breakfast!

Well located. My daughter and I came in to town for the Coldplay concert. This hotel was well located and worked out perfectly for us.

Convenient. Dog friendly, but not a great area for dogs. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable.

Very nice staff. Room is not overly fancy but it does its job well. Have stayed there a couple times now and wouldn't hesitate to rebook.

Front desk was very nice and polite the guy working in the breakfast area seemed irritated.The room not very clean and smelled and the mattress was not comfortable and the bathroom sick was clogging.They charge for parking $10 a day something that doesn’t show you on Expedia so had to pay $20 extra. First hotel I’ve stayed in El Paso that charge parking fee I usually stay at Holiday Inn express and suites but they were completely booked.

I forgot an item in the room after check out and cleaning crew got it and I was able to get it back. No dislikes only thing if you planning to use pool it’s out of service right now not sure how long it’s going to be
