The place was under construction. It would’ve been nice if they would’ve told us ahead of time before booking. But overall, the place was clean and good to stay there for that one night.

Hotel front and rear entrance being renovated along with breakfast area. Lobby crowded due to breakfast being served there. Rooms are okay but parking and getting into lobby dusty and partially blocked.

Did not like this location at all. Found a dead cockroach in the floor in the bathroom. Would not eat breakfast here was afraid of bugs being in the food. The room was old and needed to be updated. I was glad to leave the next morning.

They are currently under renovation but everything was clean and well-kept, with great staff. Rooms are excellent, property is safe and inviting.

Awsome no complaints

The building was under a make over, the pool was cod, the hot tube was cold. Not many choices for the breakfast.

The facility has been remodelling for sometime and still on-going. I didn't know it at the time of booking. I wished I had.

The location was great; close to many restaurants. The air conditioner in our room did not work. We complained to the front desk several times and they did send a repairman to try and fix it. After five hours in a very hot room, my husband asked again for a room change and/or return the cost of room; plus pet deposit. Thirty minutes later they gave us an upgraded room, with no additional cost. However, it was after 9:00 pm and we were very hot/tired. They should close their hotel until they complete renovations. Not acceptable for a Marriott hotel.

The hotel was relatively easy to get to off of I-10 but since they were remodeling, it was a little difficult to get into the building. The staff in front was very nice and understanding since we arrived later than expected. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C was great! We had 3 big towels to take a shower but ww did not have a floor towel to step on after getting out of the shower. Other than that, it was a great place to stay and highly recommend it!

Had a great stay hotel was nice very accommodative they were working I. The front entrance at the time but the finished work will be complete the experience

The rooms are dark and tou can hear everything thru the thin walls. I will not stay in this property again.

Comfortable and great price

They are currently renovating. Our room was supposedly renovated, window had some type of bullet hole in the glass and the interior part was taped along the cracks of the window. staff was friendly , but that’s about the only good thing I have to say

Under construction. Chairs in area where breakfast is served the faux leather is totally wore out. Elevators and side door being used for entrance are not clean.

Staff was beyond friendly and super accommodating. I will say though the location was under construction, we were on the 3rd floor and could hear them fixing and moving furniture very early upstairs. And the whole hotel looked like it was getting renovations. AC units are extremely loud. I think if the hotel offered discounts during this time it would get a better rating from me since the staff were very nice!

My ac was broken and they replaced it but the room was at 80 degrees and they were fully booked so they couldn’t do anything about it.

The staff was very nice and helpful The hot breakfast can be a little better. The sausage wasn’t cooked fully. More meat options would be better.

I am very disappointed that we didn’t know beforehand , there was construction/remodeling during our stay. Ok parking was terrible also. The breakfast? Omg, the most disgusting breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel, the eggs were soggy gross, no bacon or even sausage, there was a gross spicy beef thing and cold potatos. Coffee selection was bad also. The hotel room, was decent, however, all through the night when the air would shut off, it would make a loud banging sound that would wake us up. It was a very bad experience.

Room was nice Frobt desk lady at check in beyond rude. She has no idea what hospitality is about. I have been a manager for over 30 years in hotels. This lady is the reason for bad scores in hotels. Terrible attitude.

This hotel was very dusty and dirty. You couldn't even tell where the front entrance was because there was no sign. You had to go in through the back parking area

Breakfast and staff I was pretty disappointed with my stay. When I arrived around 10 PM, the entire front entrance and lobby area were under construction and looked completely torn apart. I understand that hotels need to renovate from time to time, but there was no warning or disclaimer when I made my reservation. On top of that, there wasn’t enough signage to clearly show where to go, which made checking in late at night frustrating and confusing. Because of the renovation situation, I actually decided to shorten my stay from three nights to two. I felt that the price I paid wasn’t fair considering all the inconvenience. Unfortunately, things got worse on my last night. A horrible smell started coming from the bathroom and eventually spread into the room. It was so bad that I had to leave the bathroom fan running all night just to make it bearable. Definitely not something you expect when staying at a hotel. That being said, I won’t give this place the lowest rating because there were a couple of positives. The breakfast was actually really good and better than I expected, and the staff was always friendly and kind. Overall, I think guests should be informed ahead of time when major renovations are taking place. Between the construction, the lack of signage, and the bathroom odor, my stay was not what I expected. The great staff and breakfast were the only things that helped make the experience a little better.

Even though they were doing a huge remodeling project, they made it as unobtrusive as possible. Very nice room and friendly staff!

Never checked in, the first three floors were under construction. The lobby was a mess no flooring plastic all over the place. It’s hard to believe they wanted us to stay there in that condition . And they had the nerve to charge us. I’m still waiting for my refund

Rooms were clean, staff were nice and helpful, close to the west side of town. The exterior can be updated since there was no hotel name up. Breakfast was good! Overall, parking was easy, very safe area and close proximity to everything.

Stayed for 1 night. Beds were comfortable. Only issue was the construction due to remodeling, but no big issues stood out.

The breakfast was very good and well supplied. The building is under renovation so getting around was a little challenging.

The hotel was under massive construction and there was little parking and no handicap parking. In the shower a large black gob of hair was found. When I booked through booking.com. There was no mention of the hotel being under construction. Trying to cancel the reservation through booking.com and get a new reservation at a better hotel was about as difficult as trying to deal with a government agency. Additionally, with the construction evacuating in event of an emergency would have been dangerously difficult.

Even though they are undergoing renovations to the public areas, the hotel is clean and reliably Marriott quality. Rooms clean, comfy beds and pillows, and amazingly actually good lighting in the room.

It was under construction, however it did not change my mind d to stay there again.

They were renovating the hotel and there was loud construction all day. We had to stay oit late one night and tried to sleep in but it was so noisy. We were not warned of the construction at booking.

There was no hot water for a very long time! Was looking forward to hot shower before bed, but was very disappointed! Room was clean, soft bed.

The location was nice to get to the sun bowl for the BTS concert. It was very minor, but we wasn’t told Monday breakfast would close at 9am. We had gotten accustomed to 10am breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.

Amazing staff, had the best hospitality and this was our best experience at a hotel ever!! Will definitely come back and recommend people to this location!! Thank you so much for the amazing weekend!!

Everything Pool was close

Pool was closed for renovation- rooms were clean and nice. Close to freeway so lots of traffic noise. Bathtub for shower was slippey, faucet and shower combo seemed old fashioned.

Room was dingy out date and well worn. Got a few insect bites while sleeping. Staff was slow to respond for check in and resentful when voice my report about possible spider bites in bed. The hotel does have signs they are under renovation,alsopool and jacuzzi were closed.

Carpet of the rooms are filthy. I complained and they gave an upgrade and sent me to another room that was better but still dirty.

Indoor pool and hot tub were nice. Room was very clean and comfortable. Renovation in process so beware. No problems while we stayed there. Would definitely stay again.

Went through two rooms before the third one was ready and acceptable - cleaned and not having just been painted. Staff was courteous and friendly. I expected the sofa bed to be better, our child slept better on the floor. The sheets were not up to par. Good breakfast.

Elevators were dirty and now well kept. Hopefully after the renovations the overall appareance of the hotel improves!!

The bed was extra cushiony—so very comfortable. The free cookies at the end if thee at are delicious.

Door latch malfunctioned and we could not get back in our room after breakfast general manager Monica McFadden was very condescending and rude and had no sense of urgency to get us back in our room for medication‘s when I advised calling 911 and having the fire department come, she told me they were not allowed in the building and maybe they could give me a medicine to make me feel better. She does not deserve to be in a customer service position. Otherwise the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I would not stay at this particular Fairfield Inn and suites at 7514 Remcon Circle ever again

We didn’t stay at the Fairfield. They switched us to spring hill suites. We were disappointed because we wanted an indoor pool and hot tub. Spring Hill was outside.

Staff was really nice and helpful, breakfast was good , easy parking, lots of restaurants near by. Second time staying here.

Front desk person was very arrogant and not willing to do at minimum his job.

I went there to visit my son at Fort Bliss The room was in ok condition. The picture on the website didn’t match the room. The front fascia of the bathroom sink was falling off and the ironing board was broken. When I left my room for the day I put the do not disturb sign out. I went to the desk to let them know about the broken things saying I just want to inform you these things will need repair. She was very suspicious of that as she stated “that’s weird we check it everyday” like I did it. She said she’d let someone know. I wasn’t aware that meant they were going in my room while I was out. That’s not something that is acceptable to me. I put the sign out, don’t come in my room. Lastly, I am in a boot for a broken toe. The elevator broke while we were using it. It kept beeping and opening the door, closing the door so we decided to get off but the elevator wasn’t even with the floor. I tripped on the lip of the floor and hurt my toe. This was a disaster of a visit as I don’t expect this many issues when I stay somewhere and to feel like a receptionist was not believing me makes not want to return to a Marriott anywhere.

Clean and comfortable beds.

Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The complimentary breakfast was well made. The room was comfortable.

The room was immaculate with plenty of space to feel very comfortable. Very large TV in the room with a good selection of channels and entertainment. The restroom was great! Water pressure was on point and the shower amenities smelled amazing. Overall our stay was 12/10! Highly recommended and we will definetly be staying here again the next time we visit El Paso.

Smelled wonderful as soon as you walked in the hotel , hall ways , and the room!! Everything was super clean from the time entering the hotel and room as well. The beds were so comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good too!! We will definitely stay there again!

Nice place to stay. Most of the staff were very friendly and courteous. Room was clean with comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good. Only downside was not being able to use the barbecue and how that was addressed at the front desk

The staff were exceptional. A young lady named Gabby helped us add a 4th night although we had booked through a 3rd party. She went out of her way and went the extra mile. The place was spotless, good breakfast, dog friendly.

The bed was awful and pretty hard and the room looks much more dated in person than the pictures online. Also the towels seemed dirty or like they were brand new and had never been washed - either way they did not smell great.

The lobby and halls smell horrible - far too much toxic cleaner probably covering mildew smell. Got a headache as soon as we arrived. Room smells too, but not as bad as the halls

The room was ok, but the hotel would not give me a refund when I checked out one day early. Just be aware, if you book through Expedia, you are not their customer, they can not take care of you
