We didn’t even end up staying. We tried to check in, we could clearly see someone in the office sitting down so we waited about 45 minutes before giving up along with a few other people waiting.

A very outdated hotel that could use an upgrade in amenities, TV, and stove. Still, not a bad place to stay with great location

The hotel was very dirty, and the bathroom was extremely run-down. The sink cabinet doors were barely hanging on, and the bathtub felt like it was going to fall through the second floor every time someone stepped in it. The carpet was heavily stained and looked filthy. I honestly can't believe we stayed there. The only positive was that the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was terrible. the springs dug into our shoulders all night, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The one thing this hotel has going for it is the room size. It comfortably fit our family of six, which was exactly what we needed. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough to make up for the poor condition and cleanliness of the hotel.

AC was loud! Beds were smaller then what we paid for. Room stinks and sheets felt like they weren't changed.

The overall cleanliness was unacceptable, and I did not feel comfortable or safe staying there. For the price paid, I expected a clean and sanitary environment. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until these issues are properly addressed.

The tub had an insert over it and made lots of noise when stepping in it. The shower didn’t have great pressure because the water was still running out tub spout also

Also, there was no hot breakfast served. We could get a cup of coffee from a coffee urn and they had a small assortment of store bought small muffins . The place was very clean and the staff as helpful as they could be. I had to request a hair dryer and had o run downstairs to get it. Air conditioning was good.

I stayed there for approximately two weeks and experienced a slight delay while trying to extend my reservation. During that process, the manager, David, called me and spoke in a very condescending, rude, and aggressive manner. He also threatened to throw my belongings from the room, which I found completely unacceptable. I have submitted a formal complaint and intend to follow up on the matter. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this particular location unless there are significant improvements in customer service. I also felt that I was treated differently as a non-Caucasian guest, which made the experience even more concerning. The interaction left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I hope management investigates this matter seriously, as this type of customer service can have a negative impact on the business and its reputation.

Bathroom tub faucet continually dripped. Bathroom sink cabinet draw top was falling apart. Kitchen floor was sticky and the stove top range did not heat up hot enough to cook food within a reasonable timeframe. Two eggs scrambled was at 45 minutes on high heat when we finally just transferred them to a plate and cooked them in the microwave. Same with the peppers and zucchini. All four burners were tried. On high I could lay my hand on the burner. The rest of the room was fine. Clean sheets and the room itself is very large. Just disappointed with the lack of performance of the stove.

Very run down, holes in ceiling, but was quiet for 1 night.

Looks like the hotel was in the middle of setting up new furnishings and my room was one of the first done. Everything was done well and I had a pleasant stay.

La ubicación es perfecta, a los alrededores tienen negocios de comida y es fácil salir con vehículo hacia cualquier rumbo. Sin vehículo es un poco difícil moverse. Liked all of it. Got a great night's rest. Very comfy. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly. Just with the rooms had a small keurig. We love to have our coffee in the room. Lol But, over all everything was great. I would stay here again. Thanks Extended America... keep up the great work. I'll come back to this hotel when I visit EP again, you can trust them! I'm used to hotels having a blow dryer in the bathroom but other than that, they had everything else I needed.

Not a negative but air condition or the device is next to bed a little bit to close. Staff was really helpful and assisted us with fast service even before checking in time. Very grateful since we drove out of town for BTS CONCERT for 12 hours and we're not charging 1000s per night as other places.

Positive : checked us in on the phone because we wouldn’t make it to the hotel until after the BTS concert, was there with key when we got there at 1:30. Room comfortable. The hotel honored our reservation while many other hotels in EP cancelled on people the day of the concert because they could increase cost. Thank you for that. Good people

I’d stay clear of this hotel. The manager, David, not only charged me for my service dogs, but refused refund when I told him I’d just go somewhere else. Worst service ever

This is my go to hotel in El Paso. I always feel so at home with the kitchen and the large rooms. I love it here. Great area too.

My husband and I have stayed multiple days on two different occasions. We have been pleased with the cleanliness, the helpful, friendly staff and the convenience of the kitchen. Both times, we stayed here because our daughter was in the hospital. The hotel having everything so convenient is a blessing when we were worried about a loved one! PS parking was very easy!

There were no utensils or drinking glasses. The shower wasnt the cleanest. There was only about six inches between the wall a/c and the bed. The other side was okay. Located near train tracks. Ibdrove nearly ten hours the day I stayed. Was worn out. The train whistling woke me up at least twice. For an extended stay hotel, I wasnt overly please.to be clear, the staff was great. The room and location? Not so much. Would I stay sgain? No.

Favorite place to stay

I paid and booked for two queen beds. I got one queen bed and a couch sofa that the coils were old and horrible. Unfortunately the staff there blamed me booking it on Hotels.com because you sell them they say to like Expedia or somebody else and there’s no guarantees I have never had problems booking through you guys. I checked in about four 430 so I don’t understand how they had no more rooms with two queen beds. I am so frustrated with them.

This is my home away from home when I come to El Paso. The property is safe, clean, convenient and well maintained. Plus, the staff is friendly and happy to help.

Spacious room. Air conditioner did not work initially but staff addressed and fixed it in an extremely timely manner. Hair in shower drain but staff addressed and cleaned it in a timely manner. Great staff.

The room was not comfortable. There were young men hanging out in the parking lot. I was worried about my belongings and safety. I expressed my concern with the manager of the hotel. He called the police, but the young men continued to remain in the parking lot. It was difficult to sleep during the night due the young kids making loud noises and banging sounds. I will not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is very nice, in a pleasant area close to a shopping mall and good restaurants.

We didn't get any breakfast. There was a big group of people that came down together and it was all gone before we could even get any. But we had coffee.

Didn't get to check in bc they were doing their nighly numbers. Had to find a different place.

I spent a terrible night, couldnt sleep at all they have 2 generatos turned on and off every 10 min making a lot of noise and also the walls and the bed were vibrating so hard will never stay again, also the breakfast is only oat meal, coffe, and granola bars

Bed was bad, not flat, slept bumping. Breakfast was too simple, except hot coffee only instant oakmeal candy bar.

The motel is good, but it just needs to be clean more. Dirt behind the toilet, the room just needs extra cleaning

Missed first night due to unforseen circumstances. Hotel did not let us stay the remaining nights or give refund for remaining days.

Elevator is old and creepy, the room was far from clean, the carpet look dirty, the floor I. The kitchen was sticky, the furniture in the bathroom was falling apart, mint botle of shampoo was insufficient for the 4 of us, we were not able to use one of the chairs because it was real dirty. Fire alarm waked us up at 4:00 AM, it lasted around one minute, but that was enough to take the sleep away from us for that night. Breakfast was a Joke, refrigerated muffins, oatmeal bags, grain bars and coffee. I will not return to this place.

Overall a great stay. Hotel a little beat up regarding its look. Needs some good "makeup" to make it look sexy again. Back door wasn't working properly (key wasn't working).

I don’t know what happened to this place last time my daughter and I stayed. It was great that was two years ago. This time nobody did any type of towel exchange betting service no housekeeping whatsoever the towel bar was broken. The bathtub would not drain the hallway where we were at smelled like dirty wet trash was all in all horrible experience. The room was hot. The AC barely did anything to cool the room. I’m just glad I was on my own. when I asked the staff, I got conflicting reports as far as who’s responsible for throwing trash when they throw the trash and housekeeping as far as changing linens and towels got two different stories basically the same. We are responsible for our own stuff yet the laundry room was by credit card only and you had to download an app. It was far from convenient.
