Nice place a little out dated though

it is good for what it is a room with a bed that also has stove microwave and fridge. The door jams which wakes people up when you open it our fridge had a leak probably the defosted or something. Bed was relatively comfy air conditioning work pretty good TV's kind of small bathroom is outdated but for the price pretty good. Lots of things short walking distance to eat

The bad odor, refrigerator was really dirty and I had to clean it. The door was almost impossible to open or close. The sink has a lot of top layer paint coming off.

this was one of the saddest hotels that I've ever stayed in. It doesnt look anything like the pictures. Its run down and bleak. We only needed a short one night stay but I wish we had booked elsewhere.

Bathroom was filthy, sink had actual dirt in it. The toilet wasn’t flushed and had pee in it. There were stains in the sheets. I slept in the chair

Facility had a surprise Texas 30.06 No Concealed Handguns By Persons with a License to Carry sign posted in the office, for no apparently good reason. Oddly enough, they seem to allow open carry, and concealed carry by persons WITHOUT a license to carry, and any kind of weapons being carried by criminals. It's only the people who have been background checked by the Department of Public Safety, trained by certified trainers, tested, certified, and licensed by a State and who choose to carry concealed that they seem to dislike.

Check in was excellent. Very clean large room with refrigerator and cable TV. Condiments were very clean and plentiful.

Breakfast was very simple just a muffin and coffee. They don’t have a designated area for smokers so the smell came into the room.

The total space look like a low class hotel. No good quality that would make me want to come back. Breakfast was totally a joke you can’t even call it breakfast a grab in go isn’t breakfast.

The door lock for room 238 needs replaced. Had to go back to front desk 4 times to get someone to let us back in the room. Waited 30 minutes before someone came to let us in??? The kitchen had no cookware and no coffee pot !!

Being near food and shopping. The bugs, the bad neighborhood, the traffic, the noise, the poorly constructed room, the construction noise constantly outside, and the dirty room as soon as we checked in.

They don’t clean the room daily , only once after 2 weeks of staying there. Terrible experience.

Not too much noise. The room was clean.close to restaurants. They advertised a free breakfast but it's just coffee and some snack items. The elevator was acting up. No shuttle to the airport.

The laundry and the closeness to the airport. The toilet and shower both had some ones hair in or on them, the microwave had brown stuff not wiped out and there was no ironing board shown in the amenities

Nothing Floor was filthy-I went to wipe up spilled water and there was a pile of hair and the towel was black from dirt. Our feet were black from dirt going barefoot. Just disgusting. Bathtub/shower dirty. Shady neighborhood.

The staff was excellent, the rooms were clean, bedding very comfortable, kitchen was very clean and there were shops very close nearby.

El cuarto estaba limpio y siempre se aseguraron q tuviéramos toallas de baño limpias, la persona q nos atendió al llegar y la mayoría de los días q necesite algo fue muy amable y servicial, siempre con buena actitud y excelentes modales, está en lugar adecuado para salir a comer y pasear .. Recomendado 100%

If I could change anything it would be the security deposit. Not that it's required but having it returned as soon as quick as it was taken.

My tv didn’t work so maintenance replaced it with a dusty one. Garbage had not been emptied under the sink so the gave it to the maintenance man to empty it for me. Water on the floor in front of the refrigerator and the maintenance man had cleaned some filter that was clogged up but he cleaned up the mess. I normally stay here while in El Paso but this time it was not good. On top of all that the fire alarms went off at 5:49 in the morning. No staff came out to tell any of us what was going on. After more than 15 minutes I called office and was told we needed to be out of our rooms. All the guests were across the parking lot on the curb. No fire trucks even came. I just went back in my room, grabbed my stuff and left Just wasn’t cleaned in my room thoroughly

They wanted me to put up a 2nd 50.00 deposit for the same room i was in after i had to stay over another day . I refused and packed up and went to another hotel

staff was friendly - older appearing building - popcorn ceiling, tile in bathroom with patch work - everything worked - did not know we had to ask for dishes and pots until our last day - but only there for 3 days so not a big deal but it should have been stated upon check-in. I remember thinking that maybe they only supplied for longer stays. It was clean and quiet - Nothing fancy - great for price

Have stayed here about 3 times all one night visits, rooms are spacious, serve its purpose, AC has always worked beds are not the most comfortable but not the worst....definitely would stay again, breakfast is grab & go type I've only seen muffins put out, not sure if they put different stuff since I'm usually checking out about 9/930 & breakfast is done, front desk staff has always been nice

Was there for one night, so it had what I needed. Place is pretty worn out, could use some improvements. Outdated kitchenette, drain in bathroom sink didn't work. Went for the BTS concert so there weren't really any other options when I booked, so was grateful to have a place to stay. Otherwise, would book somewhere else the next time I visit El Paso.

Baby actually had a team rooms on the staff was amazing and I mean have anything I just called the front desk. I really liked it and will recommend that others stay here also and the price is actually well.

Very close to the airport, it took me 6 minutes to drive to the rental car return and 16 minutes to walk back to the hotel

Check in person on Monday evening 5/18 was very nice and friendly. Room was nice only stayed here for one night with an early flight the next day. I would stay here again.

Missing a coffee pot in room and none available. A few stains on white bedspread. Otherwise ok for the night/price.

Slept like a rock, woke up ready to go!

The really don't offer a real breakfast, just coffee and bar. the room was ok. hated had to trade in towels to get more towels.

It was a great stay but the shower was dirty to the point where you can see the grime as soon as you walk in. Also the restroom door didn’t lock at all. The breakfast is not a meal is more of a snack bar with little options. Other then those options the beds where comfy, mirrors where clean, space was decent.

The room was not good, the sheets on one of the beds was stained , the bath tub was peeling , lots of people just hanging out outside, would just skip this hotel and spend a little extra on a better one

Tub and bathroom area wasn't cleaned very well. The rest of the room was ok. My room was on 3rd floor and during check in my room card didnt work so i had to return to get a new key. Around midnight someone decided to pull the fire alarm and woke up withe the fire alarm full blast. Around 30 mins or so all clear but that really ruined the night. Didnt see anyone from the hotel come and explain what occured and follow up on the safety of those staying at the hotel. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Room was dirty, hair in shower and floor. No amenities like hair dryer. Rooms were crowded is the best way i can describe it. Great location for those coming into town to work but not good when coming for leisure.

My stay was excellent.

Everything was really really old and beat up my door wouldn’t even close properly I booked a non smoking room as soon as we walked in it smelled like weed so bad went to front desk and they said I couldn’t get another room!

Located in a decent location, reminds you of a sleazy motel. Office is size of an oversized closet, offering a very limited grab n go breakfast. Bare rooms, no chairs for table, no kitchen items in room not even a coffee maker. Walls extremely thin, hear noises from outside. Worse Extended Stay I've ever stayed in. I checked out the next morning and had to fight with the staff about getting a refund for the next two nights and was then charged a lated checkout fee of $20 for leaving two days earlier. DONT WASTE your time or money on this none Extended Stay. I wish I could post pictures.

Customer service is terrible. Will never stay here again. Upon check-in, I was clearly in distress but the staff just didn’t care. My suggestion is to choose any place but here.
