Embassy Suites seriously needs to redo this building top to bottom. Not the little Patchwork fix here and there they need to completely replace the air conditioning, room furniture and fixtures, completely redo the swimming pool. Also what's with charging people $10 for parking when there's no parking garage. Breakfast is good.

The only reason I didn’t say anything at check in was because me and my family were extremely lethargic and had severe jet lag, we just wanted to sleep before we drove 7 hours to get home. But here is the list of things that need attention AC works poorly, 75 degrees all night long I had to sleep in my drawers! Refrigerator leaks water onto tile floor and runs into carpet, the most alarming issue there is Black mold on ceiling near ac filter and to make matters worst Shower does not work properly. I requested to talk to the manager at check out and was told to wait for him. I waited five minutes and told the receptionist I was leaving, manager seemed busy with a contractor of some sort. Receptionist said leave my number and he’ll call me back. I waited 12 hours and didn’t call.

Well to start off had no idea I would have to pay for parking it's only 10 bucks ok. Then to get to the room and the door was stuck wouldn't open at first, finally got in and the air conditioner didn't work. They said they had 6 complaints about the air conditioner still never got fixed. Im dumb for still staying here, we went to the pool in the evening and couldn't even stay in there smelled like mold so we went back to the hot room. Went to ask about the air conditioner they said they were still looking into it. Yeah right! The maintenance guy was kinda rude. Breakfast was decent actually but they didn't have a big selection of food. Overall I would say this stay at this hotel was poor and would not recommend it!

I liked that the room had two separate parts one living room area and The bed room. Love that it didn't have window units loved that it was central air! Front desk employees was very nice . Bed comfortable. Had a beautiful view from window. I didn't like that the bathroom was very tiny, we was made to believe we would have room service and we didn't we still had to go down stairs and pay for our food and bring it up to the room ourselves. On top of that the prices on the menue are wrong the lady that was working the bar in the lobby was very rude that Friday night and the food took over an hour for it to be done . Idk if the lady at the bar over charged or gave herself a tip because I ordered a kids meal cheese burger, a pasta , and apple pie it should have been $50 I got charges $60 the price didn't add up I asked the lady and she was of no help she just told me the prices and walked away with me standing there like ok but you didn't tell me why It was an extra $10 . Then she passed me twice and said your meal is almost done when I literally had been waiting almost 45 minutes downstairs for the food .that's not even the wait from when I ordered the food from the my room when I expected to get room service and i was let down . Food was wasn't great noodles was dried like if was cooked and left on the table for a while, food wasn't even hot . For the rice I said i should have at least got hot food.Then our front door was jammed we had push the door open with force like if the door was the wrong size or something, and it wouldn't shut we had push hard to shut the door as well . We had to pay and extra $20 for parking and couldn't even find parking on the property.

The room and property were decent. I believe the shower heads can be upgraded but overall cleanliness was okay. Only real con was that there was no hand soap upon checking in, even asked the front desk and they couldn't find any. Had to wait until the next day to receive some. Also, the hotel sits next to Interstate 10, so if your room is on the sides closest to the highway, the roaring of the semi trucks will wake you up and won't let you sleep. Love the lobby.

The room was nice, quiet, clean and had all amenities needed. The fire alarm went off and it was a disaster, I am the safety Lead at my job and that could’ve been handled better. Also the door to the stairs was locked, not safe at all. Also paying for parking when it was not premium parking is ridiculous.

Treated very badly and denied access to check in to the room I paid and booked for The staff was very rude to me the front desk on August 1st 2026 and the staff on phone on August 7th. I was denied access to any receipts stating my booking was cancelled and the hotel staff lied and stated on my booking that I was a "no show" that is not true I was not allowed to check in. the booking stated this hotel had rooms available so I booked the room and paid then once I arrived to hotel denied access because it was completely booked. I was traveling with children and had to sleep in my vehicle overnight in a place where I am not from and that was very very dangerous. I am absolutely not pleased with this hotel. I asked for a receipt and staff stated I can only give you a blank receipt which is absolutely crazy to me after paying for insurance and for the room which I never received my money back.

The bathroom was way too small.

Breakfast was great. Breakfast staff was helpful! The area was great- walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Evening reception was enjoyable. Had to wait for a room to be ready, unnecessary charge for parking, pool and area not cleaned well, room amenities not stocked, staff definitely could've been more welcoming and helpful.

Better ac in rooms

We stayed at the Embassy in El Paso Tx and it was horrible. The carpet was all stained up the glasses in the room had lip stains still on them. On Saturday morning at 5:29 Am they started doing some maintenance with electrical drills then on Sunday they painted the halls and on Monday they had the water shut off.. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone and will never stay there again.. We asked the manager on duty why they would do maintenance like that so early in the morning he laughed it off NO APOLOGIES or anything.. RIDICULOUS!!!

I stayed for one night, the room has a stain and mold on the ceiling. The pool had way to much bleach, kids running and way to loud. It was passed 10 at night and a bunch of people downstairs were to loud they didn't have any respect for anyone that were sleeping. In the room i was in there was only one towel, we asked for four towels but they gave us floor towels they were tiny and felt like sandpaper just because their wasnt any towels cleaned.

Air conditioner did not work well and system down for a long period of time and placing customers in rooms that were already occupied

Size of room was good for a family of six. Room was clean at check in. Good for a quick weekend trip. For a 6 person room only 2 towels in room. Went to ask for more and was told they had run out of towels. The only one they could give were hand towels. Housekeeping took the 2 we had, was pretty challenging trying to dry youself with hand towels. As a Hilton Honors member i always stay at Hilton resorts because i know what to expect, but this hotel was disappointing. Staff was great no issues with them, but hotel is run down, we had a leaking ac, that they did come out to fix the issue, wall paper in restroom peeling off, vents all rusty. I didnt expect to see that.

Fue muy mala la estadía nos cambiaron de cuarto 3 veces la razón el aire acondicionado no servía fueron dos días la semana del 4 de julio fue terrible la primera noche mi cuarto estaba a 74 y subía llego a77 grados , no se podía bajar mantenimiento fue y dijo que ya lo había desbloqueado pero no estaban funcionando bien y el mismo ordenó el tercer cuarto donde empezó a caer aguaaa durante la madrugada por la noche incómodo lo reporte y me cambiaron de cuarto y fue lo. Mismo al día siguiente volví a reportarlo me dieron otro cuarto ya el tercer cuarto y durante la madrugada me levanté al baño y se me mojaron mis pies porque estaba cayendo agua del techo y se estaba despegando pedazos del techo tengo fotos del techo y de los dos cuartos que la refrigeración o aire central no servían me resolvió la aplicación de hotel solo una noche y Hotel Embassy dijo que me resolvía el reembolso de la segunda noche no lo izo también tardaron más de 40 min en darme mi primer cuarto porque estaban bajos de personal y me lo entregaron sin toallas ni jabón para las manos , personal de front desk lo resolvió

I asked for more staff stated they would bring some never did. I saw housekeeping the next morning they stated they didn’t have any. We only stayed 2 night’s we had to use hand towels to bath. Best part was the breakfast because of the omelet station.

We have stayed at this hotel for years, but this last experience was not the best. The staff did not seem very happy whenever we requested more towels or anything extra that we needed. They always seemed to be in a bad mood. I’m sure it was because of the large number of people staying at the hotel for the track meet competition, but that’s not the guests’ fault. Providing customer service is part of their job. The second issue happened at around 1:00 a.m. An alarm went off, or something happened, and it was telling everyone that we needed to evacuate the building. We all woke up my son, who was competing early that morning, my husband, and I. We were staying on the sixth floor, so we had to run down the stairs because we couldn’t use the elevator. We were scared and didn’t know what was happening. After making it all the way downstairs, we were told it was a false alarm and that we all had to go back to our rooms. None of us could go back to sleep afterward, and my son ended up throwing up. It was just a horrible experience, and there was no apology or acknowledgment from hotel management. We will never stay here again, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. On top of everything else, they now charge for parking even though it’s just an outdoor parking lot. It’s not private or secured parking, just regular outside parking.

Our room smelt like cigarettes, the fridge didnt work and would not change our room and with kids we needed a fridge, we didnt have a remote to one of the tvs. I will never stay at an Embassy again. Would rather stay at Staybridge.

The grounds were nice, but close to the hwy. Traffic was non stop. The breakfast buffet was amazing however they shut down right on the dot. The indoor pool was nice and cool, but the hot tub was out of order.

I'm very please and happy with this Location The Breakfast was one of the best In the location of El Paso I usually come to El Paso twice a year I will for sure come back here.

We were put in a room right above the pool. When you first walked in, it smelled so strong of pool and was very humid. There was left over trash on the floor next to the couch. They ran out of bacon at breakfast. The hotel was 8 floors, and we were placed on the 3rd floor. The elevators took FOREVER and were on the smaller side, we had to wait a few times as the elevators were too full. We love staying at Embassy Suites as its very spacious and accommodates our family of 5 but we will not be staying at this hotel next visit to El Paso.

There was a severe leak in our room in 2 different locations and when we told staff repeatedly they didn’t do anything about it or offer any resolve. The hot tub was shut down. Our key cards repetitively didn’t work. It was a disaster.

I wasn't able to get my room clean,house service got there around 4:30pm and I was getting ready for my event. I asked then to come back in 30 minutes and they never came back. I was staying in a handicap room and the toilet wasn't sturdy it wobble, the bed sunk in the pillows were also sunk in. It was very uncomfortable stay for the price I payed for.

Hot tub was turned off, breakfast was horrible and took long, the rooms are good.

Breakfast ran out before the scheduled time, and they had no additional food available. There was little variety of items, and the coffee was bad.

Tiny restroom and their listings lie about what type of beds you will be getting until you get to the property! I reserved a room with a king bed and a queen bed and when we got to the property they told us they don't have any rooms available like this.

Me and my family have stayed here multiple times and its always a good stay. The hotel is amazing and the breakfast is amazing, the rooms are big and spacious.Its always clean and the 2 complimentary drinks at the bar are a plus.

The rooms needed dusting as there were a lot dust bunnies on the picture frames and on top of the bed frame. The ironing board needs replacing . Overall the place is run down though, it was given a face lift.

It was a nice stay but the AC was not cooling our room. It was set to 75 and sounded on but was not blowing air. Breakfast was also a bit rough, the buffet was ok but the line for the cook took FOREVER. The cook seemed to not want to serve the guests and was taking forever.

The bedding was subpar. The sheets were too small for the bed. The traffic noise from the highway was noticeably audible. Very little hot water in the morning. The attendants at breakfast were slow to refill, no hot tea bags. The trash was overflowing. No ice in the coke dispenser. The quality was noticeably lacking compared to the previous stays at your hotel. We are looking at other hotels for our next visit.

Nicest hotel we have stayed at in El Paso. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Gotta love the views from the balconies. The bar there was really nice and you get two free drinks per person per night.

Bathroom needed work as the hardware in tub/shower was terrible, mineralized and broken. Other then that everything was amazing and wonderful.

The front desk staff was very friendly, helpful overall just welcoming. Our room was very clean felt very homey. The only thing was our water from the shower kept shifting from hot to cold.

The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. My problem was with the breakfast staff and housekeeping. I was told bacon was only for omelets. They refused to give me some on the side. They even told me they didn't have any bacon. They had some for the person behind me. So I told her to give me some of hers. Housekeeping did not clean my room. I came back to the room after the concert and did not have a towel to wash my face. The front desk sent some up right away, but the worse thing was they had rough sheets and towels. Housekeeping placed a double bedsheets on a king size bed. It was way to small. Loud music played outside in the parking lot. I was on the 8th floor and I heard it. I had to call the front desk to complain. He sent the security guard to investigate and it stopped. I don't like to tell people how to do their job. I expect it to be done right. The hotel is old and in need of an interior paint job. The front desk staff were their saving grace.

Hotel was overall nice. Needs some updating. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Complimentary happy hour drink was a perk. My negative would be no hot water. I even called maintenance to come look at our shower. Luke warm is all you get and I found this terrible. Overall quiet and great location in El Paso close to everything.
