Days Inn by Wyndham El Paso West

I already wrote a review on this place. Since I pretty much stay here every time I visit El Paso. Five star stay every time. Very clean the rooms are remodeled safe area local dining options I stay here again over and over and over

The place is very clean and remodeled inside the rooms. Has tile floors not carpet which is a plus. The property is not too large in fact it is sort of on the smaller side and more has an intimate setting and just right off the freeway great location. The staff there is phenomenal very helpful. I love staying here every time I go to El Paso

The room was clean. Only one of the two lamps had bulbs in it, and the one with a bulb was still missing one bulb. The room was almost out of toilet paper, but the staff provided it promptly upon request. The pool was still locked at 3pm when I checked in, but the staff opened it promptly upon request. Overall, it was adequate, and I would stay here again.

It was conveniently located off the interstate. The staff were all friendly. The room was clean and had amenities like a coffee machine. Furniture was a bit worn. Could have used a fresh coat of paint.

The room was clean, and room service was available every day. The staff was incredibly helpful. While the breakfast wasn’t a buffet, it was still acceptable. Overall, it was a great deal for the price.

The air conditioner was either too low or too cold. It blew cold air but no ventilation for the air. People next door were loud too

Friendly staff with local knowledge and information. Breakfast area clean and continuously restocked during the morning. Pool clean and a welcome soak in the heat of the evening. Pool towels clean and available. Bedroom quite spacious with room to sit comfortably at the table. Location very convenient to the Interstate and to local restaurants and amenities. No complaints or suggested improvements

Hotel was clean and pool area was well maintained and staff very polite and professional. Especially Cynthia at Front Desk who helped resolve one of my booking problems and who is always polite and professional.

This was in a great location and quiet. Pool clean and the water temp was perfect. The sheets under blue light was stained so bring your own. Otherwise everything appeared clean to me.

Check-in was very kind & helpful. Room was clean, AC worked well (considering it was 100°outside - very important). Pool towels provided. Walking distance to some food choices for dinner.

The room was clean, but the water pressure was disappointing in the shower. The bed was very comfortable. The windows blind was awesome, it had a frame around it that kept the light out and the room dark. Nothing hot for breakfast other than oatmeal packets.

They cleaned the room every day and we had everything we needed.We had a great time in the pool and the hot tub

I got in late and went to sleep pretty quickly. Thankfully I had a comfy bed and blackout window cover that more places should have. My only unmet wish would be to have the AC started up before getting there. It was pretty warm until I got it cranked up.

It was a clean comfortable roomand a great value. The staff was accommodating and it would’ve been a positive experience. It was the other guests that were the problem. Loud smoking in front of my door and up all night. If it weren’t for the other guests I’d remarkably give this place 4.5 stars. The proximity to restaurants is a plus too!

We were very content! We enjoyed the Jacuzzi at night after a long trip. Very clean.

Do wish room had a few hanger, but otherwise perfect for our 5 night stay. Really appreciate large size down fridge/freezer and very comfi bed ! Will stay again for sure !!

The staff, Jenny, was wonderful! Couldn't be more accommodating and welcoming. The pool was fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was "continental", but sufficient for those who need something quick and able to take away. The location is ideal and the noise from the road wasn't notable in the room.

We checked in after booking two room, were charged two separate deposits. I thought fine it’s most likely policy. Then we got in our room and there was make up all over one blanket and then the second bed had blood spots on the top blanket and bottom blanket. We then asked for two rollouts one for each room cause our kids don’t like sleeping together, they said yeah they are $15 each. I told my husband that was fine, he went to pay for them and they said actually we only have one. Other than that. It was clean and looked remodeled.

Renovated rooms, clean pool, kid friendly. Breakfast was your continental cereal and toast. It did the trick for a one night stay.

The room was spacious, nicely furnished & the bed was super comfortable. Wish I had asked the brand of mattress cause I would get it for my home. The air conditioning unit worked very well as did the large mini refrigerator. The breakfast was plentiful with multiple items to select.. The staff could not have been more welcoming & helpful. A special shout out to Jenny for her kindness & attentiveness. It was much appreciated. . One thing to note there were no hangers in room but don't know if front desk had any had I asked. Rlene G

AC was cool. Not a crazy breakfast just a basic yogurt and and toast with cereal but it’s complimentary considering the price

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good, hot coffee is great. Air-conditioning works great. The person at the desk was not real friendly as we had Harley Davidson tshirts on.

Everything was exactly as expected. Staff absolutely amazing.

I was extremely nervous after seeing videos on how hotels had been cancelling reservations so that they could charge more during the BTS concert and to my relief the hotel did not do that to us. They were great and the stay was amazing.

This weekend was a very busy one for El Paso. This hotel kept my reservation for months and ensure all was taken care of. I appreciate it so much. The room was clean. Quiet. And staff was very nice. Thank you!! What a great way to run a hotel with standards.

Front desk clerk was very nice, room was very clean. Walls are a bit thin, but we set the wall unit to continuous fan and it drown out any outside noise. Would gladly stay here again.

On of the best motels we stayed at on our trip. The only issue were the neighbors next to us leaving their dog who was incessantly barking. I think they property could have handled it better by crediting ut some using their pet deposit or making the offending party move to a different room.

The room was clean but it had a strong smell to cleaning items. Reception staff was very welcoming and helpful and even though it was a continental breakfast, food was fresh and varied.

The room was good, clean remodeled, comfortable good shower. The breakfast lacked protein. And they had a beautiful beautiful pool in hot tub, but wouldn’t open it although I called ahead to make sure the hot tub was open and functional and they told me yes and then it wasn’t when I got there very disappointed and not happy.

So Wyndham took an old motel and spun it into a really nice motel to spend the night. The room was very very well appointed. There’s nothing missing. It was clean and quiet. Plenty of parking. It is located next to the freeway so very convenient to get back on the road. Never heard the freeway noice. In fact it had rained all night. Didn’t even realize this until we opened the door. The free breakfast was everything one needs.

The room was modern and clean but the door had a gap you could see light coming in from outside and it was loud not soundproof at all neighbors were talking almost all night just veey noisy

The room was spacious for two of us and our dog, but the floor apparently hadn’t been mopped, or was mopped with dirty water, and wasn’t clean. The front desk staff, Oscar, was very nice and check-in and out was easy.

This unassuming Days Inn by Wyndham is a gem! Rooms are spacious and well maintained: coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, and iron with ironing board. Located right off I-10. So happy with it I wish I could post pictures on this review!
