walked into our room, ac was not working it was an oven in there, we were move to a different room the odor of cigarette smoking in there was intolerable special for non-smokers like us, we were moved again there were roaches crawling to hide as we walked in, we were tired of the 12 hour drive we had just completed, took a nap to find a roach crawling up my arm, room was never kept up with and never got fresh linen, I got a massive rash on my neck blaming it on either the pillows or the bed sheets since I did not walk in there with a rash, so NO never again.... that's for sure.

The promotion they offer is misleading, it looks dirty and they don't deliver what they claim.

Stay there was horrible staff started out nice but manager ended up letting staff talk to us anyway they want we moved 5 rooms had a problem with each room microwave not working toilet not working refrigerator not working cooler not working horrible

By far one of the worst, filtheist, run down hotels I've ever stayed at. The TV reception was virtually non existent. The Internet connectivity was a joke. The front desk was rude and offered no help. The towels were damp and filthy. I am surprised Wyndham would allow their name to be associated with this place.

Not good

The price was the selling point. It looks run down and the parking lot is fairly filthy, but that’s fairly common for El Paso unfortunately. I deal with it gladly for the price.

It was good

The staff is always helpful there, but the ones who clean are the ones that need supervision. My room in particular had the curtains ripped off from one side. The only way to close the curtains was using bobby pins and a binder clip. Im sure the cleaning ladies could see it wasnt closing. Other than that, the staff and parking were great.

Friendly staff We got a room that looked like was robbed by the visitors before us. Shower curtain AND shower rod was missing. Fridge was missing. However I reported this to the staff and they switched us to a better room and were very nice. Someone overdosed in another room nearby and we were awoken by emergency vehicles at 5am.

Good location

We were assigned a room that had what appeared to be a bullet hole through two panes of the glass covered by tape, the room smelled of death, we complained,they moved us to a room with rusted tub drains, no smoke detected, cables hanging from walls, and virtually no internet which supplies a jerky signal. Your tools face one of the busiest hiways, NOISY! No ice machines or vending machines and filters groundskeeping. AVOID AT ALL COST!

The room stunk and the whole outside smelled. It smelt like a smoking room.

Ac didn’t work

The hotel itself wasn’t bad, just old. Right next to highway so it was noisy. Two beautiful and friendly cats hung around outside.

It was a good place to stay the price was also very affordable and it was close to food and shopping very central close to pretty much everything. Just a quick note if you rent the room for several days they don't come by to clean on a daily basis. But other than that it was good.

I like the front desk workers . They were really helpful and nice.

This property had a decent bed & pillows. We slept adequately. However the curtains could not be opened or closed, they had to forced shut as there was no hooks for them. The tub had paint coming up off the bottom of tub. No water in pool or breakfast. Lady checking me in forgot to return my id.

The locks on the door were broken. No.continental breakfast in the morning. Very watery coffee served.

The pictures on their site are misleading. This is NOT what the hotel looks like. It is run down and disgusting. I paid a fortune to stay there, only because all the hotels were sold out due to a BTS Concert, and several other festivals over the weekend. It was 100% not worth the money. I slept with my clothes and shoes on due to the unsanitary conditions. The TV would only work for 10-15 minutes at a time, and then had to be turned on again. And, the smell was horrendous. This is the first time I left a hotel hours before my flight was due to take off, just to get out of that room. Stay Away at All Costs...!

El empleado de mantenimiento fue a verificar con su jefe que podía hacer y nunca regresó. La piscina que anuncian está fuera de servicio. Cobran mucho por un servicio pésimo. Existe un olor desagradable en los alrededores.

There was no hot water cold shower and no power to the plugs or light bulbs in the Lamps. the worse hotel don’t stay there

El personal fue muy amable, la habitación estaba limpia, habían suficientes toallas , shampoo y jabón. El baño estaba limpio y siempre hubo suficiente agua caliente. La cama con sabanas limpias y colchón cómodo. Solo había un microondas, no había frigobar, ni secadora para el cabello. En la TV no había canales por cable y solo se veían 4 canales por aire y con mucha interferencia. No había clóset para colgar la ropa para evitar que se arrugara. La taza del baño se movía mucho cada vez que alguien se sienta encima. Tuve frio en la noche porque no me dí cuenta que el aparato de refrigeración aunque estaba apagado, estaba despegado de la pared y por ahí se coló el frio toda la noche y hasta en la mañana que me puse a revisar me di cuenta por donde estaba entrando el aire. La habitación huele a viejo, a encerrado. Tuve que poner aromatizante porque huele mal. Creo que la proxima vez mejor buscaré otro hotel.

Very very basic place to stay

I had to call the front desk to explain the situation, which could have easily been avoided if the request had been handled correctly the night before. On top of that, the room itself was not in good condition. The bathroom was very dirty, and there was ongoing tile work on the walls that had been left unfinished, making the space feel unprofessional and uncomfortable. Overall, the lack of communication, cleanliness, and customer service made this a frustrating stay.

It was convenient to the airport, but it was not a nice stay. Couldnt get our door open, there were no pillowcases, and the sheets did not smell clean. The guy working was wonderful and tried his best to make it right but it was too far gone.

Yes, I did see some pets a couple of cats and a dog. Parking was fairly good.

First room shower did not work, second room the fridge did not work, last night staying found cockroaches in the room airport shuttle was great and very useful

Parking was a bit difficult. I paid for a king bed and ended up with two full size beds. The frame from the door was missing. There were stains all over the bed and blankets. Overall I think just not worth it. Spend the extra money to get what you paid for all while feeling safe

There was no towels so I asked for some they told me they were going to take 1hr to get cleaned… 1hr went by and nothing so I decided to wait till the next and they told me to wait till housekeeping came. Also the room I stayed at smelled terribly like cigarettes and also had no remote control for the tv everything just sucked AND NO SHOWER CURTAIN LIKE WHAT?!?! But yeah work better

The security lock on the door was broken. There was no light in the vanity room. There was no blanket, only a thin sheet. The toilet wouldn't flush. The elevator was broken staff said for 2 months. I am handicapped that was an issue. The sheet on the bed was yellow. I couldn't tell if it was clean and just yellowed or dirty. The light switch by the door wouldn't work so you had to go through to find another switch to turn on even though it was too dark to see where you were going. There were 3 cop cars with a man being handcuffed. It didn't feel safe and it was not well lit. The door key didn't work and the staff didn't seem concerned about that. I've never stayed in a worse hotel in my entire life. It should be closed.

The first one they gave me literally smelled like somebody died in it... we found the culprit which was rotting food inside the refrigerator... plus the air conditioner had no knobs to even turn it on. The second room they gave us smelled slightly better. The air conditioner at least had knobs to turn on, but there was stains everywhere.... the area was overall unsecure and did not feel safe. NEVER AGAIN

There was holes in the walls roaches in the bathtub and broken curtains! The bed was horrible like a worn out couch! I did not stay the whole night I checked the same night and asked for a refund! There were people hanging around outside the doors and it was just dirty

No chairs, towel holders, toilet paper holder, cups, or coffee maker in the room. When you use the walk-in shower, water gets all over the entire bathroom floor! There was no remote for the TV, and it was very hard to find the channel you desired. When we first got in the room, the bathroom door was hanging only by one hinge, and was about to fall off. The maintenance man came very quickly and fixed the door, and it worked good for the rest of our stay.

The rooms were a disaster. No hot water in the shower in room 100. Extremely dirty floor, linens and counters in 227. Cockroaches in 227’s bathtub were an unwelcome surprise. I know the price was low, but …..

Have the manger or someone inspect the rooms to ensure everything is clean and in working order. things to check - Microwave has a plate and functions - inspecting blanket and sheets to ensure they are clean - inspect the tubs to ensure it is clean. - install fire alarms Your prices are good but if you have to increase price to get better service then so be it.

I didn't like all the flies in the room.

Affordable and was able to have my dog with me for a decent fee. The room can get pretty cold, so be aware of that. Would stay here again

Love that it is so peaceful

I actually checked in around 4 p.m. and checked out less than two hours later. The room had a foul odor, there was hair on the bathroom walls, the bathtub didn't look clean, and there were pubic hairs on the bed sheets. They gave me a room on the third floor, and the elevator wasn't working. The stairs are made of cement, but it's already cracked, and there's a risk of accidents.

The staff who checked us in were friendly, but the rooms were dirty and run-down. The place was noisy. It appeared there was a smoke detector hooked up at one point, but it was no longer there. Don't recommend!

The staff were super friendly, which helped since our flight home was canceled and we had to extend our stay for a few days. But the room was subpar. The hotel seemed like more of a cheap apartment complex. There was plenty of damages inside the room and the bathroom. There was no refrigerator. The "blankets" on the beds were basically just thin, cheap sheets. None of the "cleaning staff" came by to see if things were needed (we were there a total of 5 days, checked in Friday and checked out Tuesday). Every hotel I've ever been to, the cleaning staff will at least knock and see if we need extra towels. The people at the front desk were honestly the best part of our stay. We even had trouble opening and closing our rooms' door.

The property elevator was out, there was not an actual complimentary breakfast. 2 unlabeled juices, empty coffee pot, and couple wrapped muffins. 1 cereal with no milk. AC/heater was extremely loud it actually sounded like we were on a plane and that was the engine. In the bathroom there are added walls that were not caulked up and there was a very cold draft coming through, there was no safety latch in the room and the door frame was broken in that area as well. There was a random Ethernet cable hanging from the ceiling above the door as well.

Owner (the usual suspects) asked me if I had a pet. I said no. He replied, "ARE YOU SURE? YOU'LL GET A FINE IF I CATCH YOU WITH A PET." I was taken back, so I said, "You're welcome to search my car. Want to do it?" He kept silent and walk away. Unbelievable.

My stay atvthe Days Inn can only be described as horrendous. We never got our our serviced. When we reached our room it stunk like cigarette when we had a non-smoking room. I was charged a pet fee which i didn't know about when i booked online which wasnt paid untill notified. So i was locked out of my room. Then after i checked out they tried to charge my card which i used to pay the pet to charge me several diffrent amounts since the house keeper said she fiund cigarette butts in the room. Need i tell you that i did not give my permission to keep said card on file! They never took clean towels we had to go to the office to ask for toilet paper. I had not received such hanious service till my stay there. I will never give them my business again.

There was no coffee machine in the room and there was holes in the ceiling that were patched correctly an it was hideous to see

The room was small and missing some of the basics like a small closet. There was a refrigerator though. The bed for me was very comfortable and the bathroom mirror could be turned on and off, a first for me. I want to note also that the owner was accommodating and kind enough not to charge us an extra night after we left our luggage in the room accidentally.

The room was great and offered all essentials needed to accommodate my stay
