This hotel is excellent for any downtown activities, especially baseball games, the fireworks can be viewed from the hotel pool. Hotel was super clean, room was great, parking garage was fine. Food at the bistro in the lobby is not good and very expensive so plan on eating elsewhere.

No breakfast, location is good parking little light for trucks. Front office never had a luggage cart available for me to use, so I jst used office chair form room when needed.

Checking in took so long, the website says they offer room service and they do not. We ordered breakfast and the avocado had a sour taste. The Bostro does not offer many options to choose from..the rooms were small...Tjey state that room had a sofa and its actually a chair with ottoman. Bed was quie comfortable.

Nothing after how I was treated Check in was at 3:00PM I wasnt allowed into my room until 7:00PM, because there was a paper made list with names and they were following that order to let people into there room. Staff was rude and did nothing at all to compensate.

Could not get good service. The staff is very poor at cleaning, and seem frustrated from lack of training and/or direction.

When we arrived, the clerk at the front desk had an attitude then we went up to our room. Our keys did not work then we got into the room. There was boogers on the wall large ones. then the toilet did not work then there were water bottle caps on the floor apparently the room was not cleaned. He would not give us another room worst experience ever there. I’ve stayed there before and I’ve had a good experience, but this time it was bad and I’m a Marriott member to top it off. Last time I stayed there.

The rooms was superb. It was clean and comfortable. The staff always were there to help. Parking was very good.

The water level was very low. Taking a shower takes a long time because the water is limited not just in shower but also the faucet. The breakfast is terrible. We prepaid our breakfast when we booked our hotel. I asked for eggs and blueberry muffin, I was told that I can only have one, either blueberry muffin or eggs. I cancelled my order and requested a refund. One of the managers spoke with the kitchen person and that is when we were given a full breakfast, however I wished they would just have refunded our money because the breakfast was terrible. Though the room is small it is nice and clean. It just not enough to make me go back to this place ever again.

Told us to park in the Marriott parking garage and failed to tell us that they would be charging $20 a day to park in the parking garage. The toilet in the room was clogged a gentleman with housekeeping brought up a plunger, told my husband maintenance wasn’t there for him do it himself and leave the plunger next to the toilet when he was done.

Everything was perfect! Very clean and super nice.

Excellent experience the pool area is very hot during the day but we asked the staff and they brought umbrellas. I would say that breakfast restaurant menu is very limited and you pay for it. It was good but it was very limited. Other than that no complaints I will definitely be back

The sraff was so welconu g and helpful. The roon was one of the cleanest ove ever stayed in. Loved everything about our stay.

Our room was very nice, a big shower ad well. The water does take awhile to heat up though. We weren’t able to use the pool because it was dirty on the day we went. Also, I wish the bar/lounge opened earlier in the afternoon.

Absolutely amazing hotel! Even though I’m located in El Paso, Texas, this is honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for a family outing. The swimming pool area was great for relaxing and spending quality time together, and the view of the stadium was incredible. The location is also perfect and close to everything you may need. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to El Paso, or even to locals looking for a nice staycation experience. We will definitely be coming back!

Very clean hotel. The only negative comment we have is the parking garage is very very tight. The parking spaces are very small, large concrete columns everywhere. Your passenger's have to exit the vehicle before you can attempt to pull into a parking spot. You can see places on all the columns where vehicles have hit them. Also if you drive a manual vehicle ( with clutch) this parking garage is not for you, as the gate area is on a very steep hill. You have to stop on this hill to scan your parking pass. Also the hotel charges $20.oo a day for parking.

The parking did not feel safe at all. The noises from outside were extremely loud. You could literally hear everything on the freeway and in the area around the hotel.

I paid 2 days parking fee and another lady staying said she didn’t have to pay. Wondering if I was out the $40. Slight stains on see through curtains but everything overall was great

Mini Starbucks located on the property. Close to public transportation and walkable area with restaurants and bars not far. Clean property. Beds a bit hard on our backs due to being extra firm but overall very pleased with the stay and would come again.

The room and the lobby were very clean and the front desk staff were very pleasant.

The room with a nice view was clean and HVAC cool.

The lobby area had plenty of seating, the rooms are spacious and clean but the best part was the staff. They were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Our room was right next to the interstate so it was very loud all night. The bar ran out of several food items. Other than that, the area felt safe, the hotel was clean, staff was very helpful and the room was spacious.

Property was great. Fairly convenient for being right downtown, and yet, convenient because it was downtown and easy access to get anywhere. The parking garage was sufficient. Though a little disappointing that it’s an additional $20/night. The pool was nice and staff were all friendly. Room was clean and tidy.

The room was great, but it was the staff that were outstanding, and we will be staying here exclusively, when we are in El Paso. During our stay, my husband had a health emergency in the middle of the night -- Rafael and Jesus assisted us, sent us with water and an apple juice for the ER, found a wheelchair to assist, and offered their sincere concern. Amazing staff! When we went to check out and that them, Eduardo was exceptional, helpful, and very professional. My husband got excellent care at TTUHSC UMC El Paso, and we were able to enjoy our stay. We will be back - best staff we have encountered in our many travels!!!!

Overall great place to stay definitely my go to next time I come to El Paso.

Was Charged for The Parking and There wasnt any spots available. Was told i was going to get refunded and nothing.

Room was clean, bed was comfy. Website stated bathrobes would be provided and we got nothing. Website stated the total price would be $264 plus $18 for bfast for 2. For a total of $282 with taxes included. $350 was deducted from my account. Almost $60. Ya very frustrating

Second time staying at this hotel within the last 3 months and had the same issue with hot water. Reported it on the first stay in December and was told it was going to be looked at while we went to our dinner and when we tried taking shower in am still no hot water. This last stay again reported issue when we arrived and had hot water that night but in the morning no hot water, so just decided to leave

Room was super clean and nice! Clerk who assisted us was amazing when we checked in, when we told him we were celebrating our 1 year anniversary he gave us free breakfast.

The room was lovely. It was right off of I 10. The highway noise shook the room and I had to wear ear plugs to be able to sleep. I would ad ise the staff not to put someone in this room, if noise or motion sickness is an issue. The staff were awesome. The breakfast was great! I wish i had known the parking was an extra cost. I was there on a Friday through Sunday visit. It was not very busy, as it is in downtown. Maybe free parking for a weekend stay? The pool was also very nice.

Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles were empty, water in the shower would leak out towards the bathroom door because it's a walk-in shower with no door/tub so the shower head needs to aim towards the wall, very inconvenient, and the iron would leak when I used it (I did not over filled it). Checking in and out was good.
