Courtyard by Marriott El Paso Airport

It was all good. I was just surprised that they charged me extra to check in a little early. I have gone to several motels before and check in early and never been charged. That did surprise me but I paid cause I didn’t want to wait an hour to check in.

It was an okay stay. But when I arrived to check in for my king suite. They said

The shower was very outdated and work was needed. The shower was dirty or molding on the bottom near the corners of. There were spiders crawling in the bathrooms The AC was blowing out cold but not while laying in bed the room felt very warm after that.

First room had dirty sheets. They moved us and the second room had blood stains all over the sheets and comforter. Also, our kids swam in the pool and had a napkin covered in blood wash up on them. Unsanitary all the way around.

The entire staff. The very sweet girl who checked me in helped me get a room near my son. And got me late check out. The night manager, Cindy, she was just about the best, most genuine caring worker I have ever come across while traveling. I locked my self out of my room and she went above and beyond to keep me comfortable while waiting for maintenance to show up.. even got me a Starbucks coffee. The maintenance guys, when they got the door open, they were so kind and assured me it "happens more times than i would think" after I kept apologizing. And sweet girl at the Starbucks, shes a Rockstar and made me feel so comfortable... we ended up chatting for a few minutes. This hotel has the BEST employees. The shower water didn't get hot enough. But that was definitely the LEAST of my worries.

The front desk staff member who checked me in was exceptional. She handled my check-in flawlessly while juggling multiple distractions and assisting other guests, yet she made it all look effortless. She ensured my parking pass was taken care of and even arranged a taxi for me the following morning, which made my stay much smoother. The hotel itself is in a convenient location, and I found both the parking lot and surrounding area easy to navigate. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The room was lovely, with attractive décor and a thoughtful layout. I also appreciated the food options available within the hotel, as well as the quality of the toiletries and other amenities provided. Overall, it was a very positive experience from start to finish. Excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and great attention to detail. I would happily stay here again.

Just love this place—the staff, the breakfast, everything about it. But most of all, the people here. As a solo traveler visiting El Paso for the first time, I felt incredibly safe and welcomed, almost like I was at home. Every interaction was warm and genuine. Whenever I come back to El Paso, I’ll definitely be staying here again. Love, love, love this place! ❤️

I feel the Restroom and especially the shower needed extra cleaning. There was no shower door so a lot of the water would spill out. Also no carpet which I feel is a danger and a lawsuit waiting to happen.

It was nice and clean I didn’t like that my check in was at 3pm and I arrived on time. I reserved a suite and it wasn’t ready I waited 1 hour and 30 min to get access. The reason was because the guest before me extended her stay. They didn’t extend mine for the time I was waiting. They “supposed to give me a free breakfast” that they charged me in my bill.

From the pick up at the airport to the drop off at the airport 3 days later this property had everything we needed. The room was comfortable, the staff was kind, the property provided everything we needed. Easy to get to area restaurants. Easy drive to shopping and entertainment. Zero noise from the freeway close by. I highly recommend this location. And please follow the staffs recommendations for local restaurants, they were phenominal!

Staff was friendly. Room was very nice, clean, and spacious. They have a bar and Area was very quiet even though it’s off the highway. Lots of restaurants nearby. Theirs is 2 shopping malls close by also. About 10 minutes from downtown. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much

Everything was great but we had to wait 2 hours after check-in before we got our room.The room wasn't ready! 2 hrs sitting in the lobby waiting for our suite to be cleaned.

Honestly not one negative comment! Everything was absolutely amazing from the check in to the check out! Staff was amazing, bartender absolutely amazing, Bistro breakfast was absolutely amazing. Just over all so amazing and I am excited to return once my daughter returns from her deployment

The room was clean and well-maintained. However, although a playpen was listed in the amenities, it was not provided during our stay. We requested one at check-in and followed up four additional times, but unfortunately, it was never delivered. Additionally, please note that there is a separate charge for parking.

I get that maintenance is necessary, but when you specifically choose a hotel for the hot tub to relax after a four-day hiking trip, it’s frustrating to find it closed with no explanation. They also charged me for parking even though I didn’t have a car. No continental breakfast or even free coffee. That said, the hotel itself was nice, in a good location in close proximity to airport, and the beds were comfortable.

The only thing i liked is they offer 3 mile radius shuttle. Dineing is overpriced for a microwaved chicken sandwich. Its next to busy road where its noisy. Super slow elevator.

I didn't stay at this hotel. They canceled my booking without notifying me. The card transaction still hasn't been canceled.

Checked in without any complications. Asked about shuttle services and other amenities. The night clerk was very nice and professional. Room was nice and clean but a little dated. Bed was a little hard for my liking. Shower pressure was good. The only complaint I had was getting a bill higher than I was quoted. When I checked out in the morning I spoke with front clerk and he adjusted the bill lower but his aditude was non salant. Said it really wasn’t their fault all the fees weren’t up front. I told him I probably wouldn’t recommend this hotel and his response was ok. To the travelers out there it’s your call if you want stay there.

There were no towels available, there were no sheets for the sofa.

I called to tell them I was doing the check in al 10 pm, they told me it was ok. When I arrived they told me they didn't had any rooms left, even though I reserved in advance, terrible.

The hotel is extremely clean and well kept. I enjoyed how polite and welcoming the staff were. They were very accommodating and tentative when I acquired information about the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone out of state or town visitors.

Elevators weren’t working

We usually love staying here & have stayed her before but it was really hot on tge 3rd floor, my brother’s room was hot as well he stayed on the same floor. Even the hallways were unbearably hot. We usually love our stay but this time the a/c weren’t working as they should.

TV constantly disconnected from the internet, called front desk multiple times to fix and they would come and it would go right back out. Otherwise, customer service was great and room was clean along with property. I probably would not stay again due to the television issues but my stay wasn’t too bad.

No one ever came to clean the room or change the towels, front desk manager was rude.

Absolutely horrible. Got transferred to another hotel without any notice. I was the only one in my group of 5 that got transferred. The receptionist did not even want to work with me on this. No compensation or anything. Absolutely horrible experience.

The property was clean.

The receptionists was dressed kind of unprofessional, the bistro closed early, close to the freeway so you could hear the loud cars, had to pay extra for parking, shower was outdated, closet was broke, no microwave, uncomfortable beds.

Had the pool to ourselves and it was heated! Jacob was the best!

I did not ask for housekeeping. I was there for 2 days and rarely in the room. I should have asked for the trash to be emptied. Otherwise, it was fine.

The check in person was not the friendliest.

No cleaning, my room got clean once out 5 nights.

Check in they gave us a 2 Queen room instead of the king room with sofa. Did not tell us until we saw the room and went back to desk. Said they were fully booked, and a king room had flooded, no others we’re available. Had a nice pool/ hot tub area. Other than that was clean/ hard beds.

The staff was very hospitable and accommodating to my needs, and the property was better than I expected.

The staff was outstanding. The shuttle service within a 3 mile radius was a great idea. Loved the convenience of the bistro, food and drink options. Pool and workout room were nice too. Highly recommend.

Is very expensive. There were holes in the blackout curtains and shower look in bad shape. Service desk checked me out at 12:30 pm, but I left the hotel at 10 am.
